Chapter Eight

CIARAN

Ciaran washed his face and brushed his teeth. At least I have a place to stay until they clear the road, he thought with a sigh before heading back down the hall to the living room to find Geoff and Teddy coming out of the kitchen.

“I thought you guys were decorating?”

“We thought we’d invite you to help,” Teddy said. “Help you feel more at home.”

“That’s sweet, thank you.”

“Ready to have some fun, then?” Geoff asked.

“Let’s do this,” Ciaran said.

“Why don’t you two get the tree decorations sorted, and I’ll make some hot chocolate and grab some cookies?”

“Sure thing.” Geoff gave Teddy a kiss before taking Ciaran to the boxes.

Watching them, another pang of jealousy hit the pit of Ciaran’s stomach. He was thirty-six and had never had a long-term relationship. Did he have time to find someone to spend the rest of his life with, or was it too late?

“Here are the boxes,” Geoff said.

“Huh?” Ciaran looked over at Geoff. “Oh, yeah.”

“Are you okay?” he asked.

“Yeah, fine. Just getting my bearings back.”

“Let us know if we can help.”

“I will.”

They unpacked the ornaments, lights, and the star for the tree. Ciaran and Geoff had just finished untangling the lights when Teddy came in with a tray of steaming mugs of cocoa and cookies.

“Let’s have a snack and then start,” Teddy said, taking a seat close to Geoff on the couch, while Ciaran took the chair. They finished with their cookies and cocoa before getting started on the tree.

“How do you guys want it decorated?” Ciaran asked. He’d never had a tree of his own, and his parents told him and his sister exactly how they wanted the tree done.

“Just put things on,” Geoff said. “Make sure no two bobbles of the same color are next to each other, and we’re good.”

“Okay,” Ciaran said.

They busied themselves with the tree. Ciaran smiled as they rearranged ornaments, tried to even out the spacing, and placed the lights.

“Why don’t you place the star, Ciaran?” Teddy suggested.

“Me?”

“Yeah,” Geoff agreed. “You’re our guest. You do the honor.”

Ciaran stepped up onto the small ladder and placed the star at the top. He couldn’t quite get it straight, but it stayed.

“Here we go,” Geoff plugged in the lights.

The lights blinked in a dazzling display of colors.

“It looks perfect.” Geoff wrapped an arm around Teddy.

“It sure does,” Teddy said.

“Thank you again, guys. This has been a wonderful afternoon,” Ciaran said.

“You’re very welcome,” Teddy said. “Now, I’m going to heat up dinner.”

“Would you like a glass of brandy?” Geoff asked.

“I’d love one,” Ciaran said.

The two sat on the couch with their brandy.

“So, now that you’re staying with us, is there anything else you’d like us to know?”

“Not really,” Ciaran said. “I live a pretty boring life. I mostly work, but sometimes I go out with friends. That’s it, really.”

“Hopefully, we can help you find a hobby while you’re here,” Geoff said. “You can’t just work all the time.”

“I have hobbies,” Ciaran protested.

“Okay, name one?” Geoff smiled.

He had a sweet and genuine smile.

“I play video games,” Ciaran said.

“Nice,” Geoff said. “Anything else?”

“No, that’s it.”

Geoff laughed. “Maybe tomorrow’s walk will inspire you to walk more when you get home.”

“My home doesn’t have beautiful landscapes like this. I live in a crowded city.”

“Then find somewhere,” Geoff said. “Walks are great.”

“Okay, I’ll see if I can find a place to walk when I get home.”

They’d just finished their brandy when Teddy called them to dinner. “It isn’t much, but it’s what I had planned.”

“I’m sure it’s going to be as fantastic as everything else you’ve cooked,” Ciaran said.

On the table was a hearty beef stew, as well as some sourdough bread, butter, and glasses of wine.

Ciaran savored the tender beef and spiced veggies, using his buttered sourdough slice to soak up the remnants of seasoned gravy at the bottom of his bowl.

Teddy was an amazing cook. Everything worked together in perfect harmony.

“Teddy, your cooking is the best I’ve had in years.”

“Thank you,” Teddy smiled. His cheeks reddened. The man blushed every time Ciaran complimented him. It was adorable.

After dinner, Ciaran sat back and patted his belly.

“I think I’m going to grab a shower and head to bed,” Ciaran said.

“Would you mind helping with the dishes before you head to bed?” Teddy asked.

“Of course.” Ciaran stood and grabbed his plate and bowl.

“I’m going to gather some firewood for the morning,” Geoff said. He gave Teddy a kiss and walked out the back door.

Ciaran followed Teddy to the kitchen.

“Just put them in the sink for now,” Teddy said. “We’ll rinse and put them in the dishwasher.”

Ciaran cleared off the rest of the table and placed everything in the sink.

“You two are the most adorable couple I’ve ever met,” Ciaran said. “How did you two meet?”

“We actually grew up together and started dating in high school,” Teddy said.

“That’s amazing,” Ciaran said.

“Yup,” Teddy smiled. “We’ve been together for sixteen years.”

“That is a long time,” Ciaran said. He handed the rinsed dishes to Teddy to put in the dishwasher.

“Started dating at sixteen and never stopped.”

“You have a life so many people dream of.”

“There have been rough patches, but we always got through them. We opened this place ten years ago, and it’s been amazing.”

Yet another pang of jealousy hit Ciaran. He knew plenty of couples, but none of them made him feel this way. Was it because this couple had what he wanted? He couldn’t say.

“That’s a wonderful story. High school sweethearts and still a happy couple.”

“We’re lucky.”

They finished up the dishes and met Geoff in the living room.

“Well, goodnight, and thank you again for letting me stay here,” Ciaran said.

“It’s our pleasure,” Teddy said. “If you need to grab a drink or something, feel free. Just be sure to clean up after.”

“I will.”

“And if you need anything, please let us know,” Geoff said.

“Thanks.”

Ciaran made his way to his room. After showering and changing, he headed to the kitchen to grab a snack. As he walked down the hall, noises caught his attention… groans escaped from behind a door.

This must be their room. I shouldn’t listen in.

But the temptation overwhelmed him, and he moved closer.

“Yes, fuck. That feels good,” Teddy groaned.

“Yeah. Take that cock,” Geoff said.

“Give it to me. Fuck. Give me that load,” Teddy begged.

Ciaran’s cock hardened at the sound of the two men. He imagined Geoff on top of Teddy, naked and sweaty.

Ciaran reached into his pajama bottoms and stroked his stiff cock.

I need to take care of this.

Forgetting the snack, Ciaran rushed back to his room, locked the door, and stripped. He threw a towel onto the bed to prevent it from getting dirty and grabbed the bottle of lube from his bag.

The warm lube dripped onto his waiting cock, and he grasped it, moving his hand slowly, stroking up and down, relieving some pressure from his balls. The lube smeared over his cock and balls.

Reaching down with his left hand and massaging his balls, moans of pleasure escaped his lips, the buildup to an orgasm pushed its way up his shaft.

He envisioned Teddy and Geoff with him. Geoff was deep inside him while Teddy’s cock filled his mouth.

What would it be like for two men to have their way with him?

The image pushed him over the edge, and he finally shot his load, stifling his shouts of pleasure.

Cum shot onto his hairy belly and dripped down his shaft.

Ciaran collapsed in a heap, letting his cum ooze onto his belly.

Damn, I needed that.
