16. Mila
Mila
Dear Diary,
Ryker got a new car. A sports car. It’s red, and it’s a convertible.
This morning, when he drove up in his car and got out, he looked like an actor.
My heart almost popped out of my chest, if such a thing is possible.
He looked so sexy, and when he walked into the house, he gave me a smile that went straight to my heart and my stomach.
It was at that moment that I knew I would do anything to make Ryker Walker mine. And I mean just about anything.
Mila
XOXO
The touch of Ryker’s warm hands on my naked ass the next morning woke me up. I opened one lazy eye and stared at his face that was grinning down at me with an evil look.
“What’re you doing?” I yawned as I opened the other eye.
“Touching you,” he said matter-of-factly, his hand squeezing my ass cheek again.
“I like you touching me.” I grinned, leaned up, and kissed him. His brown eyes flashed down at me in surprise. “I’m not a withering little buttercup.” I winked at him.
“I never said you were.” He kissed me deeply and held me close to him.
“You looked surprised that I kissed you.”
“I was surprised that you told me that you like me touching you,” he said, his fingers trailing up my back. “Normally, you’re combative in the mornings.”
“I’m not combative.” I moved my mouth to his shoulder and bit down into his skin.
“Really?” He laughed. “You can say that with a straight face?”
“You were able to tell Parker you were my fiancé with a straight face,” I said.
“Touché,” he said. “So, are you ready to hear my proposition?”
“You were serious about that?” I said, my toes curling as he ran his fingers between my legs, and then slipped a finger inside of me.
“How are you so wet already?” He buried his face in my neck and kissed down my skin. His finger continued to move back and forth, and I groaned.
“The same reason that you’re so hard,” I muttered, feeling myself close to an orgasm already.
“I want you to pretend to be my fiancée for four weeks,” he said as he continued to touch me.
“Why?” I asked, gasping for air as he slipped a second finger inside of me.
“I’m doing it for two reasons. One is to make it so Parker doesn’t kill both of us for thinking we’re just hooking up right under his nose.
The second is more personal. It’s for me.
You know I work for my dad, right? He’s trying to get me a seat on the board of directors, but they won’t approve me unless they think I’m a family man.
Which is ironic considering who my dad is.
” He sighed and looked down into my eyes, his features intense as he paused.
He watched my face as my body trembled beneath him.
“I like watching you come,” he said softly, and his thumb started rubbing my clit as I came.
“You’re a bad boy.” I gasped as my body bucked from the swift movement of his fingers.
“That’s not a lie. I’m a bad boy who likes to do bad-boy things,” he said and collapsed back down next to me. I watched as he moved two fingers to his mouth and sucked my juices from his fingers.
“So, tell me more about this board of directors thing?” I asked him seriously, wanting to get back to the matter at hand. I couldn’t quite believe I was here, and I didn’t want to think about it too much.
“They are voting in four weeks,” he said with a smile. “If they buy my act as a man in love, looking to get married and have kids, they will probably approve my seat on the board. Once that happens, we can break up or whatever. They won’t be able to remove me.”
“Isn’t that a lie, though?” I frowned.
“The investors love me.” He shrugged. “It’s the board that’s acting like dicks. I don’t care if I have to tell a small lie to get my rightful position on the board. It is my dad’s company, after all.”
“He can’t just give you a seat?”
“It doesn’t work like that.” He shook his head. “There will be a vote.”
“Oh, I see.” I bit my lower lip. “So you want me to pretend to be your fiancée for four weeks?”
“Maybe a little over four weeks.” He nodded. “Just until I get my seat on the board. It will help me. And it will help you, too.”
“How will it help me?”
“Parker won’t think you’re a slut.” He laughed, and I shook my head at him. “And he won’t kill me.”
“Uh-huh.” I rolled my eyes.
“Plus, it will be fun.” He grinned. “It doesn’t have to be in name only.”
“What do you mean?”
