She left my office, closing the door behind her.
I honestly missed her already. I sighed as I started on the mountain of papers that all needed my attention.
Soon I found myself glancing at my watch as seconds turned to minutes, minutes turned in hours.
Olivia doesn't care about much shopping and I wondered what Ari and her could be doing.
I shook it off as I continue my work but still glanced at my watch and sometimes glancin at my office door waiting for her to come in. I sighed and continued my work, letting time pass. She will be home soon.
My door suddenly slammed open, my eyes snapping up hoping it was Olivia. The smile that grew quickly dropped when in walked a frantic Ari and Jeremy. I stood up quickly and I knew right away something was wrong.
"What's wrong? Where is Olivia?" I asked in a worried tone.
Ari started crying, "Olivia, never showed up to meet me. Is she here?"
My heart dropped when Ari said that and when she questioned if she was her.
"No, she left hours ago to meet you," My voice stern, "Jeremy go find Austin, now."
Ari was crying, I was in rage, Jeremy sprinted out of the room to find Austin. Ari walked over to me brining me into a hug as her tears stained my shirt.
"I'm sorry, Tyson. I should have left with her," She mumbled, her voice breaking.
I rubbed her back trying to soothe her but inside I was falling apart. This cannot happen again. Her and our pup will come home safely, I will make sure of that. Jeremy ran back into my office, my head snapping up to him.
"Alpha, Austin is gone. A pack member saw him leave with her. They said she looked scared as she left with him," Jeremy spoke, his fists and jaw clenching.
I felt enraged, the anger over powering me. Austin. He had betrayed his pack but for what? I tried to call out for Austin and Olivia in mind link but they were both blocked off. I couldn't break through to them. I am going to snap his neck the second I find them.
"PACK MEETING, NOW! GET ALL OUR WARRIORS READY!," I snapped.
