Chapter 12 – Renzo
Chapter Twelve
Renzo
My sister returns the contract with our amendments. When I give Geralynn the news, she gives me a glum, disapproving expression. I asked for something outrageous. We both did. Nicki agreeing to this means she does have some serious backing for her negotiations. That’s it, then. We have to sign.
“You aren’t giving up, are you?” Geralynn asks, completely incapable of remaining suppressed and pitiful.
I find her inability to be broken down by anything as fucking annoying.
I have to hide everything from her, which becomes more difficult as my cock already rises to a semi-hard position from watching Geralynn’s struggles to cover herself.
“What choice do we have? I need protein.”
“I don’t want to have your baby.”
“You think I want to knock up a girl who spends her days scrubbing shit from toilets?”
That gets under her skin. It always does, despite her best efforts to hide how deeply my insults wound her. Geralynn can’t keep up this infuriating tough girl act forever. Maybe staying here for two weeks by order of Nicoletta’s contract will give me plenty of time to break her.
“Fuck you, Renzo.”
It takes all her courage to spit out those three words. I’m almost impressed. Unfortunately, I’ll have to keep score and take it out on her ass when we’re in bed later.
“You’re the one who gets to walk away with $5 million dollars for lying on your back like a dead bug while I pleasure you.”
“Don’t act like you’re doing me a favor,” Geralynn spits back with pure and authentic outrage. “I have to keep this baby and raise a baby with a racist father for the rest of my life because I trusted–”
Her voice shakes, but she notices just a sliver of my happiness at her pure outrage towards Nicki. Having a common enemy will help both of us get out of this faster, but Geralynn misunderstands my smile as delighting in her misery rather than in our shared hatred of Nicki. Whatever.
“Yes, you trusted my bitch sister. I never did and still ended up here. Stop feeling sorry for yourself and start acting strategically. Your best chance right now is realizing we’re on the same side.”
“We are not on the same side, you racist piece of… piece of…”
I let her muddle through it.
“You’re a racist piece of human garbage.”
It’s not a sophisticated insult, but I won’t act like it doesn’t hurt coming from the woman who currently has my seed dripping out of her pussy.
“Again,” I remind her. “I didn’t want this.”
“You fucked me. You were fully conscious when you–”
“You sank your nails into my ass and dragged my dick inside you,” I remind her calmly. “It honestly feels like you assaulted me.”
“How dare you.” Geralynn says with a tense, angry voice. She’s too afraid to break that tension and let loose the pure rage she feels. I can’t say the same thing about my rage. I can feel it bubbling beneath the surface and my anger needs an outlet.
“Stop whining,” I snap at Geralynn, hopefully for the last time. “Nicki already has too much. Don’t let her win.”
Nicki can hear our conversation if this room is bugged.
That means my most meaningful conversation with Geralynn will have to be conducted through whispers.
That means I’ll have to get close to her.
That might prove difficult considering she’s looking at me with an outraged expression that hasn’t let up.
“I’m not worried about winning. I’m worried about my womb,” Geralynn says to me as if I’m stupid.
Despite her efforts to let her disgust overwhelm her, a baby for me would be the best thing to ever happen to her.
She’s a janitor, who never had financial prospects until now.
She can use the money to hire nannies for the child if she has no interest in mothering.
I’m the one who has to remain on the hook to Geralynn, tied for life to a woman outside my family heritage.
How will I explain a bastard child to my future Italian wife?
Nicoletta has gone too far. The only reason I won’t slit her throat is because of her expansive blackmail clause she included.
Nicki prepared for this. I don’t want to know how long she planned this devious escapade and I refuse to acknowledge the implications of this so-called “special chemical”.
Geralynn continues to stare at me with fear and disbelief. It’s getting to be a lot more annoying now that I’ll need her to calm down and work with me. It’s too late for us to fight Nicki on our own. We’ll have to fight together, or not at all.
“I will uphold my end of the contract,” I reassure Geralynn in hopes of calming her down enough for us to work through this. We have two weeks here together and I would much rather diplomacy than tying Geralynn up. It might not be my choice depending on how Geralynn chooses to behave.
She repulses me, but it would be wrong to sign a contract and not follow through on my part of the deal.
Honor is more important than my emotions, even the strongest revulsion in my stomach.
I have a strong sense of duty which Nicki took advantage of.
She might keep us here for two weeks, but it’s not going to go the way my sister thinks.
I will break Geralynn and bend her to my will, trading her loyalty to my sister into loyalty to me.
I don’t need to like her for us to go through this business deal.
It’s going to cost me. I might as well get something out of it.
“Geralynn, listen to me,” I say to her with as much of a hypnotic tone as I can manage. “We have two weeks together and we both signed. We have to go through with this. We can only fight when we’re done.”
“You’re the only person I want to fight.”
Well, that’s not true. I smile.
“Okay,” I tell her. “Fine. I can’t say the same. I want to fight my sister and wrap my hand around her neck. I won’t be able to do that for weeks. I’ll need an outlet.”
Geralynn visibly shivers in front of me like a frightened little mouse. I love watching her tremble in fear almost as much as I’ll love fucking her against the door while her best friend listens on the other side.
Nicki won’t know it, but that will be the first step in turning her best friend against her entirely.
Revenge will come when this is all said and done.
My father wants me to care for my family, but what about my sister’s obligations?
She hasn’t just betrayed me, but the pathetic mop girl standing half-naked in front of me with nothing but my oversized hoodie on her plump, uninteresting body.
“We can request books,” Geralynn says hopefully. “I can get a lot of studying for the LSAT done in two weeks.”
I chuckle. “I need to get you pregnant.”
“That won’t take all day.”
I run my hand over my chin, trying to restrain my body from the deep excitement I feel. The last thing I need is for my cock to betray me right now.
“Perhaps not. If I’m satisfied… I’ll let you petition Nicki.”
“I don’t need your permission,” Geralynn snaps, disagreeable as usual. I’ll have to put up with her rude nature for the next two weeks, so I’ll need to get my way now to get us off to a good start.
“If you want to survive, you will.”
“Killing me breaks the terms of the contract.”
“I’ll kill myself right after.”
“Why do you look crazy enough to do it?”
“Because I am,” I say, reaching out and grabbing Geralynn by the wrist before she realizes I’m going to grab her.
She has remarkably slow reflexes for a woman born to be prey.
She tries to pull away from me, far too emboldened by Nicki giving in to our amendments.
I never gave in to anything and she needs to remember that.
“Renzo!”
“Stop fighting,” I murmur. “Let me fuck you against the door right now… teach my sister a lesson.”
“How would that teach her a lesson?”
I run my finger over Geralynn’s lips. They’re much fuller than I realized, but not too thick like I might have thought if I’d never touched them.
“It would teach her that she might have convinced us to sign the contract, but she’s not in control here.”
“I’m not in control either if I give in to you,” she says. It stings that she continues to act repulsed by me – like I’m not incredibly handsome and skilled in bed.
“Come on, Geralynn,” I whisper, dragging her body against the door and holding her against it as she grunts in displeasure. “We have nothing better to do for the next two weeks. You might as well let me fuck you senseless…”
“There’s no way in hell I’m going to do that,” she says with a hiss. But I know in my heart, it’s all lies.
