Recipe

Ingredients:

2 large rolls of chocolate chip cookie dough

1 block (8 ounces) of cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup of granulated sugar

1/2 cup of powdered sugar

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix softened cream cheese and both sugars in a large bowl, and stir until well mixed. Set aside.

Cover the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan with non-stick cooking spray.

Mash and spread one roll of cookie dough across the bottom of the pan.

Spread the “icing” mixture over the cookie dough layer.

Press the remaining roll of cookie dough on top to cover the icing.

Bake for 30-40 minutes until desired doneness.*

*My oven bakes it perfectly at 37 minutes. The edges and top are slightly brown.
