CRUMBLETON TIMES AND ECHO - 28TH DECEMBER

Rookie Caroller Hits High Notes and Fundraising Goals in Christmas Cringe Headwear!

Congratulations to our beloved Crumbleton Carollers for raising a record amount of donations for the Museum Fund during last week’s Christmas Lights event. No one’s quite sure what made everyone so generous, but there’s rumblings about it having something to do with our fresh face’s festive hat! Get ready for next year, folks, I’ve got a feeling there’s going to be some stiff competition as our crooners do their best to outdo each other with their Cringemas Crowns!

Celeb Sighting at the Christmas Lights!

It’s not just the carollers who were turning heads at this year’s event. Huge thanks to one very special celebrity for their surprise appearance. That’s right folks, I’m talking about our very own Ruby Hutchinson who managed to tear herself away from her laptop to support the event. Congratulations to our awesome author for finishing her most recent (soon-to-be) bestseller, and for dealing so graciously with one particularly loony fan who [allegedly!] tried to get her to sign his butt cheeks in the Dolphin and Anchor.

New Year’s Darts at the Dolphin & Anchor , Wednesday 7.30pm

A note from Brian Singer. If you’d like to join him for the New Year’s Day darts game, there’s a waiting list. He’s currently got the board booked from midday until midnight.

A very Happy New Year to you all,

Caroline Cook, Editor.
