Making yet another appearance on behalf of Marcus Montgomery (interesting…), the ever-slick attorney was seen at the VU Foundation’s brunch this morning, shaking hands, dodging cameras, and smiling a little too wide.

While we love seeing the enigmatic lawmaker, we do wonder where Marcus Montgomery is, and why he’s suddenly so reclusive?
