Athena-is the Goddess of Wisdom and Strategic War. Controls the libraries in Apollo’s Court. She is a daughter of Zeus and his first wife, Metis. She is one of the Olympians.

Caelum-is the southern realm of Olympus which is ruled by Apollo. Before Apollo, Caelum was ruled by Zeus.

Centaur-is a person whose upper half is that of a man and whose lower half is that of a horse.

Chiron-is the centaur son of Kronos. He is the healer of the gods and is in Caelum.

Drachma, drachmae-is the currency of the gods.

Demeter-is the Goddess of the Harvest and Fall. She is the current ruler of one of the four courts of Olympus. She is also one of the Olympians.

Dionysus-is the God of Wine, Festivals and Debauchery. He is the son of Zeus and is one of the Olympians.

Erebus-is the northern realm of Olympus which is controlled by Hades.

Gaia-is the Goddess of the Earth. She is one of the Priomordials.

Ganymede- is a minor male god who was the former cupbearer of Zeus.

Godkiller-see water hemlock.

Golem-is the inanimate mud statues sculpted by Prometheus. Once he adds the ‘breath of life’ the golems became mortals.

Hades-is the God of the Underworld and the Lord of Erebus. After the coup that ousted Zeus, he kidnapped Persephone and forced her into the Underworld before she went missing. He is also one of the Olympians.

Hebe-is the Goddess of Youth. She is the biological daughter of Zeus and Hera.

Hera-is a former Queen of the Gods and ex-wife of Zeus. She is the Goddess of Marriage. Currently staying with her sister (Demeter) in the Court of Demeter.

Hermes-is the God of Travelers and the messenger of the gods. He is the son of Zeus and is one of the Olympians.

Iris, Irising-is a magical means which the immortals use to transport themselves and select other between various locations.

Kronos-is the father of Zeus, Poseidon, and Hades. He was formerly the Ruler of the lands which are now know as Olympus but was ousted by an alliance of gods, goddesses, titans, and other immortal creatures.

Kuon-is the golden hound of Ov.

Laws of Xenia-are the codes of conduct between hosts and guests. Basically, the course of conduct between a guest and a host. One built on mutual respect and protection. Particularly for a host, it consists of making sure that a guest is well fed and no danger comes to them in the care of the host. Guests are expected to respect their hosts, bring stories of their travels, and return the privilege of being the host if they were to ever come calling on them.

Lethe-is one of the rivers of the Underworld. When someone crosses through its waters with the permission of Hades, they are reborn into the land of the living. These people are born with violet eyes and are often seen as cursed since they have been touched by death.

Leto-is a Goddess of Motherhood. She is a titaness and the mother of Apollo and Artemis.

Malaka-is a derogatory word which is like calling someone a “dumbass” or other expletives.

Marium-is the western realm of Olympus which is ruled by Poseidon. This realm is almost fully submerged under the sea.

Metis-is a Goddess of Wisdom. She is a winged titaness and the mother of Athena.

Morai-are the three fates. These sisters ensure that mortals and immortals are following their fates.

Mount Olympus-is a mountain at the center of Olympus where the counsel of the gods is held. Sometimes referred to as ‘The Mount.’

Nymph-is a person who a minor deity who is connected to nature. Nymphs come from many different races like flowers, trees, and more.

Olympus-is the land of the gods. Composed of four courts which are Arva, Caelum, Erebus, and Marium. Each of which are controlled by a ruling lord or lady.

Oneiroi-are the spirits of nightmares.

Ov-the uncle of Apollo and Artemis. He is a titan and brother of Leto.

Persephone-is the Goddess of Spring. She is the daughter of Demeter and was in an arranged marriage to Apollo. One hundred years ago, after Zeus was ousted, she was kidnapped by Hades and has never been seen again.

Pizzo-a tax in exchange for protection.

Poseidon-is the God of the Sea. He is the ruler of Marium and is one of the Olympians.

Primordials-are the first generation of gods and goddesses who are physical embodiments of forces of nature.

Prometheus-is the God of Fire and Forethought. During the Titanomachy, he assisted the Olympians in overthrowing Kronos and the titans who continued to be aligned with him. Prometheus also was instrumental in the creation of humans. He is known for his defiance against Zeus when he stole fire away Olympus and gifting it to mankind. After which, he was exiled to the immortal lands.

Pythian Priestesses-are mortal women who are dedicated to Apollo’s court, prophecies, and are in charge of the record keeping for in the mortal realm.

Rhea- is the Goddess of Generations. She is the mother Demeter and Hera.

Satyr-is a person whose upper half of the body is that of a man and whose lower half of the body is that of a goat. Satyrs are devote followers of the god Pan.

Shades-are the ghosts of the those who have passed away but haven’t made it to the Underworld.

Silenus-is a satyr from the Marshlands which are in Caelum. Silenus was the former tutor of Dionysus.

Styx- is one of the rivers in the Underworld. Shades must cross this river to be granted passage to cross into the Underworld. Any shades who can’t cross or pay the toll are stuck in the purgatory of the beach.

Tartarus-is a place in the Underworld known for torturing those who lived horrid lives and those who have fallen out of favor of the Olympians.

Titanomachy-The war between the Titans and the Olympians (as well as some defector Titans and Titanesses).

Titans-are the male gods who came after the primordials (like Kronos) but before the Olympians.

Titanesses-are the female goddesses who came after the primordials (like Gaia) but before the Olympians.

Underworld-is the land of the dead which is in the Court of Hades.

Uranus-is the original God of the Sky. He is one of the priomordials.

Water Hemlock-is a silver elixir which is fatal to humans and can even gravely poison the gods to the point of forcing them to regenerate. Also known as ‘The Godkiller.’

Veil- is the separation between the four courts of Olympus and the mortal lands. There have been sightings reported of shades, monsters, and other creatures in the area between the worlds.

Zeus-is the former God of the Sky and Thunder. He was the Lord of Caelum before Apollo. He was also the former King of the Gods before he was ousted from power by an alliance of his children. Currently, he is imprisoned in Tartarus.
