'Is it because he slept with Elizabeth?' He asks. How the hell does he know that? Does he know everyone she's slept with? I rose an eye brow at him silently asking him how he knows. 'It was my company first I know everything Dylan' he said smiling. 'Look just be here first thing in the morning and we'll deal with it for now have a read of everything and try to stay calm' he said then left. I opened the file to start reading it and it just pissed me off anymore. I slammed the file down and kicked my office chair over. 'Whoa bad day?' I looked up to see Elizabeth standing there with lunch in her hand. 'Yeah fucking Gavin' I said bluntly. I tired taking my tie off but it kept getting knotted. And it started to piss me off Elizabeth quickly ran over to me pulling my hands away from it 'hey hey calm down, come here let me do it for you' she gently undid the knot and took it off with ease. 'Thank you' she just smiled and started to pull out the food.
'So what's happening with Gavin?' She asked me. 'He's trying to sue me for wrongful termination. And the company. But looking at his history here and logging onto his computer he had here. He had been stealing money from us for a very long time. Not a lot at one go but bit by bit making it all add up so he basically got a good million out of us'. Elizabeth's jaw dropped. 'How the fuck did he manage that, don't you have someone who keeps an eye on all that?' She asked taking a bite of her food. 'Yeah but it was such a small amount at the time it didn't really raise any reg flags, Thank you for food by the way I really appreciate it' I say smiling at her.
'So do you need a hand with anything?' She asks me sweetly. 'I've just got to write out what's on this file and send it to this email'. Elizabeth ties her hair back crosses her legs then grabs the laptop. 'I'll help you, you read what's on there and I'll do all the work here' she says sending me over a wink.
