Their Perfect Kisses (Kissing Them #4)

Chapter 1

DAMIANO

My penthouse feels extra quiet. Spending a week with Madison has spoiled me. I want her with me all of the time now. Seth, as well, so we can pamper her constantly.

I am hopeful she will agree to live with us soon.

Lounging on the sofa in my living room, I imagine her sitting next to me, stealing sips of my whisky.

We talk, laugh, cuddle. Eventually, she gets that saucy expression on her face.

Seth shows up and we discipline her. Not because she’s been particularly naughty, but because the three of us enjoy the power exchange.

My phone rings, interrupting my pleasant reverie. When I see Madison’s name on the screen, I hurry to answer. “I was just thinking of you, bella.”

“Hey.” The word is quiet, tense.

I’m immediately at attention. “Is everything all right?”

“No, not really. I mean, it is. I’m safe. It’s just, I thought I saw someone outside my window.”

“Stay on the line. I’ll be right there.”

“Let me finish, Damiano.” Now she sounds annoyed as well as stressed.

I take a deep breath. “Apologies. Please, continue.”

“Thank you.” She sighs. “I’ve already called Ironwood. Someone came out and walked the entire property, but they didn’t find anything. They’re sending someone out in the morning to put up cameras on all the windows and doors. Who knows, I probably imagined the face.”

Something tells me she didn’t imagine a face. “I’m glad Ironwood is on top of it. You know, we could also have Nove out there to look around—”

“Thank you, but it isn’t necessary.” She has a little smile in her voice when she adds, “Truly. I know you want to barge in and fix everything, but Ironwood is taking care of me. My alarm is set, and I’m ready to settle in for the night. I just…I just wanted to tell you what’s going on.”

She is taken care of physically. But emotionally….

“I can come to you. Right now, bella. I’m on my way.” I start toward the door.

“No, don’t. Everything is settled now. I don’t want to make a bigger fuss.”

I pause at the door. “It isn’t a fuss. The woman I love was just scared, and I want to be with her, to comfort her.”

“I just…no. Thank you, Damiano. But I think I’d rather be alone. Will you let Seth know what happened? I don’t want to argue with him about helping, too.”

I smile. She knows us well. “All right, bella. Call me back if you change your mind. Even if it is the middle of the night. I will come to you.”

“Thank you. Goodnight.” Her voice sounds tight, as if she is trying not to cry.

Our call ends and I’m left in my living room, staring out the large window at the city beyond.

This is infuriating. Her need for independence will send me to an early grave. It’s the same as it was when she said she didn’t want to move into the Nove building with us.

I understand why she isn’t ready to live together.

But I do not like it.

I understand why throwing her over my shoulder and carrying her home with me is wrong.

But I want to do it anyway.

This kind of patience isn’t in my nature. I need to control those around me, to better set up and achieve my aims. Simply allowing Madison time and space goes against everything in my soul which urges me to bend her will to mine.

This is ego. I feel that I know best for all of us, and so of course, everyone should do what I want.

Abruptly, I stand up from the couch and head into my bathroom to get ready for bed.

I know that I am wrong to rush this decision.

Also, I love Madison. I trust her. She will reach her comfort with the idea of living together, and then it will happen.

Perhaps not on my own personal timeline, but on a timeline that works for her.

I finish brushing my teeth and spit. To my reflection, I say, “I hate being patient.”

My reflection has no advice.

MADISON

As I cower under my blankets in bed, one thought keeps shoving itself to the front of my mind.

I screwed up.

Damiano and Seth just want to help. And what was I thinking, calling a control freak like Damiano and telling him “don’t worry, I handled the problem”?

Especially when said problem is in an area where he excels—safety, and protection.

I know Ironwood isn’t a direct competitor with Nove, that Nove handles very different things, and operates special missions.

But I most likely offended him by turning down his offers to help.

Fuck.

I’m trying to act like I have my shit together, when I definitely do not have my shit together. If I did, I wouldn’t be shaking right now, and second-guessing every thought that comes into my head.

I’m second-guessing the face in the window, too. Did I even see that? I was extra exhausted from the travel home, and the emotional toll of our discussion about living together. Maybe my overtired brain hallucinated.

Maybe, regardless of whether I hallucinated or not, I owe Damiano an apology.

The truth is, I wouldn’t mind his and Seth’s company tonight. I’m still twitchy and paranoid. Going to any room in the house that has an uncovered window is out of the question.

I miss them, too. We spent several glorious days together in Mexico, and I didn’t get tired of them once.

When it was time to come home, I thought I was sad because I was saying goodbye to Mexico and those beautiful beaches, the friendly locals, and the delicious food.

