Chapter Four
At his desk Nolan stared at a spreadsheet until the columns stopped meaning anything.
He answered three emails. He fixed a formula someone had broken with a careless paste. He did not text either woman. Midmorning he almost typed a message to Paige and deleted it. The decision needed to arrive whole, not in drafts.
At lunch he walked around the block once and bought a sandwich he actually tasted.
He sat on a low wall outside the building and watched traffic.
Back at his desk a meeting ran long. Someone argued about fonts on a client deck. Nolan contributed one useful sentence and then let the rest of the day wash past.
At six he drove home. Traffic crawled near the stadium exit. The radio played something with too many drums. He turned it off and listened to the engine instead. By the time he pulled into the driveway the sky was the color of a bruise going yellow at the edges.
Paige had set the table for three even though Sable was not there yet. Simple food. Water glasses. A third place waiting like a question with silverware. She sat across from him when he came in and did not fill the silence with small talk about work or the neighbor’s lawn.
“Are we going to do it again?” she asked.
He set his keys on the counter. Looked at her.
“Yeah,” he said.
Paige’s shoulders dropped a fraction, relief and hunger mixed. Her eyes shone without tears. She did not make him repeat it.
“Then we set rules and we seal it properly.”
“Seal what?”
“You’ll see.” She texted. The phone buzzed almost at once. Sable’s reply was short. Paige read it aloud. “On my way. Twenty if traffic is kind.”
Paige put the simple food on plates. Nolan poured water. When the silence stretched, Paige said, “I’m proud of you,” and left it there, unadorned.
Forty minutes after the first text the doorbell rang.
Sable stepped in with a small bag and a calm face. “Traffic wasn’t kind.” She kissed Paige’s cheek and then Nolan’s. “Food first or talk first?”
“Talk,” Paige said. “Then food if anyone still has an appetite.”
They sat at the table. Paige spoke first, short and clear, fingers flat on the wood.
“I prefer our scheduled arrangements to be weekly, when our schedules allow. Is that fine for everyone?” They both nodded.
She continued, “Nolan, if anything hurts, in a wrong way not a good way, tells us. Say stop. Stop means stop; we’re using plain language for safe words.
Also, if someone needs a break, just say so. Any questions?”
Sable nodded once. “I’m not a fan of adding any more people…not that you’re planning it. I just want it said.”
“Said and agreed,” Paige said. “Nolan?”
“Agreed,” Nolan said. “And I want nights off to stay nights off. And no guilty if something comes up at work and wrecks our plans.”
“Done,” Paige said. She looked between them. “Anything else?”
They both shook their heads.
Paige stood. Her chair scraped soft. “Now that the boring stuff is out of the way…bedroom. Clothes off. Wrists soft-tied to the headboard. Tonight we edge him until he can’t think.”
They stripped him without rush in the bedroom light.
Shirt first, Paige’s hands at the buttons.
Then jeans, Sable’s hands at the zipper.
Then everything else until he stood bare and already hard under their eyes.
Soft rope from Sable’s bag looped his wrists to the headboard, snug enough to hold and loose enough that his hands did not go numb.
Paige checked the knots with two fingers under the coils.
“Wiggle.”
He wiggled. His circulation was fine but the binding was secure.
Paige kissed his mouth while Sable oiled her cock and stroked it to full hardness in his sightline. The wet sound of her hand was its own kind of talk. Nolan’s cock twitched against his stomach with nothing touching it.
They took turns.
Paige rode his face first, knees bracketing his ears, robe long gone.
She used his tongue the way she liked it, grinding down when she wanted more pressure, lifting when she wanted him to chase.
Then she pulled off before she finished, leaving herself shiny and unfinished on purpose.
“Not yet for me either,” she told Sable. “We match him.”
Sable fed him her cock until his eyes watered and then pulled free and slapped the wet shaft lightly against his cheek. “Ask when you want it back.”
“Please,” Nolan said.
“Please what?”
“Please let me taste you again.”
She gave him the head and three strokes and then took it away.
Paige laughed under her breath, fond and wicked, and put her mouth on Nolan’s cock until he was straining against the rope, hips lifting, breath short, thighs tight.
She pulled off with a wet pop and held the base of him tight enough to stall the climb.
Sable straddled his chest and let her cock rest heavy on his lips without giving him the head. Precum smeared his mouth. He tried to chase it with his tongue and she leaned back out of reach, smiling.
Paige stroked him with a slick hand until his heels dug into the mattress and then stopped dead, palm flat on his stomach while he cursed into the pillow. The curse made Sable laugh.
“Tonight you learn what waiting feels like when both of us own the clock,” Paige said against his hip.
They kept him there. Mouth. Hand. Mouth again.
Sable fucked his throat in shallow bursts and stopped with him gasping.
Paige licked his cock like she had all night and stopped with him shaking.
Every time he got close they backed off and talked over him about dinner plans and whether the spare room needed paint, ordinary words that made the denial sharper by contrast.
“Blue or green for the spare room?” Paige asked Sable while her hand rested inert on Nolan’s cock.
“Green,” Sable said. “Blue makes small rooms feel colder.”
Nolan made a broken sound. Paige patted his hip. “Not yet.”
Sable shifted down his body and rubbed the wet head of her cock along his, shaft to shaft, a filthy slow grind that made him yank at the rope. Paige held his jaw and made him watch. “Feel that? That’s what you don’t get to finish tonight.”
“You’re both evil,” Nolan said.
“I’m glad you noticed,” Paige said.
They edged him again with Paige’s mouth and Sable’s oiled hand trading off until sweat stood on his chest and his voice went hoarse from asking.
Each near-climax got pulled away at the last second.
Each recovery period came with a kiss or a stroke of hair or a quiet word that settled him without letting him finish.
Sable came across his chest with a low sound after Paige finally let her take his mouth deep and keep it.
She rubbed the mess into his skin with two fingers, marking without drama, watching his face while she did it.
Paige finally let herself finish on his thigh, grinding down while she held his jaw and made him watch her face through it.
Her mouth opened. Her eyes stayed on his.
When she finished she sagged forward and kissed him messy.
When they untied him his arms tingled and then burned sweet as blood returned.
They cleaned him with a warm cloth. Chest. Stomach.
Thighs. No release for him. His cock stayed hard and ignored until it finally began to soften from exhaustion alone.
He made a broken little sound at the unfairness and Paige kissed it off his mouth.
“I know you want it,” she said. “But be patient. Tomorrow we will take care of you.”
