Chapter Four- Dior
I cracked my eyes open and stretched lazily.
I was happy to be back in our bed. After we got our asses thrown out of the hotel, Tomasso, Buddha, and I checked into a separate hotel from Francesco and Luca.
As a matter of fact, they also had to book another flight back.
Tomasso made it abundantly clear that they couldn’t return on his private jet.
It had been a day since we’d been back, and things between Buddha and me weren’t on the best of terms. Mostly, I was giving him the silent treatment. Buddha was keeping the whole Enzo-and-Catalina issue hush-hush. I asked him what he planned to do, and all he said was that he’d figure it out.
That didn’t sit well with me. I was his wife and had the right to know what he intended on doing, learning he may have a son. I had a plan, though; as soon as Buddha left for the day with Tomasso and Snow, I was about to go to the one person I believed would help me.
I could tell the bed was empty; Buddha was up for his early-morning run.
He would be back any minute. Getting up, I walked to the bathroom and brushed my teeth.
I heard Buddha return; he was rummaging through his dresser drawer.
Taking a deep breath, I walked into the bedroom and tried not to stare at him in his sweatpants.
“Good morning,” I said to him as I began to make up the bed.
“Morning,” he replied. I could feel his eyes on me as I did my task. “How long are you gonna do this silent act nonsense?” Buddha asked, coming to stand closer to me. I turned to him and lifted an eyebrow.
“Nonsense? You withholding information about Enzo and Catalina is nonsense to you?” I asked, folding my arms as I stared at him. Scrubbing his palms across his face as though my question infuriated him, Buddha clenched his jaw.
“Are you thick in the head? I told you my father, and I have to sort that shit out. As soon as we do, I’ll let you know whether or not he’s my son, and then you and I will take it from there.
What more do you want me to say?” I narrowed my eyes at him, wondering if I punched him in his throat, how far I’d be able to run before he caught me.
“Are you going to tell Victoria? Did Tomasso inform his wife that she may have another grandson?” Buddha made a snorting noise deep in his throat.
“Tomasso and I decided that for now, it’s best that my mother doesn’t know anything. So I trust you’ll keep your mouth shut,” he said, giving me a warning look. I plastered a fake smile on my lips.
“Of course, anything you say…husband,” I smiled even wider. Buddha gave me another warning glare.
“Don’t test me…wife,” he said, using that calm tone that always left my knees knocking. Ignoring him, I bent and adjusted our pillows on the bed, knowing damn well that the t-shirt I wore would expose my entire ass. I smiled secretly when I felt Buddha come to stand behind me.
“Excuse me, what are you doing?” I turned to face him with an amused expression on my face.
“About to fuck my wife,” he answered, bending his head as he began kissing my neck.
“No, no, what I said back in Italy, that shit stands. This pussy is off limits. Get off me,” I held his face and moved it away from my neck. I began to walk away so I could go have a shower, but Buddha grabbed my wrist.
“Are you fucking serious? So what the fuck am I supposed to do with this?” he asked, diverting his eyes to the crotch of his sweatpants, displaying his obvious erection.
Locking eyes with him, I boldly touched his dick through his pants. With my hand on the waistband, I took my sweet time as I pulled his pants down. Taking his right hand, I placed it on his rock-hard dick and smiled.
“Have fun,” I said, winking at him before I turned and walked off, heading for the bathroom.
“You get on my fucking nerves, petardo (firecracker),” was the last thing I heard him say before I closed the door.
Now, it was Buddha’s turn to give me the silent treatment.
When I got out of the shower, he ignored my ass as he walked toward the bathroom and slammed the door behind him.
I found it comical and paid him no mind.
While searching through the clothes we bought at the mall, I chose a pair of skinny jeans and a simple Polo t-shirt, then placed them on the bed.
With my towel wrapped around me, I went to check on Lotus since I hadn’t seen her for the morning.
“Hey, girl. Why didn’t you come say good morning?
You feeling alright?” I asked when I found her lying on her side on the rug.
She wagged her tail when she saw me coming, but she never got up.
I became a bit worried, so I bent and rubbed her ear.
“What’s wrong?” I asked, noticing she didn’t eat her food.
Buddha had one of those automatic feeders that released her chow, but she hadn’t eaten any.
“Do we need to take you to the vet?” I asked.
