Danger

Elliot

“I already told you this. I don’t know how I can tell you the same thing and you still not hear it,” I whisper yell to Spencer.

He throws his hands in the air before plopping down on the couch. “I get it, Elliot, but we need to go. Now.”

Before I can answer, Dynah walks out of the bedroom and into where we are sitting. She has one hand playing with the hem of her shirt and the other plays with her lip in discomfort. She must have raided my suitcase for some more clothes, because she is standing fully dressed in a pair of my sweats, and one of my tee-shirts. I only handed her the shirt earlier, so I don’t know what I expected. If she didn’t look absolutely delicious before now, I don’t know what would. Seeing her dressed in my clothes makes my cock rise. I palm myself, trying to hide it, before giving up and throwing a couch pillow over my lap .

“Where are we going and why?” She asks meekly, curling up in the chair across from us.

With Spencer sitting next to me, I can’t in my right mind jump across the table, throw her on it, and stick my dick into her. So I stay quiet but look to my best friend for his response.

He sighs, knowing how pathetic I feel at the moment, and explains the situation.

“So… Uhm… You know how you got arrested for that murder in the field? Yeah, well, uhm… They found a second body and tried to track you down at your father’s house. But this genius over here–” he points to me and shakes his head, “–already got you out of there. Anyway, you are now being targeted by the police. We need to get out of dodge.”

“Figures,” she replies.

“That’s it? You’re not going to ask more questions? Where we're going? Who is murdering people? Anything?” I ask her questioningly.

“Isn’t that clear though? I already know who the fucking murderer is. I’ve been kidnapped. And it doesn’t really mean much if I say I won’t go, because you’ve already taken me once, so what’s stopping you from drugging me or something and throwing me on the next train out of here,” she rattles off, ticking her fingers off one by one before crossing her arms across her knees. She’s curled up in a little ball, looking as defenseless as a newborn puppy.

“I’d say you think too highly of us, but you're pretty correct,” Spencer laughs.

“Wow… and here I thought you two wouldn’t gang up on me through this new exciting journey,” I bitch.

“I don’t know about you two, but I’m not stupid,” she huffs. “So, I’ll ask again. Where the fuck are we going now? Oh and why have you been killing my income?”

I grimace and Spencer points at me once again. “Ask him.” I slap at his hand before growling, he just laughs harder.

“Got it. My stalker kills anything and everything, and what? You're just the stupid best friend?”

Spencer winces, but lets me take over.

“The stupid best friend is Spencer.” He mumbles under his breath about being called stupid, but lets me continue. “He is my older brother, slash best friend. My name is Elliot, and yes, I’m your neighborhood killer.”

She scoffs and tries to hide it behind a cough. “Neighborhood killer… I guess that’s a step up from your neighborhood Spider-Man.”

Spencer spits his drink he attempted to sip, out of his nose and all over himself. “I like her.”

I grumble and stand up. “We’re headed to our family’s vacation house in the Caribbean. We leave in two hours.”

“Aye-aye Captain,” she mutters.

Trouble. She’s going to be pure trouble.

The flight doesn’t take long– not since we used the private jet. The fact that we have a world renowned lawyer and her amenities to our advantage, is really helpful in situations like this. This also isn’t the first time Spencer and I have run off to the Caribbean escaping law enforcement.

Dynah hasn’t said anything to me nor Spencer since we left the house. The only thing she did do, was gape at me when we pulled in the airport and we revealed how we would be traveling. No questions, no fighting, just surprise and maybe a hint of curiosity .

“Once we get to the house, we can pick rooms if you want,” Pen announces.

Dynah nods her head but continues to stare out of the window. I sat in the backseat of the car, allowing Spencer to drive and letting me be close to my Little Raven.

She doesn’t know it yet, but there are only two rooms. It was always our parents and us, so me and Spencer shared a room long past being teens. I had him call ahead to maintenance and asked if they could put king beds in the rooms instead of one king and a set of twins. Now she will be forced to sleep in the same bed, or at least in the same room. I’ll sleep on the floor if needed, I just need to stay close to her.

“We’re here,” I say, as Spencer pulls up to the modern day beach house.

It’s not a bad size for the area. There is a porch swing sitting out back facing the water, and I can’t wait to share all of my secret spots with Dynah.

How did it come to this? I was simply looking for the girl in the picture, not expecting for things to go quite this way. Now that she is next to me, I don’t want to let go. At some point in the future we will need to sit down and talk and I will show her the past, but until then I just want everyone to be able to relax. Out of danger and without other issues.
