Dear Ms. McKay,
My name is Leigh Lee. I’m a lifelong resident of a small town in western Idaho called Dusk Valley. On April 24, 1985, my oldest daughter, Victoria, was brutally murdered on the night of her senior prom. Since then, the sick, twisted individual who took my daughter’s life has continued to haunt this town, taking more victims at random over the last forty years and leaving more families like my own caught in the throes of an endless tragedy. The press have dubbed them the “Prom Night Arsonist.”
I have no idea if you’ll ever see this, but I had to reach out on the off chance that you might. My husband and I are getting up in years, and we desperately want justice for our daughter, the other victims, and their families. We can’t officially hire you, but we’re hoping you might be interested in taking on the case anyway.