Surprisingly, when Lotus heard the word "vet," she sat upright, fast as hell. The way she did it was so unexpected that I laughed. “Were you faking for some extra attention?” I asked, and she tried to lick my face, but I stopped her. Lotus got up, walked over to her bowl and began eating. I stood up in amazement. “Wow, you’re such a faker,” I said, shaking my head at her.
Making my way back to the bedroom, Buddha was now out of the shower and standing in the room in all his naked glory.
I tried to ignore how good he looked as I closed the door.
I studied him as he walked over to his closet and opened it.
I admired the Buddha tattoo on his back and felt a type of way, knowing that the woman who inspired it was back.
Sighing softly, I removed my towel and dropped it on the bed. Picking up my body oil, I began applying it to my naked body. Buddha picked his clothing for today and placed them next to mine on the bed. We both were naked, me applying my oil and Buddha watching as I did.
Deciding to be petty, I oiled my breasts as I watched him, rubbing the moisture into my erect nipples. Next, I massaged some into the creases of my pussy lips, rubbing it slowly as I moaned softly.
The corners of Buddha’s mouth lifted in a smirk. He licked his lips before he turned and took a pair of boxer shorts out of his drawer and put them on. Satisfied that I was done being petty, I got dressed and faced him as he tucked his shirt inside his pants.
“When you’re leaving, I’ll go with you. I need to go see Victoria,” he paused immediately and watched me.
“Why are you going to see my mother?” He asked, very concerned that I was going to snitch about everything that happened in Italy.
“Well, she did tell me that I should come see her when I got back. Besides, what am I going to do when you’re gone all day? Sit and chat with Lotus, who, by the way, should be a paid actress.”
“Dior, if you plan on telling my mother about Catalina, I’m going to be very upset,” he said in a low tone.
“There are other things to discuss than you, Buddha, vain much.” I rolled my eyes at him, ignoring the fact that he was threatening me.
“What do you and Tomasso plan on doing about Luca?” I asked as Buddha stopped his vehicle in front of the main house. With his hands on the steering wheel, he stayed quiet for a few seconds before he turned to me.
“If it was up to me, I’d put a bullet between his eyes and feed him to my pigs.
My father, on the other hand, believes that if we sit and talk with Francesco, we could figure out a way to move forward.
I don’t give a fuck about family who’s not even blood.
I’ll make sure he never comes near you again, you have my word.
Let’s go inside.” I couldn’t help but smile as I opened my door.
I had no worries about whether Buddha would defend me.
I usually felt safe around him; I just had to keep in his good graces.
“Dior, oh my goodness. It’s so nice to see you,” Victoria greeted me as Buddha, and I walked into the living room.
I smiled as she walked over to me with her arms wide, ready to give me a hug.
I willingly hugged her back, enjoying the way her embrace made me feel.
My mother and I never had a relationship in which she would hug me, so I really appreciated it.
“Damn, don’t I get hello and a hug?” Buddha asked his mother with a fake look as if he was hurt.
“You never want my hugs,” Victoria said, shooing him away with her hands. “Come, Dior, let’s go sit in the backyard so you can tell me all about your trip,” Victoria said, reaching for my hand. Before she even got the opportunity to do so. Buddha snatched my hand and pulled me away.
“She’ll be right with you, mamma,” he said, dragging me a few feet away from Victoria. I looked at him, confused about why he was moving me away from his mother.
“Dior, let me reiterate. Do not speak about Catalina and Enzo to my mother until Tomasso and I figure this shit out,” Buddha wagged his index finger in my face, with a no-nonsense expression.
“Aye, aye captain,” I said, putting my hand to my forehead in a fake salute. He made a face as though I got on his last nerves before letting me go.
Buddha left to go find his father and Victoria, and I walked toward the backyard. Victoria brought out a bottle of wine and poured two glasses as we sat outside.
“Tell me how much you love Italy,” she asked, smiling at me. I smiled right back as I sipped my wine.
“I love it. The people, the food, the scenery. I did a tour when Buddha and the guys were out. It was pretty dope.” The smile vanished from my face when Enzo’s face flashed in my mind.
“Why did your face drop like that? Is something the matter?” Victoria studied me closely when she asked her question. Biting into my lower lip, I try to avoid her eyes. I really shouldn’t confide in her about Catalina and Enzo. I mean, Buddha did warn me, and I should really listen.
