If John Lawson spent as much time researching as he did with his head up his ass, he’d know Avery Mathis didn’t give two flying fucks about “social currency.” Avablade never had a Facebook or Twitter account. Her Instagram activity consisted of three posts about her geriatric cat. All she cared about was hiking, games, and her community.

Lawson thinks “Gen Y,” his old-person term for millenials, is full of vapid bimbos who care only about their fifteen minutes of fame. Makes you wonder what else he generalized.

I’m sick and tired of old white men’s obsession with writing about dead young women. Leave it to the authors who won’t misrepresent them.

EDIT: The irony of this review getting over 400 likes is not lost on me, but thank you for your concern. (less)
