Their three oldest Benjamin, Eliot, and Emilia have already moved out but come for the holidays and visit when they can.
Asher is only eight years old so he will be with his parents for quite some time, which makes me happy because his smile makes me happy.
Zeta’s family moved from Erebus to Palaides and built this inn 140 years ago, right after the war.
The Moon Goddess foretold the coming of a female Lycan so they devoted themselves to waiting for her here in Palaides the lycan territory.
Archer met Zeta 50 years ago when Aylin and Archer were traveling through this town.
Aylin decided to stay here with them since Archer and Zeta were mates.
Stella and Georgia are sisters and have lived here for about 20 years.
They enjoy their jobs and help with the cooking, cleaning, and tending to the guests.
They were kicked out of the Bloodmoon pack because they didn’t follow Alpha Marcus’ rules.
They were considered rogues but Zeta and Archer saw right through that label and invited them to stay here, and Aylin agreed with them.
They confirmed that the Bloodmoon pack is the pack I am from.
They both told us about a baby that was born into the Bloodmoon one year before they left.
It was a female baby but she had orange hair like Luna Marcella.
However one day the baby seemed to disappear and a couple days later a baby girl with brown hair was in her spot.
As these ladies were wet nurses for Luna Marcella, they noticed right away.
After the baby, Celest, was one year old they questioned her, and Alpha Marcus kicked them out.
They said they left through the castle exit with Paleided across it just like me.
They said they too came from the direction of Vallmond.
Jeff is Archer’s brother and has been living at the inn for 10 or more years, he said he doesn’t keep track any more because he has no intention of leaving.
Mike is newer with only living here for 2 years.
He lived farther away in Pleiades and traveled to this town trying to find his mate.
He has not succeeded yet, he has traveled the whole territory, so his next step is to go into Erebus but he thought Alpha Marcus was in charge, and he is the former Alpha's grandson so he figured he wouldn’t be allowed in.
Since that is sounding like wrong information, seeing as Stella, Georgia and I have all said Marcus is in Vallmond, he should be able to travel freely, after we confirm it is safe for him to travel there.
Jeff and Mike tend to the building and yard.
They are the perfect handmen pair. Jeff is a plumber and carpenter and Mike is an electrician and all around handyman.
The inn seems to have an excellent team of people here and I look forward to being a part of it.
After we are done eating and conversing, the staff goes back to their jobs, and I return to the library.
I have learned so much in the last two days.
Around 7pm I decided to call it quits. I havn’t been able to focus all day and Archer and his family left me in the library hours ago.
“I am just reading books,” I told Archer, “go and spend time with your family and I will call you if I need you”.
He was happy to oblige. Archer had pulled out books for me to read about each territory.
Pleiades is the lycan territory, Bramblestepp is the witch and warlock territory, Tanwen is the dragon territory, Brimvale is the fairy territory, Erebus is the werewolf territory, and Vallmond is the vampire territory.
As I sat there in the library my attention kept being pulled to the window as I could see them outside.
It had snowed again today, and they were building a snowman in front of the inn.
Asher was throwing snow at his parents, and they were all having so much fun.
It was hard to focus on the books because I couldn’t help but think of how my life would have been different if I hadn’t been taken away from here.
I know dwelling in the past won’t solve anything.
I am to be the Queen of the Cosmos and these people are going to need me.
Most of them don’t know the extent of my royalty, because even though Zeta called me the Princess of the Galaxy, I am way more than that.
When I fall asleep at night or start daydreaming, Hera comes to me, she lets me know that my existence is key to the survival of many people.
Most people have been told that I am the Princess of the Galaxy, which is true to some extent, however being Queen of the Cosmos holds so much more responsibility.
Not only am I in charge of the people around me here but I oversee most people around the world.
The world is so diverse and I am only beginning to learn the many cultures and races of the planet.
There are so many people and races that I have not met, I look forward to my future in this new position.
I am scared though, Hera has told me that she can feel a dark force looming, and I need to unlock my power so I will be able to defend myself.
I have been trying to understand my body and what I might need to do to use my power but everything has failed.
The last thing I hope will help me is to shift and let the natural essence of the world flow through my body.
I look forward to the day I am my true self, and I can tell all my people that I am Queen.
