Epilogue – Part I

EPILOGUE – PART I

COLT

“What do you think about these flowers?” Quin shoved some purple violets in my face, and I frowned, giving them a whiff before shrugging.

“They’re. ..nice?” I offered, not quite sure what else I was supposed to say.

I didn’t know why he’d dragged me along for wedding planning anyway because I didn’t care what we bought, as long as I ended up making him my wife as soon as possible. We could stand in front of an altar naked as the day we were born with hippie songs playing in the background, and I’d still be the happiest man alive. I didn’t tell him that.

He huffed and turned to Morgan. “What do you think?”

“They’re boring,” she said, giving me a pointed look.

I shrugged because I was useless when it came to this kind of thing.

Rolling her eyes at me, she pointed at bright pink flowers that I hadn’t seen before. “What about them? Moth orchids.”

Okay, so not flowers. Or were they? I didn’t know what orchids were considered.

Quin stepped toward the arrangement and stroked one of the petals thoughtfully before dipping to read the label on them. “ Phalaenopsis amabilis orchids, also known as moth orchids.”

Morgan chuckled. “Look at you, reading the fancy scientific words.”

I shook my head. “He’s studying nursing. Did you expect anything less? He’s going to sound very medical on us soon.”

“Shut your anal sphincter,” he teased, and I laughed.

Someone cleared their throat behind us, and we all turned at the same time. A woman with gray curls and half-moon glasses grinned at us. “Looking for a wedding?”

“Yes,” I said gruffly, eyes narrowed carefully. We’d been to a couple of other flower shops, and the moment they’d learned that it was me and Quin who were getting married, they’d grown colder. I’d made a mental note of who they were so I could make sure to destroy their businesses later. “Me and my fiancé.” I curled an arm around Quin’s waist and dragged him closer.

Her smile never dimmed and she clapped her hands. “Brilliant. I do love weddings. I see you’re looking at the moth orchid, very beautiful. Bright, vibrant, and just a generally gorgeous flower for bouquets or as decoration.”

“I do like the color,” Quin murmured, a flush spreading across his cheeks.

“Oh, honey, that’s the most important thing.” Her smile went even wider, and she reached over to pinch his cheek. “It’s your big day, and it’s all about making you happy. Isn’t that right, fiancé?” She gave me a pointed look that reminded me of the same one Morgan had scalded me with earlier.

I dropped my hold on his waist and held up my palms. “Anything he wants, he can have. I don’t even know why I’m here because we could get married in a bathtub in our birthday suits, and I’d still be the happiest man in the world to make Quin mine.”

“Aw. So adorable.” She shook her finger at Quin. “You are one lucky young man. This is the kind of person you want to marry.”

“I know.” He smiled at me, and I winked.

“Now, let’s talk flowers.” She hooked her arm around his elbow and dragged him off, and I waved for Morgan to follow them.

While they were distracted talking about decorating the hall that Quin had already decided on, I grabbed my phone from my pants pocket and checked my messages. I grinned when I saw one from Royal.

Royal Pain in the Ass

Car ready. I delivered it in front of the florist.

I snorted as I sent a thumbs-up emoji to him and took a seat in one of the husband chairs at the front of the store. I leaned back and did the paperwork that could be handled on a small screen.

An hour swept by before Quin and Morgan were standing in front of me again, a large smile taking up most of Quin’s face.

I stood and wrapped him in a hug, kissing his cheek. “Happy with your choices?”

“Absolutely.” He flashed me his pretty white teeth. “Our wedding will be amazing.”

“I have no doubt about it.” I cupped his face and slanted my mouth over his, kissing him with gentleness. “I love you, Baby Girl.”

This morning, he’d told me he preferred feminine pet names, and I followed his wishes. Whatever he chose, I went in the same direction as he did, as long as I knew what he needed. The length between his legs was either a dick or a clit, his hole was either his asshole or his pussy, and it was all at his discretion. As long as he was mine, I was willing to move heaven and hell to make him the happiest person in the world.

