How to Manifest Your Soulmate
Step One. Write a list.
Step Two. Be specific.
Step Three. Release it to the universe.
Bel put down her phone after checking the instructions and picked up her pen, looking at the blank piece of paper thoughtfully. Then she started writing.
My Soulmate List
BY MABEL BUCKLEY
He will be brave
He will have a chiselled jaw
He will be intelligent
He must be someone who understands me
He loves excitement and has hero qualities
He must be handsome
He will have beautiful eyes
I surrender with heart, truth and absolute trust that you will make this so for me.
Bel carefully read over what she’d written in the beautifully ornate notebook. It was specific without being nitpicky, unlike her last two lists. Her first attempt at manifesting a soulmate had resulted in a five-page list particular to the point of ridiculousness. There was no way the universe was going to be able to find a man with a list that complicated, so she’d refined it. It was easy once she’d realised exactly what it was she wanted. The answer had been sitting right there on her bedside table: Jax Lexington.
Bel folded the list carefully and slid it into the front pages, giving the man on the cover one last longing look as she put the book back on the table, before turning off her lamp and falling asleep.
