Chapter 7 #3

Emma laughed, holding her up in her strong, tanned arms. “Why don't you lie down City girl so I can do this properly?”

Olivia nodded, and Emma eased her down onto her back next to the herb garden.

She was in the shade of the planter, but she could see the wide blue sky above her and the blazing sunshine.

She closed her eyes as Emma's body weight pressed down into her, and Emma kissed her again. Olivia felt lost in it.

Emma's right hand moved further between her legs and Olivia felt her legs opening instinctively to allow Emma access.

“Can I take this off?” Emma asked, motioning to her pants and Olivia nodded again.

It felt crazy as Emma eased her pants and underwear off her hips and slid them down her legs.

Her pussy was exposed wide open to the sunshine, the daylight anyone who walked past. Although out here in the middle of nowhere, of course nobody would.

“You are so fucking beautiful,” Emma said running her hand down through her wetness. Olivia felt the slide of Emma's fingers through the slick heat of her desire.

She heard her own moan louder then she ever imagined. “Oh, god.”

“Does that feel good?” Emma asked while doing it again, running her fingers up down all around, sliding against a clitoris and the opening of her vagina.

“So good oh so good please don't stop,” Olivia whispered.

Emma's fingers continued playing with her and Olivia felt her hips rising to meet them. She suddenly desperately felt a need to feel them inside her.

It was as though Emma instinctively knew what she needed as she felt Emma's fingers at her entrance and Emma's lips at her ear, “Is this ok?” Emma asked.

Olivia nodded eagerly and she didn't care that she was eager. The feeling as Emma's fingers pressed into her opening her wide was the most delicious feeling she could ever imagine. She tried hard to do as Emma said and just focus on how good it feels and got it felt good.

Emma's fingers thrust in and out of her slowly and deeply beginning a rhythm that pleasure with every thrust. Olivia felt transported to another world.

This was some thing she had never felt before in sex.

She knew now that she had never really let go in sex because right now she was letting go and it felt incredible.

Moans were spilling from her mouth at every moment she felt Emma's fingers deep inside her.

“That's it baby. You feel so good.” Emma's voice in her ear was encouraging and sexy as hell.

Olivia felt her breath, quickening and her muscles loosening and when Emma growled in her ear, “Come for me, sweetheart,” her body responded almost instinctively shattering for Emma's fingers. Her orgasm cost through every inch of her body flooding with pleasure. She cried out loudly.

When Olivia eventually opened her eyes, she was dizzy with what had just happened.

Emma’s gaze lingered possessively on Olivia’s mouth before she slowly withdrew her fingers, leaving Olivia feeling achingly empty and yet profoundly satisfied. Emma leaned back slightly, clearly savoring the tension still lingering thickly between them.

“You keep lookin’ at me like that,” Emma said, a teasing smirk curving her lips, “and we won’t get a single thing done.”

Olivia lifted an eyebrow, matching Emma’s smirk with her own newfound confidence. “I don’t think I mind.”

Emma chuckled warmly, leaning in once more, brushing her lips tantalizingly close to Olivia’s ear, her voice a seductive whisper. “Good. Because, Olivia, we’ve barely begun.”

That night, as the desert lay silent beneath a dark velvet sky, Olivia sat up in bed, her journal resting open across her knees.

The soft glow of the bedside lamp barely illuminated the pages, casting shadows across her hands as she began to write.

The pen hovered hesitantly at first, as if afraid of the raw truths about to spill forth.

I don’t recognize myself.

Her handwriting was quick, messy, betraying the urgency she felt in her chest.

Today, in the garden, I became someone else, someone fierce and hungry, driven by a desire I never knew existed within me.

Every inch of my body still burns with the memory of Emma’s touch.

Her hands, her mouth, her strength...god, the way she looked at me, like she wanted to consume me, own me, take me apart until nothing remained but pure sensation.

I want her again, right now, more than I’ve ever wanted anything.

Olivia swallowed, her heartbeat quickening as she continued.

My life until now has been sterile operating rooms, hospital lights, precision, and control.

There’s always been a barrier between me and anything primal, anything raw or real.

But Emma stripped that away effortlessly.

It terrifies me how quickly I surrendered.

How quickly I became someone I don’t fully understand yet.

Someone who craves losing control, who craves her touch like oxygen.

Her hand trembled slightly, her breath catching softly in her throat as her mind replayed the vivid memory of Emma’s lips on her skin, the slow teasing of fingers tracing along her body, the aching promise of pleasure lingering just beyond reach.

I can’t stop imagining what would happen if we were alone again, somewhere dark and private, without the sun or earth or other eyes to keep us grounded.

Would she hold me down? Pin my wrists against cool sheets, whispering commands that would unravel me completely?

Would she take her time, drawing out every sensation until I begged her for mercy, or would she be fierce and impatient, taking exactly what she wanted, exactly what I secretly ache to give?

Her breathing deepened, heat blooming beneath her skin, the journal pages trembling slightly in her hands. Her writing became bolder, ink darkening as her emotions poured unchecked.

