Chapter 13 #2
“Mac and cheese like every Tuesday night.” Icarus arches his brow. “Grace and I shall be working on the night of the ball.”
Working to take down the Frosts.
Icarus and I can’t help sharing a probably villainous smirk.
“So am I,” Zero says, looking offended. “It takes work to both look as gorgeous as I do on a stage and put on one of my dazzling performances.”
Lionzio places down the brush and pats his Beta on the shoulder. “Of course it does.”
Piper nuzzles against me. “I still want you both there. My Alpha and Omega should be equally worshiped.”
It’s going to take some time getting used to that.
“Will you accept our invitation to the ball?” Lionzio asks Icarus, quietly.
I never dreamed that a pack would stand up for us as publicly as this.
My heart is beating too fast. “I can say that I met you when you brought Grace here. But I want the world to know that you both deserve to be there with us.”
“Except, we don’t.” Icarus curls his hands into fists. “Mrs. Frost will be furious. She is still the Head Alpha, and if she doesn’t accept the bond, then she can destroy us and rip everyone who we care about away from us.”
Lionzio’s pale eyes become earnest in a way that startles me.
He marches to Icarus, caging him against the sink.
“Can you trust me in this? Trust me that it’s important that the world sees that Reject Hotel Omegas are worthy of being bonded to a celebrity pack over elites?
That staff from a hotel can become that pack’s Chief Alpha?
That the world can be changed by such gestures?
Trust me, vita mia, that I will keep all of you safe afterwards? ”
“Vita mia…?” Icarus breathes.
“My life.” Lionzio leans in and kisses Icarus like the sealing of a deal.
Icarus reaches up to run his hand through Lionzio’s neat hair, mussing it, before pulling him into a deeper kiss.
When they break apart, both Alphas are breathing hard and staring into each other’s eyes as if searching to read each other’s souls.
“I trust that you will protect us,” Icarus murmurs.
Lionzio’s face lights up.
He dives in to kiss Icarus more firmly. “Thank you.”
Excitement rushes through me, but along with it, fear.
What will happen at the ball? How will this complicate the heist?
Yet this gives me a chance to rescue Hatton.
When Icarus catches my gaze, I can tell that he is already scheming how to turn this to our advantage.
“That’s my Christmas Eve worked out then.
I’ll requisition the study to work on the outfits; I want them to be a surprise.
They can be courting gifts.” Piper settles me against his chest in the bath.
“We built you an amazing nest earlier, while Icarus was hand feeding you those muffins from the basket.” Suddenly, his purring falters. “We hope that you like it.”
“She’ll bloody love it, darling.” Zero spins on his stool to face us. “I’ve had a lot of practice creating nests for Piper but never with this type of amazing luxury.”
I frown. “Why not? Isn’t Lion a billionaire? Why wouldn’t he give you good bedding?”
Zero’s shoulders hunch.
Silence.
Icarus exchanges a glance with me.
What’s the mystery? They seem to treat Piper well. They’ve told us multiple times that he’s the boss.
Why wouldn’t they let him have good nests?
“He’s not the pampered type of Omega who cares about things like that,” Lionzio replies with a carefully blank expression. “He’s always working. He runs a coffee shop and all his focus is on that. Maybe I should have paid more attention to his needs.”
“You should,” Icarus’ voice is low and rumbling. “From now on, we will.”
“Yes, sir,” Lionzio immediately replies.
Zero snatches up a pair of black silk pajama bottoms from the marble side underneath the mirror and saunters to Icarus. “Here. You can borrow Lion’s. You should just about be able to squeeze into them. You do look much…bigger.”
Lionzio glares at him. “Are you sure that you want to go there?”
“Or you could simply sleep naked like me.” Laughing, Zero slides his hands to Icarus’ trousers, before the Alpha can stop him.
My torn panties fall out of Icarus’ pocket onto the bathroom floor.
Shit, I’d forgotten about them.
Everyone stares at the panties.
I redden.
Zero chuckles. “Kinky.”
He stoops to pick up my panties, strolling to sit on the edge of the bath and dangle them in front of me.
When I narrow my eyes at him, Zero slips the panties into the pocket of his own dressing gown, that is slung messily over the end of the bath, as if it’s a keepsake.
To my surprise, it is Lionzio who teases, “A trophy taker. I admit that Grace’s scent is delicious. I am jealous. What do you want to take of mine? Here.”
Lionzio slips off his tie and holds it out to Icarus.
The way that he holds his head to the side, baring his neck to the other Alpha, which is unheard of between unbonded Alphas, can’t be accidental, right?
Dangerous around an uber dominant Alpha like Icarus.
Icarus growls, before stalking to Lionzio. He snatches the tie, stuffing it into his pocket, before pulling Lionzio into a fierce kiss.
Then Icarus whispers, harshly, “I was hoping for your Alpha on Alpha virginity, pet…?”
