EPILOGUE
It’s been a long time coming, but it finally feels like I can breathe again.
Damien and I are at The Lodge, for a celebratory dinner. Even though I haven’t technically been in hiding this past year, I’ve mostly been living off the grid and with little digital footprint. It’s been strange, but also liberating in a way. Jake and Ghost Security set me up with an encrypted computer that somehow accesses the internet without revealing my location. Now, I’m sitting between Damien and Renee, with Jax and Leesa, Jake, and Renee’s husband Hank.
