Chapter 19

Being the wife of a record label owner had its perks.

I got to dine in private rooms with my friends or parents and didn’t have to pay extra to do it.

It also helped that my modeling career had taken off way more than it did before Boston.

Companies and designers were constantly reaching out for me to model their clothes or post their new products on my social media pages.

I’d gotten first dibs on plenty of products. I also became a brand ambassador for multiple companies. I never would have imagined that my life would be the way it had been for the last six months, but I didn’t have a single complaint.

Of course, there were the downsides to the new fame: women who claimed they slept with Boston. We even had someone claim their child was his, and that was false. No matter what anyone said about Boston, I knew my husband, and I didn’t have a single worry.

Boston and I were always together when we weren’t working.

Even when we were working, if it were possible, we still were together.

There were plenty of days that I filmed content right in Boston’s office while he was in a meeting.

We still had our separate time apart to spend time with our families and friends, but a lot of times, everyone would be together.

Our people meshed so well, and it was nothing for any of them to drop by.

I moved in with Boston after he proposed at the concert, and I absolutely loved his house.

He gave me free reign to redecorate anything I wanted.

I turned one of the bedrooms into a content room.

I couldn’t ask for a better life than the one I lived.

I was surprised when Boston asked me to marry him again in front of all those people at the concert and online.

The video went viral, and most people were happy for us, but there were some who thought he had cheated with me the whole time he was with Ivy, but we both knew that wasn’t the case.

It was our official wedding day, and I was excited since the first wedding was a little hazy. I giggled out loud just thinking about the fact that I woke up married.

“What are you laughing about?” Lavender asked as she walked over toward me.

“Just this whole thing with Boston. It still seems surreal to me.”

I heard a camera click and briefly smiled at America. She was the hired photographer for the day. One of her employees had been in Boston’s room taking pictures of him and his groomsmen. I wanted the entire day to be documented, and I wanted America and her team to be the ones to do it.

“I know. It’s crazy, but it was meant to be. The two of you are so happy and good for each other. I’m glad you stuck this thing through.” She fixed a strand of hair that had fallen from my updo.

We were in one of the rooms in Boston’s and my house. Even though the world wanted to see our wedding, we decided to make it intimate. Family, friends, and a few people from his label, and a couple of big names would be there, but not too many.

I wasn’t sure how, but Dove, the wedding planner Boston hired, and her team had turned the golf course in the back into a Vegas themed wedding. It was classy, but still true to the way we met.

“I’m glad I did too. Some days I feel like I’m living in a fairy tale.” I had to look up at the ceiling because my eyes had watered.

“Harvest, don’t cry and mess up your makeup,” Lavender said as she blotted my eyes with a tissue.

My other friends were here, but this moment was just between Lavender and me since she was my best friend and maid of honor.

“I’m good. I promise.”

“Good. I heard that Cyrus was here, and I’m trying to accidentally on purpose run into him.”

Cyrus was a video game developer, and Lavender had a crush on him since he did a feature in a magazine years ago.

“Good luck.” I smirked.

My best friend was beautiful and such a sweet person. She deserved love, and I prayed that she got it.

A few minutes later, Dove came in and told us it was time. Lavender and I said a quick prayer before she hugged me.

When she left the room, my father entered.

“You look so beautiful. You’ve always been my shining star, but since you’ve been with Boston, you shine even brighter. The two of you are perfect for each other.” He kissed my cheek, then grabbed my hand. “And don’t mess this up, because I need to maintain access to the golf course.” He chuckled.

“I’m sure no matter what happens, Boston would always let you come over. But he’s not leaving, and neither am I.”

My father and I left the room and went downstairs to go outside. There wasn’t a cloud in sight, and the temperature was perfect. Boston had air-conditioned tents set up, though, for the reception.

After the wedding and reception, Boston and I planned to spend seven days on a private island. No work, no phones. Just me and him. I looked forward to spending uninterrupted time with him.

As we walked down the aisle, people took pictures, but my eyes were on Boston and him only.

He wore a white suit with a burgundy bow tie, and custom burgundy and white sneakers.

He had the same pair of sneakers made me for as well, so I wore those with a white dress.

The dress was long, so people could only get a peak at my sneakers.

I had a shorter dress that I would change into for the reception.

When we reached Boston, my father whispered something in his ear before he gave me to him. I wasn’t sure what he said, but they both laughed.

“Hey, mama,” Boston said as he reached for both of my hands.

Heat filled my cheeks, and I couldn’t stop smiling.

“Hey, love.”

The preacher went through his whole speech about keeping God first and all the things, then it was time for our vows.

“Harvest, I never would have thought that one of the worst days of my life would turn out to be the best. I knew from the minute I laid eyes on you that you were it for me. Even the cloudiest days are brighter with you in them. You make me want to give you the world, and I’m going to try my best to give it to you.

I love you so much, baby. From today to forever, I’m yours, and you are mine. ”

I didn’t bother with wiping the tears that had fallen, but Boston released my hands to wipe my face, then grabbed my hands again.

Warmth covered my body every time Boston looked at me. He was everything I didn’t know I needed.

I closed my eyes and inhaled. When I opened them and looked at Boston again, my stomach flipped. My husband was so damn fine. He’d changed his nose ring to a small diamond stud, and I loved it.

“Never did I imagine that I would wake up married to a stranger.” Everyone in attendance laughed along with us.

“It was the craziest thing I had ever done in my life, but it was also the best decision. Boston, you make me feel loved no matter where you are. You live a busy life, but you always make time for us. I couldn’t ask for a better partner, lover, and friend.

I can’t wait to do the rest of our lives with you. ”

Once the ceremony was over, we partied and had a good time with our people.

At the end of the night, our house was clear, with the exception of the cleaners, Carter, and Jasmine. They were there to make sure the cleaners did their jobs and to lock up the house.

The two of them started dating a few months prior, and things were going well with them. All my friends deserved the same happiness I experienced.

Boston and I hopped on a private jet to get our honeymoon started right away.

“Are you ready to consummate this marriage?” Boston asked as we lay in bed.

The windows were open and blew the smell of sea salt through the room as the curtains waved from the wind.

“Didn’t we do that already the first time?” My head was on Boston’s chest as he rubbed my butt.

“Yeah, but that was the first wedding. This is the second one, so we have to consummate this one too.”

“I’m sure we consummated many times already,” I teased. “Plus, didn’t we already do that on the jet?”

Boston introduced me to the Mile High Club as soon as it was safe to do so. That was one of the benefits of being married to a man with money. We had access to private jets, which meant less people on board and more opportunities to do nasty shit in the air.

“I did, but now we in a different location.” He wiggled his eyebrows, and I cracked up.

I didn’t need convincing; I just liked messing with him.

I would have sex with Boston multiple times a day if I could.

On the off chance that we both were free, we had sex a few times during the day and in different places of the house.

The theater room was one of my favorite places because I loved riding his dick in those chairs while staring into his eyes.

I leaned up and pecked his lips. “Only if I get to ride in reverse cowgirl.”

Boston smacked my ass so hard it stung.

“Hell yeah.” He reached down and stroked his dick.

We were already naked since we had taken a shower once we arrived and got settled. We both should have been tired, since it had been a long ass day and flight, but I was never too tired for him.

It didn’t take long for his dick to be fully erect.

“Get your ass up here then.”

I turned around and got in position.

The moment I slid down his dick, we both let out a satisfied groan.

We spent the rest of the night consummating our marriage for the second time.

Shit was perfect, and there was nothing about our union that I would change.