I need her to break me apart, piece by careful piece, until every mask I wear is shattered.

I need her to know every dark corner of me, every hidden desire I’ve never admitted to anyone, not even myself.

I need her to claim me, mark me, brand me with her touch until there’s no doubt I belong to her.

Olivia paused, her pulse racing, the intensity of her words catching her off guard. Yet the truth was there, undeniable, exposed fully on the page. A shiver of vulnerability mingled with excitement ran down her spine. She continued to write, compelled by a force she couldn’t resist.

And when she’s finished, when she’s taken everything she wants from me and left me raw and open, I want to see that same vulnerability in her eyes.

I want to make her feel the same desperate need, the same dark, irresistible hunger.

I want to know what makes her unravel, what makes her beg and break and surrender.

The pen halted abruptly, Olivia’s breath heavy and uneven as she stared at the words spilling across the page. She set the journal down gently, pressing her hand over her rapidly beating heart.

Tonight marked more than a turning point.

Tonight, she had willingly stepped into unknown territory, letting her darkest, most hidden desires surface without restraint.

The city doctor, the controlled surgeon, the dutiful daughter—none of those identities mattered here, not in this desert refuge where desire was raw and unapologetic.

Olivia turned off the light, sliding slowly beneath the cool sheets.

Her eyes drifted closed, her body still humming with heat, desire whispering wickedly through her veins.

Tonight, sleep would bring no rest, only vivid dreams filled with dark touches, whispered promises, and Emma’s possessive, unmistakable gaze claiming her until morning brought new opportunities to turn fantasy into reality.

The next morning, sunlight streamed softly through Olivia’s bedroom window, warming her skin and gently pulling her from dreams still heated by lingering memories and restless desires.

She stretched slowly beneath the sheets, savoring the residual ache that reminded her vividly of Emma’s touch.

Every sensation from the previous day was etched deeply into her body, her mind still caught between the vivid reality and the intoxicating fantasy she’d poured out onto her journal pages.

She barely had time to sit up fully before her phone vibrated insistently on the bedside table. Olivia reached for it, a familiar name flashing brightly on the screen: Roz.

Olivia smiled softly as she answered. "Hey, Roz."

"Good morning, stranger." Roz’s voice held a familiar, teasing warmth. "Are you surviving the desert?"

Olivia laughed lightly, sinking back against the pillows. "Surprisingly, yes. More than surviving, actually. It’s been...unexpected."

"Oh?" Roz prompted, curiosity clear in her voice. "Unexpected good or unexpected ‘send help’?"

"Unexpectedly good," Olivia admitted softly, a smile curving her lips. She hesitated briefly, then took a deep breath, allowing herself to share. "I’ve never experienced anything quite like it, Roz. Everything about this place pushes me out of my comfort zone. The desert, the silence, the openness—it’s overwhelming but somehow freeing. I didn’t realize how tightly wound I was until I started to unravel. "

Roz paused for a moment. When she spoke again, her tone was thoughtful. "You sound different, Liv. Happier. Lighter. What’s changed?"

Olivia glanced toward the bedside table, where her journal lay closed, her secrets pressed securely between its pages. She considered carefully before speaking again.

"There’s someone here named Emma," Olivia admitted, a blush warming her cheeks even as she spoke. "She’s not like anyone I’ve ever met before. She’s strong, confident, down-to-earth, and completely unapologetic. She makes me feel things I never thought I was capable of feeling."

Roz let out a low, appreciative whistle. "Olivia Harrington, are you telling me you've found a girlfriend in the middle of nowhere?"

Olivia laughed, the sound rich and genuine. "Something like that."

Roz’s voice softened. "That’s good, Liv. You deserve to have experiences like this, to discover what you really want. You’ve spent way too long living for everyone else."

Olivia’s chest tightened briefly at Roz’s words, emotion welling within her. "You’re right. For once, I feel like I'm making decisions based on what I truly desire, not just what’s expected of me. It’s scary, Roz, but incredible at the same time."

"Life usually is when you stop playing by the rules," Roz said. "And how does Emma feel?"

Olivia paused thoughtfully, recalling Emma’s eyes, dark and possessive, and the way her voice had trembled with desire. "She feels the same, I think. It's intense. Neither of us seems fully in control, and somehow that makes everything feel even more real."

Roz laughed softly. "Well, then hold onto that feeling. Let it teach you who you really are, Liv. Just promise me one thing."

"What’s that?"

"Don’t lose yourself entirely in someone else. Find yourself, but make sure you still know your way back to Olivia Harrington."

Olivia smiled. "I promise. In fact, I think that’s exactly what I’m doing here."

After Roz hung up, Olivia lay back in bed, her heart filled with a quiet, profound certainty.

The desert had revealed something vital to her, stripping away old layers to expose raw truths beneath.

Emma had ignited desires she hadn’t known existed, and the woman she saw reflected in the mirror this morning felt new, brave, and ready.
