Chapter 28 #2

We move her into the office and toward the couch.

Our hands are everywhere, but we keep it careful.

Gentle isn’t just for her either. My palms sting if I grip too hard, and Elias moves like he’s negotiating with his ribs every time he shifts his weight.

Theo hangs close, watchful, like he’s not letting himself relax until he’s sure she’s actually with us.

I guide her mouth to mine, letting her set the pace at first until I feel the shift, the need turning desperate. That’s when I take control, gripping her hips hard enough for her to gasp.

“Jax,” she breathes, her voice a clear contrast to her earlier tone.

“Yeah?” I answer, grinning ear to ear in pleasure at the sound of her needy voice. The smile tugs at my busted lip and I taste copper, but I take the sting like I earned it. “Tell me what you need, Sunshine.”

I guide her back, hands firm on her hips, until the couch catches the back of her knees. Raine makes a soft sound, surprised, breath hitching when she realizes she’s been maneuvered exactly where we want her. I can feel the moment she stops resisting and lets herself be placed.

“You,” she whispers, finally answering me. “Theo. Elias. Can I have the three of you?”

I lean in, breath hot against her neck as I murmur into her skin. “We’re already yours.”

She swallows, eyes flicking between us, trying to track too many things at once.

Elias is at her left in a moment’s notice, solid and ready.

Theo shifts to her right, hanging back by half a step like he’s giving her space to breathe but close enough that she can feel him there.

I stay in front of her, blocking every possible exit like this was the plan all along.

Because it was.

Her fingers curl in my shirt reflexively, and I grin despite myself.

I love needy Raine.

“Sit,” I tell her quietly, not sharp, but also not soft.

She does as she’s told, making the couch creak under her weight, old springs complaining as if they know what’s coming next.

I follow her down, bracing a knee between hers so she doesn’t tip back too far, one hand coming up to cradle her jaw.

She looks up at me, annoyed and breathless and trying so hard not to show how much she needs this.

Needs us.

Elias shifts closer, aligning better with her and me on the left side.

He angles himself like he’s protecting one side without meaning to, the kind of careful you only do when something aches deep.

He rests his hand on the back of the couch near her shoulder and Raine’s gaze drops there again, her mouth tightening for half a second before she forces herself to breathe through it.

Fuck. I still want him after the way he pinned me yesterday.

His eyes meet mine for half a second, and there’s something there that hums deep in my gut, but he turns back to our girl, and I refocus.

“Hey,” she starts, voice shaky. “I’m still really mad at all of you for what you did. You shouldn’t have done it.”

Theo’s quiet laugh slips in from behind us as he takes a step forward, a little nervous.

His shoulder stays a fraction too stiff when he leans in, like he’s trying not to aggravate whatever took a shot at his collarbone.

His hand settles warm on her right shoulder and his thumb brushes lightly along the base of her neck in a way that makes her shiver.

“I didn’t miss this part,” he admits, soft enough it feels like he’s talking to her and himself. “The part where you think you’re not worth it.”

She groans, half embarrassed, half wrecked already. “I hate all of you.”

“Liar.” I press a kiss to her mouth with affection before she can pick a fight. I kiss her hard enough to cut her off, to shut her up.

Just take the moment, Angel. Don’t think. Don’t speak.

I lean into it and kiss her deeper. Her lips part under mine instinctively, and she melts into it, tightening her hands in my shirt as if she’s afraid I’ll back away if she doesn’t hold on.

I don’t rush it, taking more than she gives.

I let her kiss stretch, slow and grounding until her breathing evens out and the tension drains from her shoulders.

When I pull back, her eyes are dark and unfocused.

“There she is,” I murmur, pulling back enough to see her and everyone else. “That’s better.”

Theo shifts closer again, and this time he doesn’t hover behind the moment.

He moves into it, steady, present, one hand staying at her shoulder while the other finds her wrist. His gaze catches mine for half a second, silently asking if he’s doing it right.

I almost laugh, knowing he must really want Raine to feel good if he’s looking to me for guidance.

I give him the tiniest nod.

He leans in near her ear. “This okay?” he asks softly.

Raine nods without hesitation. “Yes.”

Elias finally kisses her then, reverent and slow.

It’s different from how I kiss her, stuttering her breath when his mouth lingers at the corner of hers instead of taking it outright.

