DAY 10 — THE REED LAND, NORTH CAROLINA
Now playing: What You Need - The Weeknd
The honeymoon phase of house arrest had officially started to crack. We were losing our minds.
When a guy had spent thirteen years living out of suitcases and running on arena adrenaline, the quiet of a house could start to feel like a deafening roar. We had cleaned every inch of the place. We had argued over the chickens. We had watched every documentary on Netflix.
We even tried to maintain some form of training.
Last night, we headed to the garage to get some mat work in.
I was ready to sweat, to work on some chain wrestling to keep the rust off, but Silas had other plans.
He showed up in a pair of white wrestling tights so thin they were practically see-through the second he broke a sweat.
The training lasted approximately four minutes. I ended up pinning him against the turnbuckle within two, but when his legs wrapped around my waist, I fucked him until he was screaming my name into the rafters. He’d known exactly what he was doing, and I’d fallen for it like a rookie.
Tonight however, the energy was different.
It was ungodly late, somewhere around two in the morning.
We were tangled together on the couch, a heavy blanket draped over our legs.
I was half-watching some random reality show on the TV while scrolling through my phone, but my attention kept drifting to Silas.
He was just…existing. His head was resting on a pillow in my lap, his eyes fixed on the screen, his breathing slow and steady.
He was so beautiful in the dim light of the living room, soft and safe.
But as I watched the way his throat moved when he swallowed, the familiar, heavy heat started to pull low in my gut.
My cock was growing harder by the second, straining against the fabric of my pajama pants.
Then, I caught sight of the black baseball cap Silas had been wearing all week. It was sitting on the end table right next to my elbow. I thought about the way he’d looked in the truck, all rugged and golden, and I realized I still hadn’t seen him wear it while we were actually together.
I checked the time. Everyone on the Reed land was definitely asleep. I tossed my phone onto the rug, my pulse starting to thrum in my ears. I shifted, climbing on top of him, pinning his shoulders into the cushions.
I kissed him, my tongue seeking his with a hungry intent. I made sure to grind my hard cock against his lower abs, and Silas let out a long, shuddering moan into my mouth, his hands immediately finding my waist.
I pulled away just an inch, my breath hot against his lips. “I want to go do something,” I whispered.
I trailed a line of biting, frantic kisses down his jawline, moving to his collarbone where I started to nip and suck, marking him in the dark. I broke away and stood up, reaching down to haul Silas to his feet. He looked dazed, his eyes dark with a heat that mirrored my own.
“What are you doing, Cal?” he asked, his voice a low, wrecked rasp as his hands found my waist.
I didn’t answer. I reached for the black hat and placed it on his head, turning the brim to the back. The sight of it, the way it framed his face and exposed the strong line of his neck, made my knees go weak.
“Let’s go have some fun.” I took his hand and led him toward the front door.
As soon as we stepped onto the porch, the cool night air hit us, but it didn’t do a damn thing to dampen the fire. I kissed him again, hard and possessive, pushing him back against the siding of the house.
“Wait here,” I said, my voice breathless.
Silas let out a small whimper, his hand reaching for me. “Where are you going?”
I didn’t answer. I ducked back inside, quickly snatching up the oversized flannel blanket from the couch, two of the extra pillows from our bed, and the bottle of lube from my nightstand. I shoved the lube into the pocket of my pajama pants and walked back out.
My plan to be romantic and spread the blanket out was derailed the second I saw him.
Silas was leaning over the wooden railing of the porch, his back to me.
His forearms on the wood, his head bowed, his weight resting forward as his frame arched toward me in a way that was undeniably, agonizingly inviting.
Was it intentional? Probably not. Silas had a way of being accidentally provocative that drove me insane.
But I wasn’t going to pretend it was an accident.
I dropped the pillows and blanket on the deck boards and walked up behind him. I wrapped my arms around his waist, pulling him back until his hips were pressed against my throbbing length. I felt him laugh against me, a soft, knowing sound, and my grip on his waist tightened.