But that wasn’t entirely it—I’m missing all the time I spent with Seth and Damiano.

My phone is under the covers with me, so I redial Damiano.

“Bella.” His voice is warm, but concerned. “Are you all right?”

“I—I changed my mind. I want you and Seth to come over.”

“We’ll be right there.”

DAMIANO

Seth and I let ourselves into Madison’s house. She doesn’t meet us at the door.

Seth gives me a concerned look. “She’s too scared to come down, isn’t she?”

I shrug, but nod at the same time. “Madison?” I call toward the stairs.

“Yeah, I’m up here.” Her voice is muffled, like she’s under blankets.

“Fucking hell.” Seth takes the stairs two at a time, and I follow on his heels. As he enters her bedroom, he says, “Baby,” and goes straight to sit next to her on the bed.

“I’m okay, really.” Madison pulls her head out from under the covers. Her light brown hair is frizzy. “Just got freaked out for a second.”

“You don’t have to minimize it for us.” I sit down on the other side of her. “If you’re scared, that’s understandable.”

“Do you want to talk about it?” Seth takes her hand.

“Not really. I’m sure Damiano already told you?”

“You saw a face in the window, and Ironwood came by to check the property.” He gives her an approving smile. “You did the right thing by calling them, and calling us.”

She looks down. “They didn’t even see footprints by the kitchen window. There’s no sign anyone was here at all. I feel like such an idiot. And I can’t get that face out of my head.”

“Was it anyone you recognized?” I ask.

“There wasn’t really time to see anything.” Her eyes shut tightly. “As soon as I saw the guy—and it was a guy, I think—he was gone, and I was running away from the window. I feel so stupid.”

Leaning back next to her, I wrap my arm around her shoulders. “You’re not an idiot, and you aren’t stupid. With everything that’s been going on, I’m not surprised that you’re extra jumpy.”

“You don’t think anyone was there, do you?”

“Actually, I do.”

“I don’t think Ironwood believed me.” Her green gaze flicks down to where her hand is joined with Seth’s. “I was pretty hysterical when they got here. It wasn’t a good look.”

“They don’t know you like we do.” Seth lifts her hand and kisses it. “Tell us what you need. Do you want us to stay up and keep watch? Sleep next to you? Walk around the back yard and make sure the guy left for good?”

She laughs softly. “No, that last one definitely isn’t necessary. Whoever it was, they’re long gone. I wouldn’t mind snuggling with you two, though. I feel safer with you here.”

“Done.” I strip down to my boxers. Seth does the same, and we climb under the covers with our girl.

“You have a whole little bunker under these blankets, don’t you?” Seth pulls a bag of cookies out from next to Madison’s pillow, followed by a bottle of water.

I find her e-reader wedged under the other side of her pillow. “You were fully prepared, bella. You could have stayed here for hours.”

“That’s the plan.” She squeezes my hand.

A couple hours later, I’m woken by Madison’s ass moving rhythmically against my cock. I flex my hips to offer her more pressure before realizing that what I’m feeling is the movements of her and Seth fucking.

I am nothing if not helpful, so I reach around to cup her breast.

She moans. “Damiano’s awake.”

“It’s about time.” Seth’s voice is low. “Now you can come on my cock, and after that you can come on his.”

I move my hand down from her breast to her pussy, where they join. She’s soaking wet. I tap her clit. Her moans grow higher in pitch and her breathing gets faster.

“Yes, little girl,” Seth says. “Fuck me like you mean it. Squeeze my cock, baby, just like that. It feels so good.”

Her hips rock back and forth. I’m so fucking hard, pressed against her like this. After another minute of delicious torture, Madison cries out with her release. Seth finishes a moment later.

I don’t give her time to rest—I lift her higher leg and pull it back over mine. I line up the head of my cock with her entrance. She’s sticky and wet with Seth’s come and the slickness of her own arousal. I slide easily inside.

“Yes,” she gasps.

I look over her body to see Seth scooting down on the bed.

“Keep her leg up for me,” he says, before pressing an open-mouthed kiss to her pussy.

Madison lets out a high-pitched keening sound as I fuck her and Seth licks and sucks. I pinch her nipples, alternating between them. Her cunt clenches tightly around me and her limbs go rigid. She’s close. Only a few more seconds.

“I’m—already—coming—” Her words are breathy, full of need.

“Do it, bella. We have you.” I thrust faster, harder, trying to hit the spot inside her that I know she likes.

A second later, she screams her pleasure, quaking in my arms. A few more pumps of my hips, and my own bliss coalesces into something bright and hard.

I empty into her, my seed mixing with Seth’s, the scents of our lovemaking filling the room.
