Chapter Four #2
Will shrugged.
“I mean, Corby, you’re not the first guy I’ve had sex with, and I’m a bottom. That’s pretty standard gear. Gene isn’t playing show and tell with the dirty things. Nipple clamps are like level one on the scale of one to a hundred when it comes to kink.”
Will had nailed that.
Gene wasn’t showing them scandalous things because that was for his eyes only. This was because Ethan liked the kink of having people know who controlled him.
“When he’s back on the horse, teach him something, Will. It’s exhausting.”
Will laughed but said nothing. He hoped one day, he’d get the chance to do just that.
Corbin sat there, and he said nothing. It was a kick to the balls that Will had experienced all of this with someone else—and he knew a kick to the balls.
He’d been abused.
When the waiter came their way, Gene glanced over at Ethan.
“Tala, did I tell you to lower your shirt? I didn’t. It’s show-and-tell time.”
He was flushing from embarrassment, but Gene knew he could whip out the safe word at any time, and call it a day.
To his credit, he absolutely didn’t.
That said it all.
From his seat, he did exactly what he was told, while the waiter stood there.
Yeah, Ethan hung in there, and he took the treatment like the submissive Tala was.
Willingly.
Because Ethan was tongue-tied, Gene ordered him and Ethan a sundae that they could share, and the waiter just stared at the spectacle.
“Extra whipped cream, please. In fact, just bring a whole can. I’ll use that later.”
Will giggled in amusement.
Next to him, his man tried to ignore it. Maybe if he did, the feelings he was having would go away.
So, Corbin ordered a piece of cake, and Will got pie. When the waiter walked away, Gene gave him the next order.
“You can put your shirt down.”
So he did.
Corbin was horrified.
“I don’t know who’s worse,” he said, pointing at the three of them. “Perverts.”
They all laughed.
Corbin was so vanilla that he made real vanilla look spicy.
“Well, I’m the worst,” Gene admitted, “but I’m on vacation, so what happens in San Juan, stays in San Juan,” he admitted. “I like to make memories. Wait until I print the pictures out and make a coffee table book.”
Ethan fought not to moan, but the mere idea made him break out in a sweat—and not a bad one.
Holy shit.
He wanted all of that.
As their dessert came out, Gene had to move closer to Ethan, and that had been his whole plan. He wanted to be able to get his hands on him, lowkey.
At the four-person table, there wasn’t a lot of space to be sly with the sexiness—unfortunately.
Now, he was against him, and they were sharing ice cream. Gene picked the cherry off the top, and fed it to Ethan, by holding the stem.
He accepted it.
Then, Gene kissed him, and took back half of the cherry because, again, he was on vacation and so was the whole place doing pretty much the same thing.
When at the gay resort, no one was playing Uno and Clue.
Besides, who didn’t want to make out with Ethan?
He wasn’t an idiot.
Corbin was watching them, but more importantly, he was watching Will. His boyfriend seemed to like the much kinkier stuff.
Had he been holding him back by not exploring that? Did he miss the sex life he’d had with whoever had Topped him before?
There were so many questions, but then, he remembered he was out of the game.
Because of his assault.
Did he have the right to ask any of them?
“After our walk, Tala, you and I have a date with the bed,” he stated. “Or the water. Want to roll around in the surf and have sex?”
Slowly, Ethan nodded.
He wanted anything that would push him over the edge, so that cock ring needed to come off.
ASAP.
Will glanced over at his man.
“So, want to go down to the pool?” he asked. “They are having a party later. I could use some fun drinks to collect those paper umbrellas.”
Corbin just nodded.
A storm was brewing.
Gene saw it.
It might be for the best if they kept their space for the rest of the vacation. Tomorrow morning, he was going to corner Corbin and ask if he would be more comfortable if they kept it to just dinner or one meal together.
Then, he wouldn’t have to think about sex.
Gene didn’t want him to be hurt, but he also deserved to have this vacation. He’d crossed lines for that man, and this was his reward to wash away the icky feelings he still had for breaking the law.
“Or we can go watch a movie,” he offered. “I’ll get us a bottle of wine, and some snacks.”
“Sure, Honey,” Corbin stated.
OOF.
Honey was never good, and Gene knew it. He was very familiar with Corbin’s moods.
Someone was not happy.
So, he stopped tormenting Ethan for the time being. His man was smart. He’d figure it out. Shutting off the vibrator, he simply kept it less handsy.
