9. Maggie
Chapter 9
Maggie
I’m hiding in my room. I know I’m a coward, but the thought of facing Theo after last night almost has me breaking out in hives.
God, what must he think of me? What must Tanner and Noah think of me? Do they know that Theo made me come hard last night? Jesus, if he can do that with his finger, what would it feel like to have his cock there, deep inside me? And not just his, but Noah’s and Tanner’s, too, taking turns with me.
I groan out loud as my pussy throbs and my nipples harden. The clean panties I pulled on after my shower are already ruined as I lose myself in my dirty fantasies.
I make it to mid-afternoon before there’s a knock at my door.
“Hey, Noah,” I greet him as I open it, not quite meeting his eyes.
“Thought I’d better check on you. Make sure we didn’t poison you with those tacos last night,” he says, his brown eyes twinkling as his mouth quirks with a smile.
God, he’s cute. He has a boy-next-door charm that’s so appealing, but his accent gives him a sexy edge that has tingles running up and down my spine.
“Still breathing,” I chuckle. “I was just, ah, that is, I thought?—”
“Maggie, it’s okay,” he says, giving one of those panty-melting grins he’s so good at. “Like Theo said, you have nothing to be ashamed of.”
My cheeks catch fire. “Oh, God! He told you?”
“Not in the way you think, no. He just said that he’d had the most amazing experience with you but that you felt guilty.”
I bite my lip. “I do. Feel guilty, I mean.”
Noah smiles and holds out a hand toward me. “Maybe I can help with that.”
I give him a confused look. “What do you mean?”
“Do you trust me?” he asks, raising a dark eyebrow.
I sigh, answering him by placing my hand in his, and his grin widens.
He leads me downstairs, heading toward the music room. He hesitates with his hand on the door handle. “We’ve been working on something. Thought you might like to be the first one to hear it.”
Noah opens the door, and I follow him into the large room. Theo is standing on the raised area at the back of the room, guitar in hand, his dark hair pulled back into a ponytail. Tanner is in front of the mic, his blond hair sexily ruffled. Blue and hazel eyes fix on me as I enter the room with Noah.
I look between the three of them. “What…?”
“Take a seat,” Noah says, pushing me down on the sofa facing the ‘stage.’ He takes his position at the piano and gives Theo and Tanner a count.
Tanner begins to sing, and I’m lost.
Broke my heart when I was just sixteen.
Yet it still belonged to you, despite its broken beat.
Crushed my soul when I turned seventeen.
Said the grass on the other side was a brighter shade of green.
Stole my faith in my year eighteen.
Used soft words to win me back, then shattered all my dreams.
Wrecked my pride before I reached nineteen.
Never stayed to help me mend the broken parts of me.
Did you know, when you broke my heart
No part of me was left unscathed.
Nothin’ left to feel?
Did you know, when you crushed my soul
You left behind an open wound
That never learned to heal?
Met another lover when I was twenty-three
She took my broken pieces, showed me what love should be.
Said, 'I do,' on the eve of twenty-four.
The pages in my book of life were cold and blank no more.
Became a dad, so blessed at twenty-five.
Wrapped up in the arms of love, my precious son would thrive.
Did you know, when you broke my heart
No part of me was left unscathed
Nothin’ left to feel?
Did you know, when you crushed my soul
You left behind an open wound
That never learned to heal?
Years have passed, now I’m old and gray.
Surrounded by the ones I love, I watch my grandkids play.
Time has come to leave this mortal plane.
Life's tapestry was rich and full, and love healed all my pain.
Peace cocoons me softly as I journey through the skies
My vast love travels with me, now I’ve cut all earthly ties.
Do you know, when you broke my heart
You sent me into different arms
That held me while I mourned
Do you know, when you crushed my soul
Her loving touch was strong enough
To guide me through the storm.
Do you know?
Oh, do you know?
Do you know?
Now I can let you…go.
The last notes fade away, and I sit there, stunned. They’ve just brought my lyrics to life in the most beautiful way imaginable.
“What d’ya think?” Tanner asks. “I mean, I know it needs some work, but?—”
“It’s fucking amazing,” I break across him, shaking my head in wonder.
“Really?” Noah asks uncertainly, rising from the piano and coming to stand in front of me.
“Really,” I nod. I can see hesitation written across his face, so I stand and hug him impulsively. “You’re incredibly talented, Noah. That arrangement was…everything.”
He lifts a hand to my face, smoothing his fingers across my injured cheek in a featherlight touch, and goosebumps break out across my body.
“No, you’re everything, Maggie. Eres todo, mi amor ,” he murmurs.
In the next instant, his mouth is on mine, and oh, sweet, heavenly lord, this man can kiss. Tender and teasing, his lips part mine so his tongue can steal inside. I forget where I am, caught up in Noah’s woodsy scent as his tongue tangles with mine. He eases me close until my taut nipples brush his chest while his erection snuggles my pussy. I can feel myself getting wet, my core clenching with need.
And then other hands are touching me, lifting the hair from the nape of my neck and feathering kisses across my sensitive skin. I break the kiss with Noah, glancing back to see Tanner behind me. He smiles at me, and my heart flips over. Then Noah is gone, and Theo takes his place. He claims my mouth in a kiss that’s rough and demanding, our tongues dancing to silent music.
I lift my arms behind me to circle Tanner’s neck, and his hands drop to my hips, pulling me back against his hardness. My whole body is burning from the inside out, at the mercy of desires I never dreamed possible.
A hand grabs mine, and a mouth feathers kisses across my knuckles. I break the kiss with Theo to see Noah nipping at my palm and nibbling on my fingertips. I never knew how erotic it could be to have a man make a meal of me in this way.
“Are you sure? That you all want me, I mean?” I ask, trying to catch my breath.
Theo and Noah nod, and Tanner growls what I assume is a ‘yes’ against my neck.
I try to wrap my head around this situation. They all want me, these gorgeous, breathtakingly talented men. My eyes roam over each of them. They’re all perfect for me, all wonderfully different.
Theo is funny and passionate. Noah, who’s quiet yet deep. And Tanner, seductive and elusive.
“You get to share us, too, if that’s what you want,” Tanner says, his ocean-blue eyes intent on my face.
I nod. “I want.”
I’m not sure which of the men move first, but suddenly I find myself swept out of the room and up the stairs. Theo and Noah’s hands are resting just above my ass as Tanner leads the way. Just like always .
The bedroom they lead me to is large, and I know immediately that it’s Tanner’s. It smells like him, musky and manly. A gigantic bed sits in the middle of the room—plenty of room for four bodies.
“We don’t have to do anything you’re not ready for,” Tanner says, moving to stand in front of me.
“Kiss me,” I say, needing his lips on mine after tasting Noah and Theo downstairs.
He doesn’t hesitate, sealing his mouth to mine. Hungry, passionate, desperate. His hands move to my waist, sliding my leggings down my thighs.
My stomach flutters, along with my heart. This is the point of no return. And I’m ready.
