Chapter 17 #2
My stomach clenched as my cock twitched under his foot.
“Pute perverse.”
His foot slipped away, and I was left wanting more.
“Onyx, don’t stop.”
Onyx ate a cookie like he hadn’t just had me on the edge of mental ruin. “Can I have the rest of this boxed up? I can’t possibly eat all of it right now.”
I hadn’t bothered to care about anyone else around us. Not even as the waitress got closer. My mind was filled to the brim with want and all I could think about was Onyx. The way his lips moved while he talked. His throat and how easily it would fit in my hand.
“Lucero,” Onyx called, pulling me from the fog.
“Yes?”
“Time to go.” There was a knowing smile on his face that I committed to memory. He knew what he did to me, and still, my husband tortured me.
He stood up and stretched, showing off his small waist and smooth skin.
Mine.
“Am I going to the art gallery alone?”
I was up in seconds, grabbing his hand. “I need to pay.”
Onyx snorted. “You did that already.”
I was so wrapped up in him, I hadn’t noticed. There were two bags with the bakery’s logo on it. I didn’t have to guess that they were ours.
“Was there anything else you wanted to take to go?”
Onyx shook his head. “No.” He pulled his hand out of mine, but I moved quickly to intertwine our fingers. When he gave me a look instead of pulling away. I smiled.
“New York is a busy city. I don't want to lose you.”
“Sure, whatever you say.”
We headed to the art exhibit where I got to watch Onyx gush over the pieces he truly fell in love with. I could admire a few, but nothing compared to my husband. I could stare at him all day and never tire. I’d find something new to worship each time.
“Look at this one,” Onyx said, tugging me closer. He’d tried a few times to escape my hold, but each time, I’d won.
The painting was strokes of various colors of blue. There were small hints of green but they only made the blue intensify. It drew the eyes to the smaller details that would normally go unnoticed if not highlighted.
Endless Sky, was the title of the art piece.
“Do you want it?”
Onyx shrugged. “I’ll probably put in an offer for it later.” He turned, and I was dragged to another one. We went piece after piece. Some of them weren’t all that remarkable but the entire experience was surreal as I spent it with Onyx.
By the time we came out of the exhibit, the sun had set and the city lights were on full display.
I tugged Onyx close to me to keep him warm. Although it wasn’t freezing out, it wasn’t hot either. I pulled my phone out and snapped a picture of our hands clasped together.
“What are you doing now?” Onyx asked.
“Documenting our first date together.” I must have said it a bit louder than I thought because an elderly lady stopped in her tracks and smiled our way.
“Would you like for me to take your photo?” she asked.
Perfect .
“Yes.”
At the same time, Onyx said “No.”
She smiled at the both of us and took my offered phone. Taking a few steps back, I pulled Onyx close to me.
“Please, bella.”
Onyx sighed, but I knew he was going to give in by the way he fixed his hair, running his long fingers through the soft strands. He turned around and fussed over me, pulling my shirt and brushing something off my shoulders.
“Get behind me and place your arms around me,” Onyx instructed.
I did as my husband instructed. I leaned down a little and breathed him in. I wanted to stay like this a lot longer than it would take to get a picture. My stomach tightened and my mouth watered as I sucked in all the air around us.
“Ready?” the elderly woman asked.
I nodded as Onyx pulled at his shorts a little. “Yes.”
I heard her counting backwards but it was nothing more than background noise.
It blended in with the sounds of the city.
My sole focus was Onyx. The way he slightly tilted his head and the heat of his hand as it rested over mine.
Or how perfectly he fit against me. The moment could last an eternity, and I still wouldn’t get enough of holding him.
Before I was ready, Onyx was pulling out of my grasp. He headed over to the elderly lady and took my phone back. He thanked her and came back over to me.
“Let’s see how good she did.” He went through the pictures, his face pinched as he swiped through the four she’d taken. “You’re not even looking forward for any of them.”
I took my offered phone and instantly set the picture to my home screen saver. “It’s perfect.”
“You’re just staring at me with a goofy grin on your face.”
“But you’re so beautiful, I can’t help it.”
Onyx took my hand back into his. “Whatever, weirdo.”
***
By the time we stumbled into the door, I had bags on my arms from both the bakery and the stores. I put them down and took the ones with food into the kitchen. Onyx followed behind me, taking up residence on the counter.
“Nothing like shopping to relieve some stress.”
