41. Ella

***Ella***
I wasn’t sure what to expect once we were alone in the truck but it wasn’t for Vaughn to pull me into his lap and spread me open for Fisher to watch from the front seat. My awareness was so heightened as I waited for someone to explode that every one of his breaths against my neck felt erotic.
“Drive safe or I’ll kick your ass.” Vaughn spread my lower lips open and grunted to Fisher. “Are you waiting for a fucking invitation?”
I gasped as Fisher reached over the seat and stroked his hand over my core. He held my gaze as he pushed two fingers inside me. My brain went up in flames as Vaughn shifted his hand and pushed a finger in next to Fisher’s.
“Fuck, you’re dripping wet, Ella.”
Fisher smirked at me. “She likes when we call her Ella Rae. Just like you.”
Vaughn groaned into the side of my neck. “Is that right?”
“See for yourself.”
I held my breath as Vaughn spoke in a quiet growl against my ear. “You like the way I call you Ella Rae?”
They both moaned as my body reacted. Booth swore from the driver’s seat. “This is bullshit. I should’ve forced one of you to drive.”
I reached out and grabbed his shoulder, wanting to connect him to whatever the hell we were doing. I dropped my head back on Vaughn’s shoulder and moaned. “This is crazy.”
“Look at the way you naturally want to take care of all three of us, Ella Rae. This isn’t crazy. This might just make sense.” Fisher pulled his fingers out of me and sucked them clean before pushing them deep again. “I told you. I’d rather share you than not get to have you at all.”
“I need to taste you as soon as we get home, Ella Rae. I need to drink straight from the source.” Vaughn turned my face to his and stared into my eyes. “You can call this off at any time. Know that.”
I searched his face and swallowed down my nerves. “I trust you. I trust all of you.”
“What the fuck…?” Booth’s annoyed and questioning voice turned into one of slight panic. “Oh, shit. Vaughn, we’ve got company.”
Before I could see what was happening, Vaughn had already eased me off of his lap and was swearing while trying to make sure I was covered. “What? Who is it?”
“My dad.” Vaughn adjusted himself in his pants and rubbed his hands down his face. “What a great fucking time for a surprise visit.”
I felt all the blood drain from my face. “Oh, my god. Do you think he knows? How would he know? Oh, my god. Maybe someone saw us. Why is he here, Vaughn?”
He grabbed my hand and squeezed it. “Relax, Ella Rae. He doesn’t know anything. He doesn’t even know you’re living here.”
I frowned. “You didn’t tell him I was living here?”
He opened the door as soon as Booth parked and looked back at me. “I didn’t know what to say so I didn’t say anything.”
Booth looked back at me. “Should I just keep driving?”
Vaughn leaned back into the truck. “Not funny. Get out, Booth.”
I looked down at myself and my panic went through the roof. “I can’t see him like this. I’m just going to hide. Leave me here.”
Booth shrugged out of his jacket and handed it back to me. “Come on. Let’s get this over with.”
With his jacket on I looked like I was wearing a knee-length dress so I felt a lot better. I was able to get out of the truck without running into traffic from shame at least. It’d been a decade since I’d seen Paul but he still called to check in on me every few months. He’d been the closest thing I ever had to a dad and he hadn’t written me off when he and Mom divorced. I hadn’t talked to him since I left Penn, though. I felt crushing shame for multiple reasons in that moment.
The sound of Paul’s voice was usually comforting and welcome but right then, it was the last thing in the world I wanted to hear. He greeted Vaughn like he hadn’t seen him or spoken to him in years. “Son! Looking good! I caught that last game against Auburn. You and Fisher are a killer duo.”
“Hey, Dad. What are you doing here?” The sound of them hugging and slapping each other on the back was loud, even with the street being alive with Halloween fun.
“Hey, Mr. Adler. How’s it going?” Booth greeted Paul just as happily as Vaughn and I wondered for a second if they weren’t glad to be getting out of whatever the hell we’d been planning on doing.
“I was a few towns over for business and I decided to pop over and surprise you guys. I didn’t realize it was Halloween until I got here. I was just about to leave to head to my hotel so I’m glad you three showed up.”
Vaughn cleared his throat and I cringed from behind Fisher. “Actually, Dad, there’s four of us now.”
“Oh? You got a new roommate?”
I stepped forward and smiled what I hoped was an innocent and sweet smile, something that said I hadn’t just had his son’s penis in my mouth. “Hey, Paul.”
His eyes went wide and he rushed over to hug me. He’d always given the best hugs. Dad hugs. He squeezed me tight and spun me around like I was still a little kid. “Ellie! What are you doing here? Look at you! You’re all grown up!”
I swayed when he put me down and shrugged. “I transferred here at the beginning of the semester. It’s not a permanent move, though.”
“Why didn’t you tell me, V? I would’ve come over a lot sooner.” Paul ruffled my hair and grinned down at me. He was just as tall as Vaughn and had the same slim build. He hadn’t changed much in the decade that had passed. Maybe there was a bit of silver at his temples but I was already telling Mom in my head that he was still the same handsome Paul. “How’s your mother?”
“She’s as nuts as ever.” I grinned. “I can’t wait to tell her that I saw you. She’s going to be pissed that you still have all your hair.”
He let out a rowdy laugh and threw his arm over my shoulder. “Kid, you’ve still got the best sense of humor. I can’t tell you how happy I am to see you, Ella. I need to call you more. But this is amazing. My two kids, together again.”
I choked on my next breath at his words. Oh, god. Vaughn patted me roughly on the back while Booth and Fisher snorted and gave each other looks that said everything I was freaking out about in my head. His two kids. As if we were still siblings. I was going to vomit. Or pass out. Or maybe I’d do both and they’d let me choke to death on my vomit.
“Vaughn! Really?” Paul leaned forward and touched the lacy edge of my panties that were sticking out of Vaughn’s shirt pocket. “You can’t be more of a gentleman with your sister around?”
Fisher picked me up and threw me over his shoulder. It was a good thing, too, because I was trapped in my body, screaming at the top of my lungs inside my head. He patted my thigh and laughed. “Vaughn? A gentleman? Unlike me, he’s still a cad. I’ve settled down. I didn’t think I’d have to meet the parents so early, but I can handle it, Mr. Adler.”
“You two are dating? That’s amazing. I knew it would take someone special to tie you down, Fish.” Paul grunted. “And call me Paul. Both of you. I have to tell you every time I come around. You especially have to call me Paul if you’re dating my daughter.”
Fisher laughed too easily. “Paul, you have no idea how happy I am to have you visiting. This is just great.”
