Chapter Twenty-One

Her Very Best

H is fingers were trembling with excitement in the final seconds of the massage. They wanted to leap off Victoria’s skin, a desire that would typically seem ludicrous, worthy of a psychological evaluation while straitjacketed. But the only way he could bring his lips to Victoria’s amazing tits was to finish the massage, get them both some hydration, and let Victoria wipe the massage oil off her breasts. Then, fulfilling a quietly simmering desire he’d probably first started developing the very night he’d met her, she’d let him kiss, suck on, and bite her sensitive body to his heart’s content.

And it would take a lot to make his heart content.

“I think that’s enough,” Victoria whispered. The contentment in her voice was beginning to give way to a tide of desire. She was excited. She wanted them to head to the next step, too.

“Was it a good massage?” Liam asked.

“My skin hasn’t felt this good in months,” Victoria said, eyes withholding nothing as she looked at him. “I’m certain I’ll crave more like it in the future.”

He grinned, heart practically doing flips. “I’ll see if I can’t work you into my busy schedule.”

Victoria rolled her eyes. “I also very much appreciated how willing you were to go between my legs with your mouth. I can’t say I’ve ever experienced quite so enthralling an intermission before today.”

“I aim to please,” Liam said proudly.

“I believe you,” Victoria said, finally beginning to sit up. “I can understand how you’ve managed to be so successful with the others. If you’re consistently this diligent, especially. It’s a rare trait, especially in men your age.”

“Does that mean I officially have Professor Moreno’s respect?”

Victoria reached out to grab his shirt, then pulled him forward into a deep, passionate kiss. Her voice was breathy and seductive, her lips scant centimeters from his.

“You’ve had it for quite some time. Otherwise, I never would have started sending you those pictures. What you’re currently doing, Liam, is reinforcing the beliefs behind those acts.” Her eyes shimmered. “And making me wonder what I should plan for us.” She paused, thoughtful. “I could tell you were very, very aroused during some of the happenings in strip poker. Did you have a favorite moment?”

“When you and Tess were making out,” Liam whispered back. He didn’t need to think about it. There’d been numerous enthralling moments, but that one stood out most of all. “It was so sexy.”

“Now, that is a more typical trait for a man your age,” Victoria said. Lifting her hand, she ran her thumb over his lower lip. “But consider it taken under advisement.”

Liam didn’t have much room to nod, but he did his best. Afterward, Victoria sent him inside to grab them both something to drink. While he handled that, she planned to make her breasts ready for his mouth. The only thing that could have made things better would have been if Tess had shown up, seen Victoria’s state, and decided to repeat last night’s fun just as he came back out to the deck.

Well… he got two-thirds of that wish.

After grabbing himself and Victoria each a tall glass of ice water, he hurried back into the sun with much more than a simple kick to his step. Only to immediately lurch to a complete stop, the ice clinking angrily against the glass, like a cussing driver did after being forced to slam on his brakes by the driver right ahead of him.

Tess was there, and she was looking over Victoria’s naked body. Her darker eyes scanned her voluptuous colleague’s oiled body, a hint of a smile on her face. The two of them spoke quietly enough that Liam couldn’t overhear.

Unfortunately, things didn’t escalate into a renewed make-out session. Even worse, his chance to spend another twenty to thirty minutes alone with Victoria was over. The other women in their group had waited long enough.

Both women noticed as he approached, a cold glass in each hand. Letting that same chilliness help him keep his cool, he handed Victoria her glass, said hello to Tess, then took a long drink from his glass.

“I see that you’ve managed to reveal another of your many talents to Victoria,” Tess said.

“He did exceptionally well,” Victoria commented. “You taught him rather well?”

Tess smiled. “It helps that those talented hands are attached to a mind that’s so willing to learn.”

“We were just talking about that, actually,” Victoria said. “It earned my compliment, as well.”

“I do my best,” Liam said, shrugging. Oddly, he felt more flustered now than he’d ever gotten last night. Maybe it was how two professors talked about him, like he was one of their favorite students, both agreeing that he had a lot of potential. For some reason, it made him a little self-conscious—even if it also made him somewhat happy.

“You always do,” Tess said, beaming at him. “But it’s also been about two hours since you visited us. We’re ready to head out and look for a good beach to relax on. So, while Avril and Anna gather what we bought yesterday and get some more things from the resort for a picnic by the waves, I’m here to get you two.”

Liam must have appeared crestfallen, for Tess lifted an eyebrow. Heaping further doses of dismay onto his tastebuds, Victoria didn’t try to buy them extra alone time.

“I didn’t realize so much time had passed,” Victoria said, standing up for the first time in nearly two whole hours. She took a long drink. “I’ll go get into today’s swimwear, then be right back. You wouldn’t happen to have anything left at your bure of the breakfast I heard you ordered from the resort?”

“There’re some leftovers, yes. Enough to tide you over for our brief jungle hike, so remember to put a little more on, as I have.”

Tess motioned to the visible bikini straps underneath her breezy, off-white shirt. Victoria nodded, then gestured toward Liam.

“Come on, Liam. I’ll let you pick what I wear.”

As far as consolation prizes went, it wasn’t the worst one in the world. But knowing that he was about to cover up Victoria’s delicious nipples, not get the chance he’d been salivating over for… well, weeks or months at least, certainly deflated him. Once they were back inside their bure, digging through their suitcases, Victoria rubbed his shoulder.

“It’s a delay, not a cancellation,” the buxom brunette assured him, appearing amused by how disappointedly his shoulders had sagged. “And after a luxuriating day at the beach, I’ll need a long shower to wash off all the salt and sand.”

That was enough to unburden most of the weight. Not all, but enough. Seeing a few of Victoria’s bikinis also helped revive his good mood. Knowing that Tess was waiting for them, he didn’t get to mull his options as much as he might have liked, but he picked one he knew he’d love seeing her in for the rest of the morning and much of the afternoon. And then love seeing her escape from once they were underneath the warm outpour of their shower later today.
