Chapter 8

Jack

Avery and I slept in Monday morning. After a quick roll in the hay, we had scrambled eggs, sausage links and toast for breakfast. While gazing at the gorgeous blonde in just a see thru robe, I made a decision.

Today is the day. I am going to call a divorce attorney today and file for divorce. I have had enough of the marriage I have been stuck in for the past five years. There is no part of life with Jules that I want any part of anymore.

“Do you think your husband would mind if I slept in your guest bedroom if I get thrown out of my condo?” I asked jokingly. “He would probably mind since that is where he sleeps,” Avery chuckled.

“I guess that I will have to throw her out then. She sure deserves it,” I tell my mistress. We kiss passionately before I go home next door. Hell, I bought and paid for this condo. Jules can find herself somewhere else to live. This is mine!

I look in the yellow pages and find a lawyer who advertises that he only represents men in divorces. When I look him up online, I see that he is hugely successful.

At 2:30pm, I meet with Paul who I have chosen as my attorney. One of three in this highly successful law firm. He drew up a no contest divorce action. Each partner keeps what is theirs. The condo I will have to pay her half of the equity in the place.

When I get home, spurned by the fact that I will probably have to pay her for the condo I already own, I pack up everything that belongs to Jules in the large suitcases we have. I place them all by the front door. Then, I send a message to her cell phone.

Jules: Everything you own is packed and sitting by the front door. I want you to take your shit and get out of my life. The last five years with you have been hell. I want you out of my life for good. Just take your shit and go…Jack

By this time tomorrow, I will have the divorce paperwork ready and her copy to tape to her luggage. Once Jules is gone, I could invite Avery to come live with me. She could dump her albatross of a husband as well.

Jules

I was shocked when I received the text from

Jack. But not really surprised. I guess from his point of view this past five years had been hell on him.

Actually, I see this as a good thing. It is time to move on and get the divorce out of the way.

After all, I am moving to Long Beach with James and will be starting a new life with him.

I can just fill out whatever paperwork is necessary and make my move to California with my stud doctor.

James just chuckled when he sees the message. “Looks like there will be no fight,” he pointed out. “Like I told you earlier, you are all mine now,” he told me with a huge grin.
