CHAPTER SIX
Roman needed to be inside his beloved, needed to feel his velvety softness enveloping him, and inhale that sweet scent that stilled and invigorated him simultaneously.
He told him to strip, and he was doing just that without pause or hesitation.
His desire mirrored Roman's, and that fact made everything marvelous.
Roman kept his eyes on Alex as he, too, removed his clothing, making sure to torment his beloved just as his beloved was tormenting him.
Alex's body was a masterpiece, every inch incredible.
The softness of his fine skin and the rigidity of his hard muscles all begged for Roman's touch, just as his plump red lips called out to be kissed repeatedly. Alex leaned back, propped up on one elbow, and began stroking his cock in a lascivious manner as his eyes watched and gauged Roman’s reaction. He loved to tease.
Roman walked to the edge of the bed, inches away from where Alex lay, and ran his fingers along his own stiffness.
He then gripped and stroked it roughly several times, throwing his head back on a deep growl.
He looked at Alex, who froze with his mouth half open on a moan.
He reached over to touch, and Roman stepped back.
"You want this?" He asked, and Alex nodded. "Come closer." Alex moved to the edge of the bed and sat with his legs spread, and Roman stepped between. "Don't touch." He said, and Alex sat and stared up at Roman.
Roman held his cock and slowly touched the tip to Alex’s lower lip.
Alex’s tongue jutted out for a taste before Roman pulled back.
"Open up, baby. Open for me." Alex opened his mouth, and Roman placed the head of his cock just inside, barely there, and Alex's breathing began to speed up, and his hands gripped the bedspread.
He wanted so badly to reach out, but he held back just as he was told. Good boy.
The moans became deeper and more needy as Roman made several shallow thrusts between those luscious lips.
Then he slid his fingers through Alex's hair and held him fast as he plunged inside, thrusting.
Alex took it greedily and began to reach for him, but stopped.
"Touch me," Roman said, and Alex held the base of Roman's cock in one hand and cupped his balls with the other.
His touch was electric, as was the masterful way he massaged his cock.
He thrust several times, overcome with the sensations and the vision of his cock disappearing into that beautiful mouth, and he came, unable to hold back.
He filled Alex's mouth full, and he tried to swallow it all, but some dripped from the corner of his mouth and ran down his chin. The site sent erotic thrills down Roman’s spine, and he quickly pulled out and stepped back.
Alex wiped his chin with the back of his hand and then licked it clean with a smile that was pure debauchery.
It was then that Roman noticed that Alex had come as well, his seed dripping down his thighs.
Roman ran his fingers through it and brought them to his lips, tasting the essence of his lover.
Alex rolled his eyes back and elicited another desperate moan.
Alex moved back onto the bed, and Roman followed, rolling him to his side and entering him from behind.
Alex was wrapped in his arms as his cock, still hard and leaking, entered his lover in one quick motion.
Alex was sweating, and his breath was coming out in short, harsh pants.
He was losing himself in the ecstasy, and that was beautiful.
Roman hammered into him, flesh slapping together, harsh groans and sharp cries filling the air.
Alex turned his head searching for a kiss, and Roman devoured his lips as he came a second time, filling his beloved once again with his seed and his scent.
There will be no doubt who owns this man, who protects and provides, who loves and cherishes this man.
The kiss went on for several minutes, both men lost in the love and devotion that had blossomed and grown. Roman loved this man, to his heart and his center, he loved this man.
"I've never felt so special and so grounded," Alex whispered while Roman rained kisses on the side of his neck and across his shoulder.
"I never dreamed that someone like you would enter my life so quickly and change it so completely.
Your world is astonishing, and I can't wait to learn everything I can.
Life can be so unexpected and so wonderful. "
"Fate is so generous, and you make me so fucking happy," Roman responded and was rewarded with a kiss, and he immediately reciprocated. They settled and fell asleep wrapped in each other's arms.
It was early morning when Roman woke and buried his face in the crook of Alex's neck, drinking in the warmth and scent of his beloved.
He shifted slightly but did not open his eyes.
Roman kissed him softly, and Alex tightened his arm that was wrapped around Roman's shoulders.