“I love you, too.”

“I have a present for you.” I winked at him when he gaped at me. Slipping my hand into his, I led him outside. I knew the moment his gaze landed on the car because he went still and his eyes widened.

In front of him, the new Porsche 911 Carrera Cabriolet stood out with its sparkly rose-gold custom paint. Compared to the cars around it, the Porsche was spectacular and eye-catching, exactly like its owner. The pink metallic hubcaps were the finishing touch that took the whole customization over the top.

“Is that for me?” The moment his gaze met mine, my insides turned warm and wobbly.

“Of course, Princess. No one else in this city would have a car like that.” I pulled out the keys I had with me. Royal had the spare set, which I’d get from him later. “It’s all yours. Even better than your other car.”

He whooped and spun on his heel, jumping into my arms.

I grabbed him and dragged him closer while he pressed kisses across my face, unable to hold in his excitement. Morgan came rushing out the door, and Quin wriggled from my hold so he could run to her, and they squealed together.

I laughed and shook my head. “Why don’t you two head to the Courtesan in Quin’s new car? Did you decide on the flowers?”

“We’re still talking about them, but I really like the orchids.” He pouted in thought.

I shook my head. “You don’t need to decide now. Go. Take your new baby for a drive, and I’ll meet you in the room. Order some food for you and Morgan.”

He bounced over to me and laid a big kiss on my mouth. “You’re the best husband ever.”

I laughed and passed him the keys. “You’ll be making it up to me tonight.”

His eyes narrowed. “Hmm. How?”

I waggled my eyebrows at him. “Let’s just say that I have a nurse’s uniform I’d love to see you in.”

He slapped me on the chest and laughed. “You are incorrigible.” He leaned in closer and licked his lips. “Do you need me to nurse you better, Husband?”

“I have a bulge in my pants I need you to look at. There’s something wrong down there,” I whispered, pleasure beginning to simmer in the bottom of my belly as I thought about tonight and what I was going to do to him. “It gets hard whenever I think about you, Nurse Coltrane.”

He paused—clearly shocked that I’d called him by my last name—before he grinned as widely as he had been when he’d left the florist shop. “I’ll be sure to give it a full examination when I take care of you tonight.”

“I’d like that.” With one more peck on the lips, I patted his ass. “Go. Morgan’s waiting for you to take your new wheels for a spin. I’ll take the Hummer back to the hotel and meet you there. I need to do a couple of errands for Derek, but then I’ll come back to the room.”

He bounced on his toes again and rushed off toward the car, where Morgan was already waiting. They both waved, and I blew Quin a kiss. I waited until they were gone, an old Britney Spears song blasting from the stereo system, before I went back into the florist shop.

The older lady smiled at me from behind the counter as I approached her.

“I like you, I like your store. Give my beautiful Quin everything he wants or needs.” I tugged out my wallet, then my platinum credit card, and I passed it over to her. “Open an account. No matter the cost, he gets it.”

She stared at me for a long moment, her smile never dwindling. She finally reached for the card and hummed. “You’re a good man. He’s lucky to have you....” She glanced down at my card. “Mr. Coltrane.”

“You’ll find I’m the lucky one.” I grinned and glanced out the window even though he wasn’t there anymore. “The luckiest.”

Morgan stayed for a few hours into the night, eating the five-star meal that arrived at our hotel room. She scarfed down every crumb, and I couldn’t blame her one bit. The food was delicious, and by the time I was done, my stomach felt bloated.

“Fuck, that was good,” I murmured, falling onto my back on the bed.

Morgan giggled while Quin rolled his eyes at me with a grin worthy of a kiss. I would’ve given it to him, too, but I could barely move.