He enjoyed himself on our date. My stomach twisted with butterflies as I put everything away. My back was to my husband, and I could feel his gaze on me like a caress. It took everything in me not to turn around and drop to my knees.
“Did you have fun?” Onyx asked.
“Yes, it was a wonderful first date.”
He sighed. “Compared to all the other dates you’ve been on?”
“Never been.” I closed the fridge and tossed the bags away before heading over to a surprised Onyx.
“What do you mean never? I know you’re not a fucking virgin the way you fuck.”
It took some effort, but I slid between his pillowy thighs. His legs went up and as he crossed his ankles around my back. It forced me closer.
“No, I wasn’t, but I never went out on dates.” I shrugged. “My ma said dating was for the intent to get married. Never wanted to marry anyone until you.”
Onyx stared at me for a long while. “The more you tell me, the scarier you are.”
“What you mean to say is the more you fall in lo?—”
Onyx slapped his hands over my lips. “Keep talking and you will be going to bed alone.”
Wait, do I get to have him tonight?
God, please, say it will happen.
“Am I clear?”
I reluctantly nodded. I hated when he restricted me from talking, but I knew how to get my way one way or another. Onyx stared at me intently.
“Feel like you’re lying, but don’t worry, I’m going to help you.”
The promise in his voice had chills racing down my spine. I couldn’t fathom why but there wasn’t an inch of me that wasn’t ready to face whatever my husband wanted to do to me.
Onyx dropped his hands away from my mouth and wrapped them around my neck. I stepped back with him clinging to me, in the perfect position to claim his mouth.
“Can I kiss you?”
His tongue came out as if to tease me. “You were a good boy today, and the desserts were the best I’ve ever had. Minus your moms brownies, of course.”
Say yes. Please say yes.
“Okay.”
He didn’t even fully get the word out before I had our lips locked together.
A shock wave of need and pleasure shot through me, rocking down to my toes.
I cupped his ass and brought us closer as I deepened the kiss.
Onyx opened his mouth for me the moment I ran my tongue over his lips.
He tasted divine as our tongues twisted together in a dance that was quickly becoming familiar.
I didn’t leave an inch of him uncharted.
The little moans and gasps that tried to escape him, I greedily swallowed, not willing to share with the air itself.
Sharp nails scratched along the back of my neck and over my shoulders. The longer we kissed, the deeper the need built. I felt hot all over as if I was standing in a pit of fire, and I couldn’t give a fuck to get out. It felt too good.
“You’re too good at this,” Onyx said breathlessly.
I went in for another, and to my surprise, he let me. Our mouths fit together like they were puzzle pieces. I drew his tongue in and sucked on it until Onyx was humping against me.
More.
I didn’t need to see to know where I needed to go. Our home layout was etched into my memory. I could navigate in the pitch dark with no issue. I stopped at the couch, more than ready to lower Onyx.
He pulled free, sucking in air like his lungs were also burning. “Bedroom.”
“Really?”
Onyx’s face was flush, and he hadn’t stopped grinding against me for a second while I held him.
“Now, Lucero. I’m not in the mood to repeat myself.”
I twisted around, and before my husband took back his permission, I stole another kiss. The high that hit me had every cell in my body buzzing. I only got this sort of feeling from Onyx.
His bedroom was upon us all too soon. I wasn’t nearly ready to stop holding and kissing him, but at the same time, I wanted more.
Onyx broke the kiss, and I chased after him, hungry for more. I took his lips in another heated kiss that had him leaving behind burning scratches over my scalp and the back of my neck.
“You need a collar; you don’t listen.” Onyx pulled back again, leaving me panting with need. “A pretty red one would look good around your neck.”
“Pink.”
Onyx’s small hand wrapped halfway around my neck, unable to close. He applied pressure. “Why pink?”
“It’s your favorite color.”
Onyx’s eyes sparkled and he squeezed my throat tightly before kissing me of his own accord. Bliss blanketed over me as I succumbed to the ecstasy that was my husband. I opened up for him, giving myself without so much as a single thought against it.
“Put me down.”
A whimper trickled out of me before I could think better of it. I wasn’t ready to stop touching him.
“You’re not in a listening mood tonight, huh?”
I shook my head. “I am, bella.”
Onyx stared at me and it felt like I was the smaller one of us two. He was only five-foot-six to my seven-foot-two, but right now, I felt a lot shorter than I was.
“Put me down.”
I followed instructions this time and let Onyx gently onto the ground. He didn’t need to say it. I dropped down onto my knees so I no longer towered over him.
