EPILOGUE

The chill of January’s air clung to Beast’s skin as he stood outside the Yonkers clubhouse with Belle at his side.

Snow had melted into slush along the sidewalks, but inside, warmth and anticipation pulsed like a heartbeat.

They had moved to New York after Christmas, settling into a small place that already felt like home.

Tonight, though, was different. Tonight, they were about to be claimed by something larger than themselves.

The Royal Bastards and the Harlots filled the main hall, leather cuts gleaming under dim lights, the air thick with smoke and camaraderie.

Beast felt the weight of their gazes—measuring and testing them, but not hostile.

He tightened his grip on Belle’s hand, steady and reassuring, determined to show her that they belonged here.

The president of the Yonkers Royal Bastards, Hurricane, stepped forward, his voice carrying authority as he spoke. “You’ve proven yourselves. You’ve stood strong against threats, protected family, and chosen to stand with us. Tonight, you’re no longer outsiders. Tonight, you’re ours.”

A cheer erupted, rough and raw, but filled with welcome. Beast’s chest swelled as a leather cut was placed over his shoulders, the Bastards’ insignia stitched proudly across the back. Beside him, Belle received her vest, the Harlots’ patch marking her as one of their own.

The moment was heavy and sacred. Beast glanced at Belle, catching her tearful smile, and his grin broke fierce and unshakable.

Together, they had faced shadows, survived Shane’s terror, and chosen a future rooted in strength and loyalty.

Now, surrounded by their new brothers and sisters, they were bound to something greater.

As the cheers echoed and glasses were raised, Beast felt the truth settle deep inside him. Yonkers was their home now. The Royal Bastards and Harlots were their family. And whatever storms came next, he and Belle would face them side by side—patched in, united, and unstoppable.

Later that night, Beast and Belle returned to his parents’ home to share their good news.

The Christmas tree still stood in the corner, its lights twinkling softly, a reminder of the night he had asked her to marry him.

His mother greeted them with tears in her eyes, pride shining through, while his father clasped Beast’s shoulder with quiet approval.

They sat together around the fire, warmth wrapping around them like a blanket.

Beast leaned back on the sofa with Belle tucked against him, and for the first time in months, he felt at peace.

Whoever said that there was no place like home wasn’t lying, and now, surrounded by family, he knew that nothing could beat being back home.

All those months on the road had taught him that being alone wasn’t all it was cracked up to be.

He used to tell himself that he didn’t care about being away from family, but now, being surrounded by them, he knew that he was lying to himself the whole time.

He had sold his rig when they got to Yonkers and decided to start up a security company with his father’s help. Some of the guys down at the clubhouse were lending a hand, too, and he had his first clients lined up.

Belle sold her grandmother’s house to one of the Royal Harlots down in Huntsville.

They were able to use the money from the sale of her home and his truck to purchase a little house just down the road from his parents’ home.

He never thought that he’d want home base, but Belle did that to him—made him want things that he never thought he’d want.

The four of them spent most of the evening together, and he couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate his homecoming than with his parents.

As laughter filled the room and stories of the patching-in ceremony were shared, Belle’s expression shifted.

His parents didn’t seem to notice, but Beast didn’t miss the way her hand lingered at her stomach, the quiet glow in her eyes.

She looked at him, then at his parents, and he knew that something was up.

“There’s something I need to tell you,” she said softly.

The room quieted. Belle’s hand pressed gently against her belly.

“I’m pregnant.” For a heartbeat, Beast couldn’t move.

The words hit him like thunder, his chest tightening, his breath catching.

Then joy surged through him, fierce and overwhelming.

He pulled Belle into his arms. “I hope that it’s okay that I waited to tell you here, with your parents.

I figured that they were here for our engagement; it only made sense that they be here for this big announcement. ”

“You’re serious?” he whispered against her hair, his voice cracking.

Belle nodded, tears spilling down her cheeks. “We’re going to have a baby.”

His mother gasped, tears streaming down her face, while his father’s face broke into a rare, radiant smile. The room erupted in celebration, joy filling every corner of the house, and Beast couldn’t remember a time when he was happier.

Beast held Belle close, his hand resting protectively over her stomach, his eyes blazing with love and pure happiness.

They had faced her crazy ex and chosen a future rooted in strength and family.

Now, patched into the Royal Bastards and Harlots, surrounded by family, and with a child on the way, Beast knew their journey had only just begun.

Yonkers was their home now, and the club was their family.

And whatever storms came next, he and Belle would face them side by side—united, unstoppable, and soon-to-be parents.

And he couldn’t wait for all their family Christmases to come.