“I should go,” Morgan said. She rose and brushed a kiss on both of Quin’s cheeks. “Call me tomorrow. I know you have classes, but we can sit down and go through all the things you liked and go from there. We need to start bringing the preparations together, and they all need to match your dress.”

“Yes, ma’am.” Quin laughed and gave her a big hug.

I watched because I never intruded on their moments. Morgan supported Quin when I couldn’t, and even after the whole shooting up Quin’s car and then throwing a dead body onto it thing, Morgan never once wavered as his best friend. As far as I was concerned, she and her husband were family. Whatever she needed, she’d have.

With a wave toward me, she left us alone.

Quin turned to me almost immediately after the door closed, sparkling eyes full of hunger that made my cock twitch.

“Hi, Baby Girl,” I whispered, licking my lips as I let my gaze wander down the length of his body to the pretty blue dress he wore.

“Hey.” He took one step forward, then another, before he was in front of me and close enough for me to wrap an arm around his waist. I dragged him against my side, and he leaned down for a kiss.

“You’re graduating soon,” I murmured, tidbits of our conversation with Morgan earlier reminding me he was in his senior year and ready to be finished. “What kind of present do you want as your graduation gift?”

“You?” He grinned. Clearly, he was beginning to learn a few things from me.

I smacked his ass lightly, and he chuckled.

“You already fixed my car. I don’t need much else, Husband.” He combed his fingers through my hair, the nails brushing over my scalp in a tantalizing way. My cock twitched and blood rushed south.

“I’ll get you something good.”

He hummed in agreement. “So, where’s the uniform?” The spark in his stare had my insides melting. I’d never seen this kind of desire from him, and I wasn’t sure if it was because of the new car I’d bought him, the idea of wearing the nurse’s uniform, or if shopping for wedding flowers just made him horny.

I smirked. “In the bathroom.”

He didn’t need to be told twice. He took off in the direction of the en suite, closing the door behind himself.

Laughing quietly, I kicked off my shoes and removed my socks before I wriggled my way onto the bed until my back was pressed against the headboard.

I closed my eyes, smiling because I couldn’t wait to see him in the outfit, but I was surprised when the door opened. He leaned out, the top half of his body naked.

“Matt, can I ask you something?” His voice wobbled and he tapped the doorframe with his finger, as if he was nervous.

I frowned. “Of course, Princess.”

He stepped out of the bathroom, and he wasn’t wearing anything except lace panties. Like this, he was stunning, a work of art, but that wasn’t new. It still surprised me that it was me marrying him.

“Do you . . . . Do you ever want to bottom?”

I froze, more than slightly shocked by the question. Hesitating, I thought about what I was going to say. “No,” I said gently. Frowning, I scratched my chin. “If you wanted to, I guess I could...try it? But it’s not something I want to do.” I sighed. “I know they say don’t say no unless you give it a try and all that shit, but it doesn’t do it for me. Is topping something you want?”

He smiled and shook his head. “No. I love bottoming, a lot. I just wanted to make sure you weren’t missing out on anything you wanted. I know I’m the first guy you’ve been with.”

I slid out of the bed and ate up the distance between us. Dragging him to me, I laid a gentle kiss on his glossy lips and cupped his face. “I have everything I want, Baby Girl. I’m the happiest motherfucker who ever existed.”

He chuckled.

“Actually, that’s a lie. You know what would make me happier?”

He rolled his eyes. “I can guess, but tell me anyway, Daddy.”

“You. Nurse uniform. Riding my cock and squeezing it with your pretty pussy.”

He shuddered and shoved my chest, making me fall back a few steps. “Go lie down, Daddy. Nurse Coltrane will be with you shortly.” He winked before he went into the bathroom and closed the door.

“Fuck,” I murmured low as I began to undress. I didn’t want anything in the way by the time he came out. If he looked like I imagined, I wasn’t going to last long. Once naked, I fell onto the bed and propped my back against the headboard again before I spat in my hand and stroked myself gently.

I couldn’t wait to see him.
