Citron P r essé avec Lavande
English lavender
150g granulated sugar
Water
Juice of 6 large lemons
1. Mix the lavender with the sugar.
2. Pour into a saucepan and cover with water.
3. Bring to the boil and stir, then remove from heat and leave to steep for 30 minutes, then strain into a jug.
4. Strain the lemon juice into the jug.
5. Add water, and serve sprinkled with lavender.
