{Third person's pov}

Kiara walked in the backyard of the Singh's mansion with the plate of henna cones and set them on the table next to where Richa was sitting.

Richa smiled at her sister and Kiara passed the smile back, "Kiara where are the henna artists?"

"Mom they are on the way," She turned and informed her mother. "How are they coming that they haven't reached yet?"

"My lovely mumma calm down, why are you panicking so much." Kiara asked and passed her a bottle of water.

"Why won't I panic? It's my daughter's wedding and the groom's side will arrive soon." She said and wiped the sweat from her forehead.

Kiara smiled and made her sit, "They won't eat you if the henna artists are late mumma, chill and enjoy. I will manage everything."

Her mother smiled and nodded, "I know you are managing everything and I trust you my baby."

"Look here they are," she looked at the henna artists and smiled at them, guiding them inside.

Soon the groom's side arrived and everyone greeted each other, "Kiara beta?" Richa's mother-in-law Nidhi called.

"Ji aunty?" Kiara asked, "beta there are some gifts in the cars can you inform the servants to bring them in?"

Kiara nodded with a smile and looked at the servants, guiding them towards the parking area.

"Driver bhaiya, can you open the trunk," she asked without looking at the person who was sitting inside.

Ekansh who was sitting on the driver's seat frowned as he looked at Kiara, for a while he kept staring at her and then Opened the trunk of the car.

"Why are you sitting driver bhaiya, can't you help?" She asked and looked at the driver's seat just to witness a man wearing a white kurta and wear on black sunglasses, he looked like everything but driver.

She awkwardly smiled at him, "Are you a family member?" She asked.

"I am bride's sister, Kiara Singh." She added with a smile. "Ekansh Shekhawat." He said and stepped out of the car.

Kiara had heard his name from Richa, but she was witnessing him for the first time. She mentally slapped hima and nodded with a smile.

"Please come inside," she guided him inside. As they walked inside her mother greeted him. "You must be Ekansh, right beta?"

He nodded and touched her mother's feet and she blessed him. "Please make yourself comfortable beta."

Ekansh nodded and looked at Kiara, "driver." He said and walked away.

Kiara sucked a deep breath and walked towards her sister.

Ekansh was talking on the call, standing at a corner, he was wearing a yellow kurta as it was the function of haldi.

When his eyes landed on Kiara, who was wearing a anarkali kurti and running towards the centre of the lawn, where the groom and the bride were sitting. She was holding the bowl of turmeric paste. Her long hairs flying in air.

He never looked at women but something about her was very captivating. He shook his head and turned his gaze focusing on his brother and sister in law.

Ekansh was always reserved and less affectionate, his mother took her life in front of his eyes when he was just six because his father was cheating on her with Nidhi. Hence, he never liked any of them. But he has a soft corner for Chitransh, because it wasn't Chitransh's fault at all.

"Ekansh beta come, apply haldi on your brother." His father said and he nodded, his face cold as he walked towards his brother.

He sat on his knees and passed him a small smile before applying the paste on his cheeks.

"Isn't Ekansh the older one?" A relative asked and Chitransh's mother nodded. "Yes he is, he doesn't want to get married yet." She explained.

"Get married soon bhai." Chitransh said and applied paste on his cheeks too making him stand up, he nodded and turned to leave, but his cousins started applying Turmeric all over him.

Once he stepped down he wiped his face with handkerchief. "Ekansh, do you wanna clean yourself?" Kiara's mother asked.

Ekansh looked at himself, "I guess I should."

"Kiara, take him to the bathroom, and give him something to change, his clothes are ruined." Her mother said and she nodded, guiding him inside the house. She opened the guest room and guided him towards the bathroom.

"Here, you can clean yourself, I will bring my brother's clothes." She said passing him the towel.

Ekansh removed his kurta and started cleaning his face, he wiped his face with the towel and hung the towel on his shoulder.

"Here," she stepped inside and looked at him shirtless and immediately turned around. "I am sorry, I should have knocked." She said and placed the clothes on the bed.

"Here you can change, I will head out now." She said and left, her heart was racing widely, she felt her cheeks heating up, and she patted her cheeks while walking towards the lawn.

Ekansh chuckled and wore the shirt as he was in his pants already, He walked outside.

It was the wedding day and Kiara was standing near the mandap, she was looking for the chance to take the Chitransh's shoes and hide them.

But as soon as he took them off, his cousins took it and ran out leaving Kiara shocked. She walked behind them and looked at them, she and her cousins were standing at one side white the groom's side was on the other side.

"This isn't fair, you guys didn't even let us look at those shoes." She said.

"It's in the car, go and take it." One of Chitransh's cousins, Aditya spoke.

"The car must be locked." She raised an eyebrow. "Exactly." Aditya Chuckled.

"The keys are with Ekansh bhai." He said and Kiara sighed. "Alright."

She walked towards Ekansh, "Can I have the keys of your car?"

Ekansh looked at her with confusion and then he looked at his cousins who were signalling him no.

"Why?" He asked, "Your cousins hid the shoes in your car, isn't that unfair?" She raised an eyebrow and nodded.

And Ekansh gave her the keys making his cousins shocked. "What the hell bhai?" His cousin, Shreya groaned.

"What?" He asked. "You never talk to girls that's why we have the keys to you and you just gave the keys to her."

"We lost because of you." Aditya said and Ekansh shook his head on their obsession with a ritual.

He watched Kiara as she walked inside and forwarded him the keys, "Thankyou."

"Where are the shoes?" Shreya asked and kavya pulled her lehenga kinda upwards just to show Chitransh's shoes in her feets.

And they all glared at Ekansh who was sitting there unbothered about everything or anything that was happening.