Lionzio blushes. “I mean…I haven’t ever…yes, sir.”
“You’re a virgin.” Icarus stares at him in shock. “But you’re bonded.”
“I’m a virgin with women,” Lionzio hurriedly corrects. “And with Alphas. I’ve never…”
“I understand.” Icarus’ expression gentles. “How about we take it slow? We start with this pretty Alpha mouth of yours? You’re not in control now; doesn’t that feel good? To let go of the crushing responsibility for once?”
“Yes, sir,” Lionzio gasps like a cry for help.
There is so much said in those two words. Yet Icarus appears to understand.
He traces his thumb over Lionzio’s lips, and Lionzio opens them. Icarus gently pushes his thumb in and out, allowing Lionzio to become used to the sensation.
“What about my mouth?” Lionzio sucks on the two fingers that Icarus now presses in.
“That depends. Would you kneel for another Alpha?” I know that Icarus is checking in.
“Only for you.”
“Pfft, I’ve kneeled for plenty, but you’re the most commanding.” Zero stands fluidly from the side of the bath. “And I happen to have a very experienced mouth for Alphas.”
Piper’s cock is hard against my hip, but he ignores it.
Instead, he whispers, “Want to watch our gorgeous pack together?”
I nod.
He turns me, seating me on his lap again. He clasps my hand in his.
I’ve always known how much I needed the company of other Omegas. I was raised in a pack with multiple other Omegas. But I never knew how much I needed to hold another Omega romantically.
Or how much I needed to see a Beta being just as important to the pack, after Maya talked about them with such contempt and John was sidelined.
“No rules, remember?” Piper kisses behind my ear, before commanding the two Alphas like it’s a normal thing for an Omega to do. “Put on a show for your Omegas.”
Icarus’ eyes dance with amusement, before he leans back at the sink to give us a better view and quirks his brow at the other two men. “Didn’t you hear our Omega? Get to it.”
Like a panther, Zero stalks toward Icarus, putting on as much of a show as he can.
Then he circles his hand on Icarus’ hip. “Well, if it’s my darling Omegas asking, who am I to say no?”
“Wait,” Piper stiffens behind me, and I can feel the tension bleeding through him, “you can always say no, remember? Do you want this?”
Zero glances over his shoulder. “Only from the moment that I saw this mountain of muscle frozen like a Santa mannequin on the stage. He looked bloody adorable. I could have dropped to my knees and given him a merry Christmas there and then.”
Icarus’ lips pinch. “I am not adorable.”
“You are a bit.”
“He is when he wears glasses,” I chime in just to see Icarus’ cheek twitch. “Or when he—”
“You,” Icarus points at me, “silence. Watch.”
I snap my mouth closed, pretending to zip it shut.
Zero smirks, dropping to his knees fluidly, before nuzzling at Icarus’ crotch.
Icarus is fighting hard to look unaffected, but his pupils are already dilated.
Lionzio grabs a towel and drops it to the floor. “For your knees.”
Zero looks up at Lionzio in surprise.
“Thanks.” Zero shuffles onto the towel.
Lionzio drops more awkwardly to his knees next to Zero. He relaxes, leaning into Icarus’ touch, when Icarus pets his hair.
“Good Alpha,” Icarus encourages.
And the other Alpha fucking melts.
Zero grips Lionzio by the chin, turning his head and kissing him. “Let me take the lead, yeah? I’m with you. Our Omegas are waiting to be entertained. And we’re all bloody loved.”
“I don’t deserve that,” Lionzio replies. “I don’t deserve for a Beta to—”
“How about you let me decide that, handsome?” Zero tilts up his chin. “You’ve all been working on me making my own choices. So, let me bloody make them.”
Lionzio gives him a shaky smile. “Okay then.”
“And now, I’m choosing to undo these buttons.” Zero looks underneath his eyelashes at Icarus, as he undoes the Alpha’s trousers, before working his hand into his underwear. “And now, I am choosing to take out our new Chief Alpha’s cock.”
Icarus keeps his gaze steadily on mine, as the two men kneeling at his feet explore up and down his shaft for the first time with their fingers, while kissing, then with their tongues.
Piper is breathing fast behind me, and I am caught in both Icarus’ half-hooded gaze and the magic of the moment.
The five of us are connected, and it’s about more than sex or pleasure.
It’s about the love between the Beta and Alpha who are on their knees, holding hands as they kiss, lick, and suck Icarus’ cock and balls at the same time.
It is about the fact that all three of them are putting on this performance at the command of the male Omega who is lightly nipping at my neck like he is barely holding back from biting down in a bonding bite, as if he was born to be an Alpha.
It's about the fact that Icarus doesn’t look away from me for a moment, even as he grabs Lionzio and Zero and pulls them away from his cock just enough to paint their faces with his cum in a territorial claiming.
It is about the fact that every single one of these men is proving that the love between this pack is real, despite the secrets that we’re keeping.
