Ms. Mistletoe Claus is making Christmas Eve deliveries for the first time since her father passed away and her older brother fled the North Pole (and his Claus birthright). When Missy makes a delivery to the wrong house, she meets Nicole Strobe, a nearly-divorced workaholic who is nowhere close to a true believer.
When the reindeer take off with the sleigh and leave Missy stranded, only Nicole can help her save Christmas—but that will require from them the courage to believe in one another and, more importantly, themselves.
