After his retirement, things started to calm down significantly, that was until I began to show a growing bump, and the press got the information that Cameron and I were expecting our first child together, a son.

It didn’t take him long after that to decide we needed to move from the city.

Selling the penthouse to Austin of all people, we found the perfect home in a gated community with twenty-four-hour security.

It was far from my parents, from Marty and Easton, but it was perfect for our growing family.

Cameron took a job with the Jaguars as a trainer and coach, allowing him to stay close to the men he had grown to love as brothers and continue with the game he loved.

There were still moments when I would sit and look at Cameron, with Sofia, or watch him as he relaxed on the couch, prepared the room for our son, and still couldn’t believe how my life turned out.

I got the man I wanted, a man who spent every day ensuring I knew just how much our family meant to him.

Our relationship might not have started as typically as others; some might even say we played a dangerous game with our sneaking around.

I had always said I hated games, though with Cameron, we were playing for keeps.

And they lived happily ever after…
