Chapter 24

“ W ould you stop? We have to leave,” I reminded Dion as his hands roamed my ass.

“We have a little more time. I’m in charge, so the meeting won’t start until I get there.” He flipped me over so I was on my back. We were in his bed and should have been getting ready to head to the clubhouse, but instead, he was trying to be fresh.

It had been almost three weeks since Dion asked me to be his first lady, and it was finally time for me to meet the members of the Outlawz. He held me hostage for the last few weeks, but this time, I didn’t mind it. I hadn’t been back to my house or talked to my father. Jalen tried to call me, but I told him I couldn’t talk to him anymore and wished him the best. Afterward, I blocked his number because I didn’t want Dion to find out, and he went to kill the boy. Jalen was a good guy and didn’t deserve what I knew Dion would do to him.

“I understand that, but I don’t want to make a bad impression on them.” I tried to push him away, but he gripped my wrist.

“Fuck them,” he said before he kissed my neck.

I giggled, then moaned when he pushed his hard dick against me. We both still had on our undergarments, but that didn’t stop me from feeling him.

“Dion.” I moaned again when he slipped his finger through the side of my panties.

He stared down at me as he massaged my clit. “Just five minutes, Pep.”

My back arched off the bed. “Five minutes.”

Dion wasted no time pushing my panties to the side and freeing his dick. He didn’t bother with taking them off. He pulled them down enough to give himself room to enter me.

“Thank you, baby.” He groaned. “It was going to kill me if I couldn’t get inside you.”

At times, Dion would act like he would die if we didn’t have sex or something. It seemed weird to me, but I also loved it. It turned me on for someone to want me as much as he did.

“I’ll always let you in.” I kissed him and wrapped my arms around his neck.

It didn’t even take the five minutes Dion asked for before he shot his load off inside of me. That was the quickest session we ever had, but I was fully satisfied.

“You see how bad I needed you?” Dion asked when he rolled off me. “Didn’t even need the whole five. If we didn’t have somewhere to go, I would go another round, but we have a busy day.”

“I know, and I’m getting in the shower.” I tossed the sheet back and got out of the bed. “Don’t follow me either.”

Dion laughed as I walked to the bathroom. Not only was I meeting the club, but it was also the day of the blanket drive. It would be a long day, and I couldn’t let Dion take all my energy.

In the bathroom, I turned the shower on and put my hair up while I waited for the water to get warm.

Dion was no longer the monster I thought he was when he first kidnapped me. This side of him was reserved for me and his family. Dion’s love for me outweighed what I didn’t receive from my father, or hell… anyone else. We rode our bikes together, and I even helped him work on bikes that were brought into his shop for repairs.

We would lie in his bed, talking about bikes and life. He told me stories that he remembered about his brother when they were younger. He shared with me how his mother worked multiple jobs to take care of him and his brothers.

There were conversations about children, and we both wanted them. I hadn’t had time to take a pregnancy test. I didn’t mention it to Dion, either. I wanted us to get through the meeting and the drive first.

After my shower, I went back to the bedroom, and Dion was on the side of the bed, putting on his socks.

“I guess you used the other bathroom,” I said as I walked over to the dresser. I hadn’t officially moved in with Dion, but we did talk about it. I had no problem with moving here, but we just hadn’t gotten around to it. The plan was to move in after the meeting.

Dion got up from the bed and walked over to me. “I did because I would have fucked you if I came in there. Those couple of minutes didn’t do shit for me, but we’ll handle that later.” He kissed my cheek. “I’ll be downstairs.”

“Okay.” I finished getting dressed and headed downstairs.

Dion stood when I reached the bottom step. He wore jeans with his blue vest with his name on the back. I didn’t get a vest yet, but I wore my pink jacket with the pin on it he gave me. I would get my vest once the club officially welcomed me.

“What if they don’t accept me?” I asked when I reached him.

“There’s no reason why they wouldn’t.” He kissed my temple, then grabbed our keys from the table.

We held hands as we left the house and walked to our bikes. I prayed the ride to the clubhouse helped calm the nervousness in my stomach. Being accepted by the Outlawz meant a lot to me. It wasn’t just because of Dion, but I wanted to feel like I belonged somewhere.

By the time we arrived at the clubhouse, the nausea had subsided, but my heart palpitated something crazy.

“You’ll be fine,” Dion affirmed as he climbed off his bike.

He came over and helped me off mine. I took a deep breath as we walked inside.

All noise ceased when we entered, and I squeezed Dion’s hand. Every single pair of eyes were on us as we walked toward the center of the room.

“I asked you all to come early because I wanted to formally introduce you all to the official first lady of the Outlawz, Pepper.”

For a second, no one said anything, and I almost ran out of there until Axe stepped up with his glass in the air.

“Welcome to the club, sis.”

Once he gave his blessing, everyone else saluted and welcomed me to the club. Over the next hour, I was introduced to so many people that I wouldn’t be able to remember everyone’s name by the time I left.

“I’m just glad there is another lady around here besides those skanks that like hanging around,” Mouse said as we stood near the bar.

I found out she was the secretary and the only female in the club. She told me about how she’d known the guys since she was little. I could see she and I becoming friends at some point.

“I was so worried about being accepted,” I admitted.

“Girl, the way Blade looks at you, it wouldn’t have mattered how anyone felt.”

At that moment, I looked up at Dion, and he winked at me. The gesture made my heart skip a beat.

“I think you’re right.” I winked back at Dion and turned toward Mouse. She was a cute little thing, and she told me about how she had a thing for Bear, but nobody knew about it.

I encouraged her to talk to him, but she was too shy to approach him. I noticed how he watched her every so often.

A few minutes later, Dion strolled over to me.

“You good?” he asked, then pulled me into his arms.

“I’m perfect.” I stood on my tiptoes and kissed him.

He leaned against the bar and held me close.

“I have a question to ask you.”

I leaned back a little to look into his eyes. “I’m listening.”

“What if I asked you to become Mrs. Nixon?”

“Like, to be your wife?”

“Yeah. I don’t have a ring yet, but I want you to be my wife. We can get married here or at the house. Your cousin can be there, and the club members if you want. I don’t want anything big, just us and our closest people. What do you say?”

I looked around the room at all the members, and even though I’d just met them, I felt more welcomed with them than I did with my father’s club. I was right where I needed to be, and I’d been so happy with Dion.

I looked back into his handsome face and his eyes. I felt the love he had for me spreading all through my body.

“I’d say, yes.”

He cupped my face and kissed me passionately. It didn’t matter who was around us.

We didn’t break the kiss until his brother yelled out, “Get a room.”

Everyone laughed, and Dion pecked my lips one more time. He gave his brother the finger, then focused his attention on me.

“Thank you, baby girl. Let’s get ready for this blanket drive.”

“Thank you.”

We separated and welcomed people from the community for the blanket drive. I loved everything about Dion and the club, and I knew I made the right decision. I finally felt like I was a part of something good.