When Ethan looked over, Gene darted his eyes toward Corbin, and that unspoken message passed between them.
Ethan picked up what he was putting down.
“I think we should bring wine back to the room,” he offered, trying to help the other man out. “I like a glass before bed. We can celebrate that when we get back to Philadelphia, the snow will officially be over.”
There was that.
“Works for me, EJ,” Gene said, handing the man a spoon so he could feed himself, and they could adjust their closeness.
Will couldn’t finish his pie.
He offered it up to Corbin.
The man just shook his head.
Yeah, it was time to get the hell out of there. Gene could read a room.
Someone was about to blow.
Together, they finished their dessert, and got up from the table. They headed out to the beach, and slowly began walking down the sand.
In fact, he and Ethan were ahead of them, giving the two men space.
“Corbin’s going to blow,” he whispered, as he held Ethan’s hand. “We’re going to have to rethink spending any time with them.”
Yeah, Ethan could see that.
This was a tricky place to be. They never wanted to hurt Corbin, but they’d paid a lot of money to come here to be free and have fun.
“That works for me. Do you want to talk to him, or have me do the deed?”
Gene got it.
“I’ll handle Corbin.”
Then, that was solved.
Behind them, Corbin was silent, and Will was trying to figure out if he was freaked out, or just thinking. He hoped he wasn’t upset.
Everyone was just having fun while there—like they would tomorrow on their dolphin tour. Today, they’d built a sandcastle, and frolicked in the surf.
It had been nice.
“Penny for your thoughts?” he asked, glancing over at the man he loved.
Corbin wanted to not let it bother him, but something was festering, eating away at his soul.
He needed to know.
“Who was it?” he asked. “You know, the guy who used those things on you.”
He was caught off guard. Honestly, he fully expected him to say he needed space between them and the two men.
Someone was focused on something else.
“Oh,” he said.
Corbin was haunted by his man’s words, and they were fucking with his head. He couldn’t give Will the bare minimum when it came to sex, and someone had given him the Gene treatment.
That made him feel incredibly insecure.
“You said you experienced all that,” he stated. “Who?”
Oh, boy.
No good was going to come from this, but Will had to trust his partner. They loved each other, and there should be no secrets.
“Do you really want to know?” he asked.
Corbin did.
He suddenly felt inadequate, once more. On top of that, he was beginning to question if Will would be happy with him ever again.
Their sex life was at a zero, and now, he found out that someone liked HEAVY kink.
Like Gene kink.
Like Ethan kink.
Like porn kink.
And Corbin wasn’t equipped for that on a good day—and lately, he didn’t have good days.
They were mostly bad.
Finding himself had been a task he’d yet to manage to overcome, and there was no doubt that the clock was ticking before someone better came along, and Will left.
If that wasn’t bad enough, he didn’t know how to make those experiences happen.
Gene was well-versed in perversion, and he was a kindergarten kid on the first day, finding out there was so much he didn’t know.
From beside him, Will would rather not do this.
Nothing good would come of it, and the last thing he wanted to do was fight.
So, he held his breath and hoped Corbin changed his mind. They had a no lies policy.
So he was trapped.
“Yes. I think I deserve to know who my husband-to-be one-day was getting kinky with,” he stated.
It came out…harsh.
In fact, it came out so harsh that Will stopped walking and froze in place to talk.
Now, he needed to know.
“I’m sorry, but where is that annoyance coming from?” he asked. “What did I do to deserve that tone from you?”
Corbin was tense.
And he couldn’t stop the runaway train that was his mouth.
He could have stopped there, apologized, and let it go, but instead, he dug the hole deeper with his insecurities.
“I’m just curious who you were getting down and dirty with,” he stated. “Since you clearly have a lot more experience with that kind of sex—because we’ve never done any of that, and you’ve never brought it up.”
Will was taken aback.
He wasn’t quite sure why the man was getting upset over it. They never talked about their past sex lives with other people.
Ever.
Normally, Corbin didn’t want to know what happened before him, but now, he was angry.
And he didn’t know why.
This seemed innocent enough since they’d been told yesterday that if they opted to be around Ethan and Gene on their vacation, it was free game when it came to comments.
They’d agreed to that.
Truthfully, Will also hadn’t done jack shit to make him pissed off, so this had to be a Corbin issue, and not a him issue.
They stood there staring at each other, and from the outside, it likely looked like two people staring into each other’s eyes.
In love.
Well, it was anything but.
“So just tell me.”
Oh, boy.
