24. Kay

Chapter twenty-four

Kay

I had to go back to Florida soon. We’d been here a few weeks, and I’d been exchanging music with the guys, but we needed to get to the studio together.

Our last album had been phenomenal. Our first platinum, and the guys from Midnight Hunt didn’t want to tour anymore, since they were going to manage other bands.

Those things combined added a shit ton of pressure on us.

We needed plenty of time to record a great follow-up.

We had to top it if we wanted to headline this next tour. No worries.

Hopefully, Star Fly would open for us. We already had a good rapport with them, and I wanted to see Matty again. He was a little crazy, but fun.

Both Donny and Saxon were gone. Saxon had a doctor’s appointment to get him cleared for work, and Donny had gone into the office to finalize some contracts.

I retreated to his playroom. It was a cute and welcoming space.

The walls were a dusty rose color, and the ceiling had clouds painted on it like a sky.

In one corner, a tree was painted on the wall, and in that corner was my destination.

A teepee tent. I crawled inside with a pillow.

I didn’t want to think about music and touring.

I wasn’t sure I was good enough, and I was scared to disappoint the guys.

I closed my eyes and grabbed the teddy already tucked inside the tent and willed my mind to stop churning.

Wet heat. Pressure. Oh… I opened my eyes. Donny had pulled my shorts down and was sucking my cock. What a way to wake up. I ran my fingers through his soft, short hair.

His slurping noises turned me on, making me moan. “Donny…”

He moaned around my cock but didn’t stop sucking.

I raised my hips a little, and he tugged my sack.

This would go fast. Too fast. But it was too good.

I whimpered as he slid his finger along my crack and circled my hole.

My balls drew up tight. “G-Gonna…Don…” When I came, he swallowed all of my release, making me see stars.

Afterward, he tugged my shorts back up and crawled up my body, snuggling in with me. We were almost too big for the teepee. “This is a tight fit. I should have bought a bigger one.” Donny rubbed his hand over my chest.

“Were we even seeing each other when you bought it?”

“Ha. No. It was before I met you.”

“Mm…”

“Why are you napping here, Kay?”

I sighed deeply. “I’m kinda worried.”

“Bout what?” He smooshed his face into my chest, and I wrapped my arm around him. He was such a comfort in my life, and I needed to appreciate him more.

I kissed the top of his head. “It doesn’t matter. I love you, Donny. You’re so good for me.”

“Thanks. Love you too. Now why’re you worrying?” He thumbed my chest. “Spill it.” He was so feisty.

“Okay…Okay.” I rubbed his head. “Stressing about the future. What’s coming. What we’re doing. And…well…I have to go back to Florida. Like soon.”

“Hmm…Guess that’s true. Star Fly is finished with their album and all signed with MH Management.”

“They’re opening for us then?”

“They are.” He shifted around. “None of this is anything to stress over. But you know what I do after a stressful day?”

“What?”

“I come home and play. That’s why I have this room. Come on…”

I let him pull me out of the tent. He had a large table on one side of the room with tons of LEGO bricks. We sat there, building for probably close to two hours, until we heard the door to his apartment open, and Saxon called out, “Hey guys!”

Donny jumped up and took off out of the room, and I followed close enough to see him jump Saxon at the door. “Daddy!” He wrapped his legs around Saxon’s waist.

“Hey, hey. Easy. I brought dinner. Take this to the kitchen.” He handed Donny the takeout bags as he put his feet back on the floor. It smelled spicy and tangy as Donny walked past me.

“Yum.” I hugged Saxon. “Thai?”

“Yep. Hope you like what I got.” He hugged me back. “Picked up a little of everything. Let’s eat.”

“I can get used to this.” Donny pulled the dishes out of the bag and spread them out on the counter.

It looked delicious. “Me too.” The afternoon had turned out great. And dinner was ready. Donny was right. The rest of the world could wait.
