Chapter 34

Chapter Thirty-Four

Darryl

I kicked the hotel room door shut behind us, the quiet settling in fast, the hum of the wedding reception fading as I turned the lock, Ashley’s laugh bouncing softly in the dark space.

We’d just left my folks’ backyard, chili and cake still lingering in the air, and now it was just us, her white dress clinging to her curves, my suit jacket already slung over my arm.

I tossed it onto a chair, grinning as she spun toward me, kicking off her heels, bare feet padding across the carpet, her veil gone, hair spilling loose, the bracelet I’d given her catching the dim light on her wrist. “Hey,” she said, her voice low and teasing, stepping close, hands grabbing my tie, tugging it loose with a quick yank. “We made it, huh?”

“Yeah,” I said, my hands sliding to her hips, pulling her tight against me, kissing her hard, lips crashing into hers, hungry and fast, tasting the sweet tang of wine from the toast. She giggled into the kiss, fingers jerking my tie free, tossing it aside, her hands diving under my shirt, nails scraping my chest sharp and quick, pulling a groan from my throat against her mouth.

“Mr. Meyer,” she said, her voice breathy, stepping back to grin at me, shoving my shirt up, yanking it over my head, letting it drop to the floor. “You’re mine now, better make it good.”

“Mrs. Meyer,” I said, grabbing her waist, lifting her swiftly, her legs wrapping around me tightly, her dress bunching up as I carried her to the bed, dropping her onto the mattress, the springs squeaking loudly under her weight.

“Gonna make it damn good, Ashley.” She laughed, sharp and bright, hands clawing at my shoulders, pulling me down, kissing me fiercely, her tongue pushing in hot and needy, teeth nipping my lip with a quick sting that fired me up.

“Show me,” she said, her tone daring, legs squeezing my hips, rocking up against me, fingers fumbling with my belt, popping it open fast, ripping it free with a snap, chucking it across the room. “Come on, Darryl, don’t hold back.”

“Never,” I said, growling low, kissing her neck hard, sucking a firm mark just below her ear, her gasping sharp, nails digging into my back, leaving hot trails as I tore at her dress straps, pulling them down her shoulders, the fabric resisting before I tugged rougher, peeling it off her arms. “This dress is history,” I said, shoving it down her hips, her kicking it off fast, leaving her in a white lace bra and panties, skin flushed and glowing beneath me.

“Fine by me,” she said, panting, hands shoving my pants down, fingers hooking into my boxers, yanking them off quick, her grip wrapping around me, stroking firm and steady, pulling a loud groan from my chest, my head dropping to her shoulder.

“Now,” she said, voice thick, kissing my jaw, biting softly, legs spreading wide, pulling me in, heat pressing against me, urgent and bold.

“Got you,” I said, kissing her mouth deep, tongue tangling with hers, hands ripping at her bra, unhooking it clumsy and fast, tossing it aside, mouth diving to her chest, sucking hard on her skin, leaving a red mark, then another lower, her moaning sharp, hands yanking my hair, tugging me down.

“Like that?” I said, voice thick, biting gently just above her bra line, her arching up quick, nails clawing my scalp, a sweet burn that sparked me hotter.

“Not enough,” she said, laughing roughly, flipping us suddenly, pinning me beneath her, thighs clamping my hips, hands slamming my wrists above my head, holding me firm, her grin sharp as she rocked against me slowly, teasing, making me groan loud, hips bucking up hard.

“My move,” she said, kissing me messily, teeth pulling my lip, tongue diving in deep, hands sliding down my arms, nails raking my chest, carving faint lines, fierce and quick.

“Damn, Ashley,” I said, panting, grabbing her hips, flipping her back under me, pinning her wrists now, kissing her neck rough, sucking a deep mark, her moaning loud, legs kicking free, wrapping around my waist, squeezing tight.

“You’re asking for it,” I said, hands shoving her panties down, tearing them off her legs, chucking them aside, her bare and open under me, skin hot against mine.

“Give it,” she said, voice a growl, breaking her wrists free, clawing my back, pulling me down, kissing me sloppy, tongue hot and fast, hips rocking up, pressing against me, bold and needy.

“Now, Darryl,” she said, biting my shoulder, nails digging deep, leaving sharp stings, legs locking me in, yanking me closer.

“Yeah,” I said, kissing her chest again, sucking firm, leaving a trail of red marks down her skin, hands gripping her thighs, spreading her wide, pressing into her fast and deep, her gasping loud, body jolting up to take me, tight and searing.

“Good?” I said, moving hard, hands sliding under her, lifting her hips, thrusting deeper, her moaning sharp, nails raking my back, carving hot streaks, legs squeezing tighter.

“More,” she said, voice cracking, kissing me roughly, teeth catching my lip, hands grabbing my hair, yanking firm, hips bucking up to match me, fast and fierce, the bed creaking loudly beneath us.

“Harder,” she said, biting my neck, sucking a mark there, nails digging into my shoulders, a quick burn that made me growl, hands gripping her hips tight, slamming into her deeper, her moaning loud, echoing sharp in the room.

“Got it,” I said, kissing her deep, tongue pushing in, swallowing her moans, hands sliding to her wrists again, pinning them overhead, holding her steady, moving faster, fiercer, her gasping loud, body trembling under me, legs locking me in close.

“All mine,” I said, sucking hard on her neck, leaving a bold red mark, her moaning sharp, nails breaking free, clawing my arms, leaving trails, hips rocking up hard, meeting every thrust, fierce and raw.

“Yours,” she said, voice a jagged cry, kissing me sloppy, tongue hot and swift, hands grabbing my back, pulling me down, nails digging deep, body tightening around me, a loud moan bursting out as she shook hard, fierce and raw, pulling me with her, heat crashing through me fast, a groan ripping from my throat as I let go, spilling into her, full and rough, her arms locking me close, legs quivering around me.

“Damn,” I said, panting heavy, kissing her neck soft now, hands sliding to her hips, holding her gentle, her breath ragged against my ear, body still pressed tight to mine, slick and warm. “You’re something else, Ashley.”

“Yeah,” she said, laughing roughly, kissing my jaw, hands sliding up my back, nails grazing lightly now, voice low and teasing. “You too. Fun start, huh?”

“Best start,” I said, kissing her slow, lips soft against hers, tasting the sweat and her, hands roaming her sides, steady and tender, the room falling quiet, just our breathing, heat easing into calm.

“You good?” I said, pulling back a bit, grinning down at her, brushing her hair back, thumb tracing her cheek.

“Perfect,” she said, grinning back, kissing me quickly, hands resting on my chest, firm and warm, eyes still bright with mischief. “You?”

“Never better,” I said, rolling us to the side, pulling her close, legs tangling with mine, arm wrapping around her waist, holding her snug, kissing her forehead gently, her giggling soft against me. “Round two later?”

“Bet on it,” she said, laughing quiet, kissing my neck swift, hand sliding to my back, rubbing easy, body pressed close, warm and soft. “Gonna keep you busy.”

“Counting on it,” I said, kissing her lips slowly, hand sliding down her thigh, squeezing light, the night stretching out full and ours, her laugh filling the space, sweet and real as we settled in, tangled and close.
