Epilogue
Chelsea
"So we said to him, we'll buy the team," Hunter said, toasting us with a beer. "And he agreed. Eventually. We paid more for it than we should, but it'll be worth it."
"I don't know how I feel about you owning my team." Storm gave both twins a dubious look.
"Too late." Parker grinned. "We already do. But it's a good thing."
Storm didn't look so sure.
"The twins will do better with the team than the last management," Ice said.
He seemed to have gotten over his own disappointment at not being able to kill Jones, Skinner or King.
The fact they were dead must have been enough to satisfy his blood thirst. Or it might have been getting drunk with Frost and comparing notes.
After killing a couple of Jones' leftover minions.
Now I thought about it, it was probably the last one.
Hopefully their blood thirst was satisfied now. For a while anyway.
"That wouldn't be difficult," Storm conceded. "They fired my woman, kidnapped her and tried to kill her. Anything would be an improvement." He squeezed my knee.
"Speaking of that," Hunter said. "We've chosen a new GM and we've decided their first act will be to offer Chelsea back her job. Doctor Stuart is resigning soon and we want someone we can trust to take his place." He looked over to me and grinned.
"Thank you," I said sincerely. "But Divina is selling Flirts. I was thinking of buying the place and running it myself." I quickly added, "I won't be working on the stage or in any of the private rooms. I'll strictly be the boss."
I leaned my head against Storm's shoulder.
"I want to make a safe space for women to work and for men to live out their fantasies.
They shouldn't have to kidnap anyone to do that.
Not when I can supply girls willing to work with them.
If they want a petite blonde, they don't need to snatch one off the streets.
I can find them one and make sure they're well paid, comfortable and safe. "
"You're not going to get up and dance again?" Dallas asked.
I smiled. "Only for my boyfriends. Not when anyone else is around."
"I'm glad you said that," Parker said. "Because Lila would probably poke our eyeballs out if we saw you naked."
"I'd poke your eyes out," Storm growled. "Both of you." He glared at them like he might do just that, but they laughed. It would take more than a threat from him to intimidate either of them.
"No one is poking anyone's eyes out," I said. "There's only six men I'll ever dance for again."
"Shame," Ice said. "You were quite good." He sipped his beer, apparently unconcerned at the nine pairs of eyes who turned to stare at him. He swallowed and smiled, amused at getting a reaction out of us.
Hunter cleared his throat. "Anyway, the offer to come back as team doctor stands.
We've already released a press statement to say the team was fully aware of your past employment and supported you completely. If anyone has a problem with that, they can fuck off. There’s nothing wrong with women expressing their sexuality. Right, Park?"
"Right," Parker agreed. "There should be more of it." He swallowed his last mouthful of beer. "We should get back to the babies. I miss them already."
He and Hunter made their goodbyes and hurried out the door, followed by my brother.
"You know, they're right," Storm said. "There should be more expressions of female sexuality and badassness everywhere. Which reminds me, Chelsea you never did say how you lost your virginity."
"No, I didn't." I picked up my glass of wine and took a sip.
Thank you for reading! I hope you loved Ruck Boys as much as I loved writing about them. If you're curious about how Chelsea lost her virginity, click here for a very taboo bonus scene.
