Chapter 52
Chapter Fifty-Two
Adam
“God, yes. Just like that!” I grip Emmet’s hair tighter, shoving him down harder. He gags around my cock, sliding his finger deeper into my hole and pressing onto my prostate. “Harder. Go harder,” I grit out, shoving him further down.
He gags again, spit gathering at the base of my dick.
When I release him, he sucks in a sharp breath. Tears fall from his eyes.
“You’re so good for me,” I tell him, and he shows me he’s grateful for my praise by fucking me deeper with his fingers. “Come here.”
He pulls his finger out of my hole, and crawls on top of me, resting on his forearms and leans down to kiss me. I take our dicks in one hand and jerk us off. He rocks his hips forward as I use my hand, groaning into my mouth.
“I want to feel you explode on my cock,” I tell him.
“I’m going to.” He pants, forehead pressed to mine. I find his hip with my free hand and dig my fingers in, pulling him toward me as I jerk us faster.
My stomach muscles tense as my orgasm draws closer.
“Fuck, Adam… I’m going to come.”
“Yes, baby. Come for me. Let me feel your hot cum all over my cock.”
He comes with a guttural groan, his cum landing on my chest.
“That’s it. Give it all to me. Give me more,” I say, still stroking him.
When he starts to shake, his dick softening, I release him.
“Clean up your mess, then choke on my cock until you make me come.”
He doesn’t hesitate to crawl down my body, dragging his tongue along my stomach and chest to clean up every drop of cum. Even the little bit that hit my throat. He sucks and licks, swallowing it all, and moaning the entire time.
“Such a good boy,” I tell him as he moves down to my dick, licking from my balls to the tip, then taking me to the back of his throat. It doesn’t take long for me to reach my pleasure, and he swallows all of that too. Then he drops beside me, panting. My heart is racing, my body feeling like jelly.
I blindly reach over, searching for his hand. When I find it, I link our fingers together before bringing it to my lips and kissing it.
“I love you, Emmet. Thank you for today.”
He turns on his side, resting his hand on his hand, his other laying along my stomach.
“You don’t need to thank me. I was happy to be a part of it.”
“You’ve known what I needed all along, and I just didn’t listen.”
“It’s not about listening, Adam. It’s about being ready. You weren’t ready then, but you are now, and look at you, all out about who you are and who you’re dating.”
I roll my eyes, a smile falling across my lips. “Only with a few people.”
“There were more than a few people at that party. Besides, now that some people know, it’ll be easier.”
“How are you so smart?”
“I had amazing parents.”
It wasn’t meant to make me feel like shit, but it does. I turn away as tears sting my eyes.
“Hey, what’s going on?” he asks.
I give a small shake of my head. “I just miss my parents.”
“Of course you do,” he says, moving closer and tucking his arm tighter around me. “They’d be proud of you.”
“You didn’t even know them.”
“But I remember everything you said about them. I know they were good people. And you came from them, so they must be awesome.”
Now I’m really smiling.
“You always make me feel better.”
“Because I love you and I want you to be happy.”
I turn to face him. “You make me happy.” I run my fingers along his cheek. “So happy.”
He gives me a lopsided smile, then leans down to kiss me.
“Let’s go take a shower.”
We spend the night cleaning up the house and making a list to go grocery shopping. Though it’s Saturday and the kids are usually here, they slept at their cousin’s house and we’re going to pick them up tomorrow afternoon, after we get groceries.
“I think we need to talk about something,” Emmet says, a serious look on his face that has my stomach bottoming out.
“What?” I ask, shutting off the faucet. “What’s wrong?”
“Nothing is wrong.” He comes to stand next to me, and takes my hand.
“It looks like something is wrong.”
He rolls his eyes. “I promise nothing is wrong.”
“Then why do you look like that?”
“Because I’m about to say something serious, that’s a big deal and may scare you.”
“What the hell, Emmet?”
He chuckles. “Relax.”
“Just tell me before I have a heart attack.”
“I want you to move in with me.”
“What?” I bark.
He steps closer, his hands going to my hips. He looks me right in the eyes. “Move in with me. Get rid of this cramped apartment. Take all of your stuff and the kids stuff and move into my place. It’s empty and sad, and I want you to bring all the happiness that’s here, to my house. With me.”
I look around my apartment. “You think there’s happiness here?”
“Look at the fridge.” I do. There are drawings from the kids and silly photos we’ve taken together. He takes my hand and leads me to Judy’s room. “Look how bright it is in here.”
She has pink and purple everything. Her bed sheets, curtains, rugs… all of it is bright.
“And Ian’s?” he says, pulling me that way.
“Ian’s room is a mess.”
“His happiness is all over the floor, Adam.” I spot the cars and his Bluey toys. His pillow and blanket are still on the floor too.
“This is what happiness is to me,” he says. “Life. Memories. The kids. You. All of this, it’s exactly what I want. My house is big enough. And you approved of it.”
“Well, yeah, but it is so close to that neighbor.”
He chuckles. “I’ll buy thicker curtains.”
I chew on my lip as I look around again, wondering if it’s a good idea.
I bring my gaze back to his. “Are you sure about this?”
He raises a brow. “Are you really asking me that?”
I huff out a laugh. Then take a deep breath. “Okay. Let’s do it.”
“Seriously?” he asks tentatively.
“Yep. Let’s do it.”
He lets out a sound of excitement, then hugs me so hard all the air leaves my lungs.
“Can we tell the kids tomorrow?” he asks.
“Why the hell not?”
Emmet kisses me hard on the lips, then kisses my cheek and my neck, all the while holding me tight.
It’s clear this has made him happy, and that makes me happy too.
The best part is, the thought of it doesn’t scare the shit out of me.
In fact, it all feels so right.
