Chapter 119- The Confrontation
“ What are you doing here?" I asked him as he walked inside. What type of a hotel is this? What if I don't want anyone to come see me?
“ We need to talk," he said as he walked further into the room.
“ I'll be in my room," Cherry said as she opened the door and walked out.
“ Talk about what Mr Leonard? I don't remember you making an appointment," I said as I turned my back in him and walked to the couch then I sat down.
“ Is he my son?" He asked out of nowhere and I turned to him.
“ What are you talking about?" I asked,
" You know what I'm talking about? The child that you're looking for, is he my son?” He asked,
" What right do you have to ask me such a question Mr Leonard? What does it concern you with my personal life?”
“ For God's sake just answer the damn question, I need to know,” he pleaded as he walked to the couch and sat down beside me but I got up.
“ You're not married, you didn't have any relationship these past few years and I know you're not the one night stand type….” I couldn't help but scoff, did he forget how we met?
“ So you've been digging into my life, really?" I said,
“ Please answer me, am I the father?”
“ I don't owe anything to you, please leave, I've got things to take care of," I said,
“ Just answer me," he begged.
“ Just fucking get out! Leave me alone, you've got your family and everything you could ever wish for, so stop putting your nose in my business," I said,
“ You think I have everything I could ever wish for? Anna you're…” I raised my hand, stopping whatever he wanted to say.
“ Please just leave,” I said,
" He's my son right?” I swear I was going to kill this man.
" Anna, just answer…"
“ What difference does it make?! If you were there for us Andrew would have never gone missing, my son would still be with me, so fucking get out of my sight!" I shouted in anger before I turned away from him.
I said I wasn't going to lose my cool but this man pushed me too much and I just couldn't take it.
“ Anna,..."
“ Go, just go," I heard him sigh before he started making his way to the door but he suddenly stopped.
“ I'll do everything in my power to find him, I promise," he said,
“ I don't need your help, don't make promises you can't keep, because it might turn out to be a joke." I said.
I heard him take a deep breath before he finally opened the door and walked out.

The moment I walked out of her room I was met with that man from the dinner.
“ What are you doing here?" he asked as he looked at me with a glare, it was obvious he didn't like me and the feeling was mutual.
“ I never knew I needed your permission to come here," I said,
“ Stay away from her, I'm not going to warn you again," he said as he took a threatening step towards me but I stood my ground. I wasn't going to cower in front of him.
“ Don't start what you can't finish," I warned and he just scoffed.
“ You're married, don't drag her into any mess, especially now that the media would be on her case. Don't say I didn't warn you," he said as he walked away, hitting my shoulder on purpose.
I lost her once and I'm not going to let anyone get in the way of winning her back. Nobody at all.
