Brayden #3

I couldn’t hear what Rune said to them but they were nodding and laugh/crying a moment later, then falling onto him and hugging him tight.

Mironov shouted, “Rune’s getting married.”

The whole room paused, taking in the scene before them. Cheers broke out, the celebration doubling. They were being hauled to their feet a moment later and enveloped in hugs.

I grinned and pushed into the fray. “Yee haw, double celebration.” I squeezed Joey and Cleo’s shoulders and nodded to them. “How does it feel?”

“Amazing, ey,” Joey said breathlessly, a smile the size of Texas stretching his lips. “We’re getting married.” He squeezed Cleo tighter, and she wiped a tear from his cheek.

“He never wanted to keep you a secret,” I reassured him.

“I know. He was ready to come out before all that stuff with Hux went down. I was the one who asked to wait. Now we get to do it our way.”

Rune threw his arm around me and asked, “You aren’t hassling my fiancés, are you?”

“Y’all’d better believe I am,” I joked. “Congratulations, brother. I’m happy y’all could come out in your own way and get engaged at the same time.”

“It’s official now. I already posted it on socials.

” He shot Joey and Cleo a smile, and I squeezed his shoulder, happy that the weight was finally off him.

Rune looked at peace too. It was hard not to be happy—we’d just won the Cup—but Rune was incandescent.

He was absolutely floating among the clouds.

There was a sharp whistle, and Gauthier stood up on the bench.

The whole locker room stilled. It was party central and such a tight fit with so many people in here, but Gauthier was grinning ear to ear, and he looked like he’d burst if he didn’t speak.

He held up an open bottle of champagne in a toast. “We did it, Seals. Everyone in this room had a part to play. We couldn’t have done it without your support. But we did it. Our reign has begun.”

He shook the champagne and sprayed it over us. As it rained down, Spencer wrapped his arms around my waist, pulling my back to his front. He kissed my neck, that spot below my ear that always made my knees buckle and needy for more.

Keeley pressed herself to my front and smoothed her hand down my sweat-soaked playoff beard. “Fancy meeting you in a place like this.”

“Yeah,” I groaned and slowly took my fill.

She was gorgeous. Curvy with a rounded belly, generous breasts and thick thighs.

I couldn’t get enough of her. Spencer too.

They’d walked into my life when I’d needed them most—Spencer when I was struggling with adjusting to Boston, and Keeley when I’d hit make or break with my career.

They’d become my family. They’d loved me unconditionally.

Now, I went home to them every night. We had a little girl who I adored and couldn’t wait to watch grow up.

Gauthier saying our reign had begun wasn’t far off. I felt like a king. There was nothing better than this—my two favorite people in my arms, our little girl getting spoiled rotten by her grandparents, and a Cup being passed around by my brothers.

“You got anywhere to be once the afterparty wraps up, sexy?” Keeley asked, her fingertip teasing my lower lip.

“Y’all offering?” I quipped and slid my arms around her waist to pull her tighter against me.

She hitched one side of her mouth up in a sensual smile. Her long hair flowed over her shoulders, the waves shining in the light from overhead. My number sat proudly on her sleeve. “Sure am. Want to come home with us later? There are horses to save.”

“Yeah? And how do I do that?” I asked, staring at her mouth. I licked my lips, my cock already hardening behind my cup.

“You ride a cowboy.”

I snorted out a laugh, then reached up behind me and slipped my fingers into Spencer’s hair and guided his face to mine so I could kiss him. Our tongues tangled, and Keeley slid her hands up my abs beneath my undershirt and scraped her nails down to my hips.

I groaned. “Sweet Baby Jesus, I’m not going to be in a fit state to leave, and there are far too many people here.”

“First, we celebrate,” Spencer murmured. He bit down on my neck, then swiped away the sting with his tongue.

He was right. This was worth celebrating. We had all night. We had forever.

I couldn’t wait for it to begin.

And we lived happily ever after.
