Chapter 10
CHAPTER TEN
My orgasm jolts me awake. What the hell is going on? I’m suddenly looking at the ceiling of an airplane. Wolf, the man I’m now somehow married to is next to me laughing.
There is ZERO doubt I just got off. My panties are still smoking. I leap off the bed, my breath sawing my windpipe in half. Plastered against the wall of the plane. This. Is. Not. Happening.
“God. Please tell me I didn’t—we didn’t.”
My clothes are still on, but my pussy’s definitely been having a field day down below.
Wolf’s eyes are bright with his unrestrained amusement. “You did. And I’m sure the whole plane heard. I tried to wake you. But—” He shrugs.
I shove my fist against my mouth. “I didn’t.”
“Yes, luv. You did, and it was quite an enthusiastic performance, I might add.”
Grimacing, I ask, “Did you?”
His eyes trace over me hotly, landing on all my tingling parts. “I’ve still got a loaded gun if that’s what you’re asking.”
The glow from my face has to be like a red lightbulb as I slink around the bed to peer out the doorway, toward the front of the plane.
Nan’s head is slumped over to the side, her gray bun haphazard on the top of her head. A magazine is dangling from her hand, half laying on the floor. And blessedly, not another human is in sight.
Relief floods through my body. “Thank god. She’s out like a light. The cockpit door is closed.”
When I turn around, I slam right into Wolf’s chest. “Ungh—”
He catches my face in his big, warm hands. His nostrils flare. “Is that what lying down next to me does to you?”
Yes. It is.
“Um.” I swallow against my locked up vocal cords. “I don’t know what came over me. I’m mortified. And so sorry.”
The blue of his irises darkens as a current swirls around us. When his face hardens more, a shiver races down my spine. Dropping his voice low, he says, “I nearly got off just watching you.”
Oh. God.
He’s not going to kiss me, is he? My nervous tongue darts out and swipes my lower lip.
In the roughest of voices, he says, “ Fuck. You’re a dish.”
Huh? A what?
I guess that’s good because he’s lowering his head to me with a look that makes my pussy clench.
My brain vanishes and all I can do is catch a quick inhale before his mouth slowly meets mine.
His touch is commanding but sooo slow. Like he’s savoring the most delicious fruit in the world.
A slow wave of energy rises up from my toes, then flows into my core. I jolt when electricity shoots out from my nipples
Whoa!
That’s never happened before.
Wolf’s tongue grazes across mine before he tugs my lower lip. My whole body ignites with a need so deep that I’m trembling.
He’s got to feel me sizzling.
As he deepens the kiss, his fingers flex against my scalp, burrowing deep into my hair, and I fall into his rhythm.
Wolf owns me. Slowly. Thoroughly. Takes my mouth like I’ve never been taken. His tongue thrusts deep and I surrender more as his hands tilt my face to just the perfect angle.
This…
My word, this is next level. Even if I only had two kisses in my life to compare it to. But a girl just knows. This is a real kiss.
When he growls and presses his towering body against mine, I suddenly realize I’m playing with a very dangerous man.
The size of him. All hot and intense. Laser focused on me. It shakes my foundation. Something I’m not prepared for. Not now.
I push on his chest and he gives easily and steps back. He’s as breathless as I am, but he’s totally focused. Eyes locked on me. Unlike me. My marbles are rattling around inside of my head like ping pong balls.
“I think I need to sit down.”
His hands cup my shoulders, “Feeling queasy again?”
“Feeling insane.”
A slight smile tugs at the corner of his mouth. “Good. You’re not alone, luv.”
He turns me and backs me up to the bed. “How hard does your grandmother sleep?”
I glance at the doorway. God. I’ve completely gone off my rocker. I don’t even know who I am right now. “Is there a door?”
He nods once.
“She sleeps like a bear in winter. She’ll never know.”
