Women’s Soccer Team Wins College Cup Semis, Finals Are Next
Last night’s win by our Tolliver women’s soccer team over Florida State has propelled them to the College Cup finals tomorrow.
Star striker Eden Larsson scored one goal, and senior Bree Rogers scored the other, in a 2–1 victory. This was vindication for the pair, since Tolliver lost in the same round last year.
“We’ve never won the Cup, so this is a huge moment for us,” Coach Brenner said. “We’re ready.”
They’ll play number two ranked Stanford.
The College Cup is being held in Atlanta, and a splash of teal shirts made an appearance in the stands. It’s not too late to plan a road trip and get your tickets for tomorrow’s finals.
