RE: Application for Advanced Healer Training Program — Sasha Addison

Ms. Addison,

Thank you for your application to the Ironholt Commune’s Advanced Healer Training and Certification Program. Your materials have been reviewed by our admissions panel and clinical director.

We are pleased to offer you a provisional placement beginning immediately upon arrival, with full enrollment pending completion of a two-week practical assessment. This is standard for all incoming trainees and is not a reflection of any concern regarding your qualifications — which, frankly, are stronger than most applicants we see at your experience level.

Your placement will include:

— Supervised clinical rotations across three specializations (general trauma, surgical assist, and diagnostic assessment), with option to declare a focus area after your first quarter.

— Shared housing in the trainee dormitory. Private room. Meals provided.

— Access to the commune’s full medical archive and teaching library.

— A monthly stipend, modest but sufficient. Details enclosed separately.

Dr. Patel has asked me to note that she reviewed your supply-chain documentation personally and would like to discuss the commune’s current intake logistics at your earliest convenience. This is not part of your training obligation. She is, in her words, “desperate.”

We are aware of the circumstances of your departure and have no interest in them. The commune operates independently of pack politics. Your standing here will be based on your work, your conduct, and nothing else.

We look forward to welcoming you.

Warm regards,

Lina Kohler Program Coordinator, Advanced Training Ironholt Healer’s Commune