“We can have all the perks of being engaged.” He grinned and ran his finger across my collarbone. “You can stay with me. I’ll give you a credit card and a weekly allowance.”
“Stay with you? Credit card?” My eyebrows rose.
“Of course, you’ll stay with me.” His voice was adamant. “In my bed. And we’ll make sweet love every morning and every night.”
“You didn’t even sleep with me last night,” I said, still feeling hurt.
“I didn’t want to make love last night.” His eyes bore into mine. “I wanted to fuck you. Hard. Without a rubber.” He paused. “And I wasn’t about to let that happen.”
“Why not?” I squeaked out.
“Because you’re a virgin.” He spoke more softly now. “I’m not going to let your first time be like that. Plus, we need to take better precautions. You need to go on the pill.”
“Why? You have condoms.”
“When I take you, I want you to feel all of me,” he muttered. “My skin next to your skin.”
“Aren’t there condoms that feel like real skin?” I asked.
“No,” he said and smirked. “There is no lambskin that will feel as good and as raw as my skin next to you as I fill you up.”
“I see.” I swallowed, barely believing I was having this conversation.
“So, will you do it? Will you be my fake fiancée?” Ryker asked with a wide smile.
“I don’t know.” I shook my head and sat up. I needed to get out of this room and take everything in. I needed to talk to Lara. I was already so confused about so many things. I didn’t know which way was up right now. “I need to go and shower.”
“We can shower together.”
“No.” I shook my head. “I need to shower alone.”
“Aw.” He pouted. “I could make it worth your while.”
“Ryker.” I groaned. “Stop tempting me.”
“Why? You tempt me every time you look at me with those innocent come-fuck-me eyes.”
“How can innocent eyes say, come fuck me?” I asked with a small smile.
“Shh.” He laughed. “Stop the sass before I change my mind and have my wicked way with you right now.”
“Why don’t you?” I said and let my sheet fall down. I stood up and got out of the bed, my naked body shivering in the cool air.
“You tease.” He groaned and got out of bed as well.
His body looked strong and magnificent as he stood there in front of me.
I made the mistake of looking down, and I saw his erection pointing directly at me, proud and hard.
I waited for him to pull me into his arms eagerly.
I was more than ready for him to take me.
In fact, I was feeling as if I should just push him down on the bed and jump on top of him. That would shock him for sure.
“Put your negligee on and go back to your room before we don’t leave this room for the next four hours.” He bent down, picked up my nightgown, and handed it to me. I took it from him, disappointed.
“So, you want me to leave?”
“I don’t want you to leave, but I do want your answer.” He sighed. “You need to understand what’s going on between us. I like you, Mila. I want you. Badly. But we need to be on the same page about everything.”
“We are,” I said as I slipped the negligee back on.
“No, we’re not.” He grimaced. “I didn’t even know you were a virgin.
And I don’t know if you really know who I am, either.
This engagement isn’t just about business.
I want to get to know you better. I want to do things with you that aren’t PG or even in the bedroom.
I’m going to take you to new heights, Mila. ”
“I want you to.”
“I know.” He frowned. “That’s what scares me.”
“There you—” Lara’s words stopped as I snuck back into the room and closed the door behind me. “Oh shit, did you sleep with Ryker?”
“Yes and no.” I made a face and hurried over to my bed. “Lara, I don’t know if I’m still a virgin.”
“What?” She made a face. “Is he that small?”
“Small?” I was confused for a second and then started laughing. “No, silly. He’s not small at all.” My eyes gleamed as I thought back to his large, thick manhood.
“So how do you not know?”
“He put it in, but Parker walked in, and then he pulled out, and we stopped.”
“Oh, snap.” Lara’s eyes widened, and she sat up. “Parker walked in on Ryker and you about to have sex?”
“Yup.” I giggled nervously. “It was so embarrassing, and I thought the earth was going to open up and swallow me.”
“So, what happened? I take it Parker didn’t kill either of you.”