His hand, bruised knuckles and all, slides to her waist, holding firm, like he’s reminding her she’s not alone. That she’s safe. That she has us.

Something twists low in my chest at the sight of it. Something warm and touching. I shift closer, my shoulder brushing Elias’ and Theo’s as I lean in, my forehead resting briefly against Raine’s. For a moment, we’re all breathing the same air, sharing the same space, the same quiet hum of want.

“Raine,” Theo murmurs, brushing his thumb over her wrist, feeling her pulse beneath his fingertip. “You never have to carry anything by yourself. You’re worth what we did last night. Don’t you know that by now?”

Her mouth trembles, like she’s not sure what she wants to say but then, “It’s hard to believe,” escapes her lips.

“Believe it,” Elias cuts in firmly, laying down a law, not a reassurance. “You are worth bleeding for. You are worth fighting for. You are worth it all.”

She blinks up at him, eyes glassy, and I feel the exact moment she gives in fully. It’s not dramatic; it’s a soft exhale and a nod she doesn’t even realize she’s making.

Theo’s hands tighten on her shoulder, just a little. “Yeah,” he adds, “We’re probably gonna keep doing stupid things if it helps you in some way.” He leans down, his lips brushing hers feather-light before he continues. “So get used to it.”

Oh shit, Professor. Okay.

He deepens the kiss and I think I develop a little Theo crush as I watch the way their lips move together.

When he pulls away, her eyes are soft, soft in a way I don’t usually see.

I pull her forward and wrap an arm around her, feeling Elias’ hand settle at the small of her back at the same time.

The contact is deliberate, almost coordinated.

We’ve got you surrounded and held.

Her fingers curl into Theo’s jacket now, the same way they’re still fisted in my shirt, and something sparks between us at that. A shared glance, quiet acknowledgment that we’re all exactly where we want to be.

“Okay,” she whispers. “Okay.”

Theo shifts, moving his hand up, brushing his thumb along her collarbone. Elias leans in then, his mouth finding the left side of her neck, lips grazing against her skin. Her head tips back without permission.

“Fuck,” she whispers.

I laugh quietly. “I love this side of you.”

The sound that leaves her next isn’t laughter.

It’s more a broken exhale as Elias finally kisses her neck as if he’s imprinting the sensation into her skin.

Theo follows suit on the other side of her neck, as if taking notes and then practicing.

It’s cute. Like a little puppy learning new tricks.

I grip her chin, lifting her mouth to mine over their heads at the same time, and she goes pliant in seconds.

“Does this feel okay?” Theo asks quietly, needing the reassurance.

She nods, eyes closed now, forehead resting against my shoulder.

Elias’ hand tightens at her back, his voice low enough to scrape the floor. “Use your words.”

Her eyes flutter open, pupils dilated, as she swallows. “Yes.”

Something in Elias’ posture shifts in approval at that.

I press a kiss to her temple, then her cheek, then the corner of her mouth.

I slide my hands to her thighs, thumbs brushing along the inside just enough to make her gasp and tense.

Elias’ hand comes down over mine, not stopping me, just grounding the motion, slowing it.

“You sure you’re ready for the three of us, Sunshine?” I lean down, whispering next to her ear, letting my breath tickle her.

“I’m sure.”

Fuck yes!

There’s no hesitation after that as the three of us lift her shirt over her head.

Elias works her bra while Theo undoes the button on her jeans, then he and I are sliding them and her underwear off her legs.

In a matter of one minute, the three of us shed our own clothes like the rabid, horny dogs we are.

There’s no awkwardness from me or Elias, but I feel the way Theo is trying hard not to look at either of us.

I almost laugh, but I keep my cool, not wanting to break this moment.

Elias dips on the couch to the left of her.

Theo takes the right, and I push her legs open, standing in front of her still.

She looks up at me, and I can see her pulse hammering away as I brush my fingers through her hair, watching her relax instantly. She loves being touched and taken care of, and we all love doing both. My lips find hers just as Theo and Elias' find either side of her neck again.

"Oh, God," she murmurs, her body shaking with need.

"Shhh, we've got you," Elias whispers into her ear, his hands already roaming her body.

Theo seems unsure about everything, but he slowly runs his hands over her side until he cups her breast with his palm, thumb brushing over her nipple just so.

"God!" she gasps, to which I see Theo smirk.

Precious Professor.
