Ibrew the strongest pot of coffee and down three ibuprofen on Monday morning as soon as I get into the office to nurse my hangover from the long weekend of celebrating. Charlene and Ginger insisted on free shots all weekend for the entire Championship Team, so of course we got hammered. Brian didn’t complain once as he carried me to his place, as I sang “We Are The Champions” at the top of my lungs all the way down Birch Street.

He packed me a bacon sandwich to eat for breakfast once I stop feeling nauseous, and as I settle down into my wheely chair for the day, I thank my lucky stars that he’s mine.

Now I just need to help Callie and Lily find guys as great as him.

I flinch when the mail drop clatters with the arrival of today’s bills and news, and I refill my mug on the way to collect them. I’m about to drop them on the island and get back to my computer, when the Nosy Pecker headline catches my eye.
