Eintopf mit Bohnen un d Kartoffeln
150g lardons
2 onions, chopped
500g potatoes, sliced
Parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper
500g tomatoes, sliced
750g green beans, chopped
1. Preheat the oven to 130°C.
2. Fry the lardons and onions and place in a cast-iron pot.
3. Layer the potatoes on top, and sprinkle with parsley, salt and pepper.
4. Layer the tomatoes on the potatoes, and again sprinkle with parsley, salt and pepper.
5. Add the beans and pour in boiling water until the contents are immersed.
6. Cover with a lid, place in the oven and cook for two hours.