He rested his head on Alex's chest, calm and content, until his phone rang.
It was Victor Raum, the second in command, who didn't call unless it was dire. Roman sat up and opened the call, all his attention focused and ready. Something was wrong; he could feel it in the air. Alex also sat up and lay his head against Roman’s back. He seemed to pick up on the sudden tension.
"Yes, sir," Roman answered and waited.
“Tristan Whaley and Jackson Freed are both dead, murdered by the Castile Coven.
It would be best if you and your beloved returned to the Coven until this matter is handled.
" The statement was straightforward and clear.
Victor was telling him that Alex was in danger.
Instantly, Roman was on his feet and throwing clothes at Alex, who was just as quickly grabbing them and getting dressed. He understood and didn't waste time.
“We’re on our way.” He said and closed the call. They were both dressed and headed to the door within minutes. Roman kept Alex tight to his side, and they moved together as one.
“I was angry at Jackson, but I didn’t want him dead.” Alex’s tone is a little lost.
"I know, baby," Roman told him. "This isn't your fault. Jackson made his own choices." He rushed him out of the hotel and to the attached parking garage and did not pause until they were seated inside the SUV.
“Why?” He asked, still looking desolate.
“The Castile Coven funnels illegal activities through the First National." Alex nodded, and Roman did not have to say any more.
"I planned on bringing you to the coven today anyway," Roman interjected, attempting to bring an upbeat tone to the conversation. "I think you'll be impressed, it's a beautiful fortress. It's comfortable and practical but also lavish and totally over the top.”
“That does sound impressive.” Alex gave a soft smile as he struggled to set the tension aside.
“The Master spared no expense.” Roman took Alex’s hand and held it as he made his way back through town toward the coven house. “I’ll have breakfast prepared for you when we get there.”
"Coffee is all I need. I don't usually have much for breakfast. I often just get a cinnamon roll at Frost's Bakery on my way to work.
They have the best in town, and that is not hyperbole.
I have tried every cinnamon roll in this town.
" That made Roman smile even though his heart and mind were heavy with worry for his beloved.
He knew they were driving by Frost's Bakery, so he decided to make a quick stop.
When he pulled up to the curb, Alex turned and looked at him, surprised. "I wasn't hinting; you didn't have to stop on my account."
"We're here, might as well get a couple rolls." He opened his door and then turned back to Alex. "Keep the doors locked, and I'll be right back."
“Thanks, Roman.”
“You’re welcome.”

Alex was trying hard to not look upset by the events of the day, but he knew he was not being particularly successful. The things he knew about the bank were things he wished he'd never discovered. His entire understanding of his job and his coworkers was a myth, a total facade.
He watched Roman look around and then enter the bakery. Alex noticed Leon, one of the new tellers hired a month ago, was walking his dog. Without thinking, Alex opened the door and stepped out, calling for Leon and jogging a few feet towards him when all hell broke loose.
There was an explosion so loud and so powerful that Alex felt himself rise off his feet and fly through the air and slam into the brick front of the bakery.
He heard glass breaking and people yelling.
He was on his knees trying to get to his feet, but the wind had been knocked out of him.
Then there were arms around him, and he was being carried away.
He felt like he'd been hit by a truck. "What happened?
" He tried to say, but it came out as a garble of sounds, nothing coherent.
****
Roman had stepped to the counter, ready to place his order, when a wave of dread washed over him.
He turned and made for the door just as an explosion lit up the peaceful Sunday morning.
It was his car on fire, blown to pieces, and his heart stopped.
He ran to the sidewalk and, amidst the confusion, he saw him.
Alex was there, he was alive, and Roman ran to him, sweeping him up into his arms and rushing back inside the bakery. The brick facade of the bakery protected it from the explosion, although the two front windows were destroyed.
He held Alex, crushing him to his chest, and his arms were locked around him, pressing him into a corner as Roman scanned the area.
"I thought you were . . . he couldn't finish that sentence.
" His voice shook, and so did his hands.
"How did you survive?" I was a miracle. He lifted Alex's face and looked at him, checking to make sure he was okay, and he was.
