CHAPTER FIVE #2

Kai was tight and hot, and his body was calling to him. Ramos removed his fingers and quickly braced Kai's hips and thrust his pulsating cock inside the sweetest, hottest, most velvety smooth place on this earth. They moved together in rhythm, their bodies completely synchronized.

Kai's nails dragged along Ramos' upper arms, sending bolts of excitement along his nerves. He held Kai, wrapped in his arms, and hammered into his willing body the sensations that erupted were extraordinary. His entire body rocked with the need of this one man.

Kai’s head rolled from side to side; he was lost in his own pleasure, and it was a gorgeous thing to watch. The very controlled young man was coming apart beneath him and showing him his true heart.

The need to claim hit him hard, and he plunged deep, stretching and filling his beloved, making him squirm and cry out.

In a sudden rush, Ramos came, and the force of it took his breath away.

Everything was still for just a second, and then his vampire took complete control.

He bit down, sinking his teeth into Kai's throat, sending the young man into a tight frenzy of a silent roar.

He felt it deep within Kai as he drank, sealing their connection and forging their bond.

***

Kai had been flying high, experiencing massive spikes of heated sensual sensations that raged through his body.

Ramos was lighting him on fire and making him feel everything the pain, the pleasure, and the bond.

The bond brought Ramos into a clear and stark reality.

Kain knew he was a vampire, and he'd seen many vampires during his career, but seeing Ramos meet him eye to eye was extraordinary.

The vampire was fierce and single-minded, and his presence brought a tremble that coursed through Kai’s entire body. The bite was sending waves of delight cascading over him. He could feel Ramos in every cell of his body, and he knew the exact moment that the bond slammed into place.

He experienced a vision, an exact accounting of who this man was. Ramos was in his blood now and in his bones, and Ramos was seeing him. He was seeing what the Master had seen, and he was understanding him as Kai now understood Ramos.

Kai had climaxed the moment Ramos had bitten him, the act bringing him to the edge, and over was immediate. The feelings that followed were wondrous. This was the bond he was bonded to this vampire, and this vampire was bonded to him. He’d never had anyone want him before.

Ramos finished and licked the area until it was highly sensitized, and Kai decided he loved the feeling.

He then stared down at Kai, taking in his expressions and his movements.

He was studying him like a lover, like he was committing him to memory.

"I want you, Kai. I will always want you.

" The words came out deep and gruff like a pledge.

"Did you read my mind?" Kai's voice was more of a whisper; for some reason, he feared breaking the spell that seemed to cover them.

"I can feel your emotions and sense your needs," Ramos answered without elaboration.

He lay down on top of Kai, with his head resting on Kai's chest. He was such a big man, but Kai had no trouble holding him and cradling him in his arms. They lay like that for several minutes, just silently getting to know one another and settling into their bond.

Ramos lay still, his breathing steady and solid; he was happy Kai could feel his joy and his satisfaction.

Kai could also feel his own joy at having this man in his life.

Experiencing such a relaxed, sincere pleasure brought with it the desire to never let it slip away.

He unconsciously gripped his beloved closer, breathing in his scent and letting it wash through him.

"I don't deserve you, Ramos. You're too good for me." He whispered softly, and he felt rather than heard Ramos chuckle.

"Those are words that have never in my life been spoken in my direction.

" He laughed and turned his head slightly to place a light kiss on the center of Kai's chest. “The bond has shown you my heart and my mind, so you obviously are not looking close enough, or perhaps you’re overcome by the pleasure of the moment.” His tone was humorous.

“I’m a stone cold killer, Kai. There is no other title that fits me more perfectly.

I have no friends; I have people I can rely on, but I have no one who I consider close.

I have never allowed anyone close. I have a Master and a coven that provide me stability and who consider my skills valuable.

" He went quiet for a few seconds before continuing.

“I’m no prize, baby, far from it. But I think we are suited for one another.

You have a heart, Kai. I can feel the concern you still harbor for people in your life and the pain you feel when you disappoint.

" Kai realized that Ramos had seen things he'd kept hidden for many years.

"Until you came into my life, my heart had not reached for everyone.

My heart, my entire self needs you, and I have never needed anyone. "

"We are quite a pair," Kai said, feeling the connection tighten and the comfort of this man sink deep into his soul.

“Yes, we are.”

"He's the beloved of the man that was sent to save him," Tarek stated, but the look on his face made it land more like a question.

"Not surprising," Cal interjected. "You and I started much the same.

Fate brings people together when they need each other the most." Tarek was nodding but not responding.

His mind was with his brother, a man he hadn't seen or talked to in years.

He'd been injured and close to death, and he'd called him before losing consciousness.

That left Tarek with a burning need to know what he wanted to say.

Now he had to wait first for the meeting with the Master and then for the time required for a new bonded couple. Both reasons were valid; he wasn't arguing that, but he was about to explode with the need to know something, with the need to lay eyes on Kai.

"I just want to see him, Cal. I don't know what happened to him.

I don't know what's going on. I need to understand.

" He admitted, and Cal pulled him in for a hug. They were in the living room of the cottage that the Master had originally given them. They liked the privacy and decided to remain rather than take a suite at the Palace. He’d hoped that Kai would meet with him there in the comfort of a real home and that they would talk and put their troubled past behind them for good.

"He will come to you, Tarek. Just remember, when he thought it was the end, his call was to you. He cares, and he wants this meeting as much as you do." Cal remained supportive. "He's with his beloved, and we both know the power that the bond has. They will come, but you must be patient."

“I just feel like I can’t wait another minute. I need to know.” He tried to smile. "I'm being ridiculous, I know." Cal held him and ran his palm up and down his back, soothing him in a way only a beloved can.

"You're not ridiculous, sweetheart, never ridiculous.

You're a loving man, and for all your bluster you have a big and loving heart.

You want your brother, and there is nothing wrong with that.

" God, he loved this man. Cal was everything he needed and everything he didn't even know he needed.

He leaned against him and calmed himself.

They stayed like that until Tarek's phone rang, and he answered because the call was from someone who, like Kai, he hadn't spoken to in a very long time. "Dad." He said when he opened the call. He stepped back from Cal but remained within his embrace.

"Tarek." He exclaimed. "Have you heard from your brother? Is he okay? Please tell me he is okay. I am so worried. I've heard terrible things." His father implored.