“Cal…” he breathed, his voice vibrating through me.
Without a word, I reached down and tugged his pajama pants and boxers down, the soft fabric pooling around his muscular thighs. He was exposed to the night air, and I couldn’t resist. I brought my heavy hand down on his bare flesh in a sharp, stinging slap.
Silas yelped, jumping forward. “Cal! What the hell! We’re outside!” He tried to stand up, but I shoved him back down, my hand pressing firmly into the small of his back.
I squatted down behind him, my knees clicking. I spread his cheeks with my thumbs, the sight of him in the moonlight making my head swim. I buried my face between them, wasting no time dragging my tongue across his entrance in long, eager strokes.
“Oh—oh fuck!—Cal!” Silas gasped. His hand shot behind him to tangle in my hair, clutching me to him as I ate his ass.
I was relentless, my tongue pushing deep, wanting to taste every inch of him.
He was bucking against my face now, his whimpers turning into jagged, desperate cries that echoed in the woods.
He pulled up on my hair, trying to nudge me away as he neared a breaking point. “Fuck—baby—p-please! I can’t—I need you.”
I stood immediately, my heart hammering against my ribs. I pulled the bottle of lube from my pocket and squeezed a generous amount of the cool substance directly onto his waiting hole. He let out a sharp laugh.
“You planned this,” he panted, looking back at me over his shoulder.
I didn’t respond. I rested a firm hand on his hip and pushed my thumb into his ass, working the muscle until he was open and slick. “You’re so needy for me, Si,” I coaxed, my voice dark. “Tell me how bad you need me.”
His head hit the railing. “So fucking bad,” he sobbed. “I need you inside—fuck—please, Cal. Right now.”
That was all the permission I needed. I tugged my own pants down, my cock springing free and grazing his thigh. I snaked my fingers around the back of his neck to keep him in place. I pushed into him in one swift, punishing motion.
Silas let out a loud, ringing cry that I knew reached the main road.
I didn’t have any restraint left. I started pounding into him with a bruising, erratic force, my hips slamming against his ass with a rhythmic thwack.
I kept my grip on his neck, arching his spine until he was nothing but a curve of muscle and submission beneath me.
“Touch yourself,” I growled into his ear.
Silas wasted no time. He reached down, his hand a blur as he started to stroke his own cock. The sight of it, of him working himself while I claimed him from behind. Fuck, Every time my hips hit his, he let out a broken, high-pitched whimper that made my blood sing.
I snaked my hand to the front of his neck, my thumb rubbing against his pulse point as I drove into him. I was feral, my movements uncoordinated and desperate.
“Fuck, baby—I—I’m coming!” Silas cried out, his body going rigid.
In a near instant, I felt the wave crash over me. I fell over the edge, burying myself deep inside him as my vision went white. The pulses of my own release spilled hot and thick inside him, and my legs finally went weak.
I collapsed against his back, my chest heaving, my forehead resting against his neck. We stayed like that for a long time, only the sound of our synchronized, ragged breathing and the distant hoot of an owl.
When I finally caught my breath, I pulled out gently. Silas’s legs were visibly trembling, and for a second, I was genuinely concerned I’d overdone it. He immediately dropped to his knees the second I was out of him, his forehead resting on the wooden railing.
“Jesus, are you alright?” I asked, my voice tight.
Silas let out a breathy, exhausted laugh. He looked up at me, his sweaty hair sticking out from under the cap, his eyes glazed and happy. “I can’t feel my legs. I think you actually broke me that time.”
I smiled, a surge of warmth hitting my chest. I leaned in and kissed him, tasting the salt on his skin. “Come here.”
I pulled him to his feet, letting him brace his full weight against me. He was heavy and warm and perfect. In one swift motion, I scooped him up into my arms bridal style.
“Put me down, you giant dork!” Silas half-heartedly protested, though he tucked his head into my shoulder.
“Not a chance,” I joked, walking toward the door. “Pull the damn handle, husband.”