“Nothing happened.” I sighed. “We didn’t have sex. Ryker told Parker we were engaged, but he wouldn’t sleep with me.”
“Whoa—what? Engaged?” Lara jumped out of her bed and came over to mine. “What is going on?”
“It’s not real. He didn’t declare his undying love for me. It’s so he can get a seat on the board at his dad’s company or something.” I paused. “But he does want to sleep with me. And he said we would do other stuff, like kinky stuff.”
“Say what?” Lara’s brown eyes looked like she couldn’t take in anything else. “What did you say? And what do you mean ‘kinky stuff’? Oh, my gosh, what is going on here?”
“I don’t know, like sex stuff?” I shrugged. “He would want me to live with him, he said.”
“Live with him?” Lara looked suspicious. “Why?”
“Just to make it look real to the board.”
“How is the board going to know you’re living with him?”
“I don’t know.” I shrugged. “And honestly, I’m not sure I care. This is everything I’ve been waiting for, Lara.”
“I don’t know, Mila.” She looked worried. “This all seems to have come out of nowhere. Just a couple of days ago, you were still hating each other. Shit, you were pretending you had a fake boyfriend.”
“Things are different now. Ryker has the hots for me too.”
“Yeah, but a lot of guys have the hots for you, Mila.” She sighed. “It just seems fishy.”
“It’s not,” I said, though I wasn’t too sure of that fact.
Knock, knock.
“Hello,” I said and looked toward the door.
“Hey, you.” Ryker walked in and gave me a look, no smile on his face. “Hi, Lara.”
“Ryker,” she said with a deep, unfriendly voice.
“I wanted to give this to you, Mila. To look over.” He handed me a large manila envelope.
“What is it?” I frowned as I took it from him.
“A contract,” he said simply. “Read it, and we’ll discuss it later.”
“Okay,” I said, and he walked back out of the room, closing the door gently. I looked at Lara, who was frowning. “What?” I exclaimed.
“He just happened to have a contract with him?” She raised an eyebrow at me. “Doesn’t that seem very suspicious?”
“I don’t know, Lara.” I sighed and held the envelope close to me. “I mean, what does he get out of it?”
“I don’t know.” She shrugged. “Just be careful. You’ve had the hots for him for a long time. I don’t want you to get caught up in something you don’t really know anything about.”
“I know Ryker. He’s been Parker’s best friend for years.”
“And I thought I knew Parker. I’ve been your best friend for years.”
“I’m sorry about Parker, Lara.” I reached out and rubbed her back. “He’s a jerk.”
“It is what it is.” She shrugged and took a deep breath. “Hey, I’m sorry for being a party-pooper, I’m excited for what’s going on with you and Ryker. I just don’t want you to get hurt.”
“I don’t want to get hurt either.”
“And you know what?”
“What?”
“You’re still a virgin.” She grinned. “The tip doesn’t count.”
“It was more than the tip.” I laughed.
“If his tongue didn’t count, one motion of his cock sure doesn’t.” She laughed. “Though, don’t quote me on that. I’m not an expert on these things.”
“Okay, I won’t.” I laughed and looked down at the envelope in my hands. “Should I open it now?”
“Duh.” She laughed and then stood up. “Though you should put more clothes on first. I feel like you’re trying to seduce me.”
“You wish.” I laughed. “I’m going to shower and change, and then we can read it.”
“I can’t wait,” she said, a twinkle back in her eye. “I just hope it’s not all whips and chains and dark dungeons. I’m not sure I’ll be able to look at him the same way again.”
“Lara.” I shook my head as I made my way to the shower, but I couldn’t stop myself from trembling.
It hadn’t occurred to me that Ryker’s kink was anything more than regular kink, but maybe that was why he had a contract.
Maybe he really did have another side I knew nothing about.
I closed the bathroom door behind me and closed my eyes as I grinned to myself.
This weekend had gone even better than planned, and I knew I was ready for Ryker—whips, chains, dungeons, and all.
