CHAPTER FIFTY-ONE
CHAPTER
FIFTY-ONE
Lana leaned forward, putting her forearms onto the table. She made sure her eyes were as ice cold as her voice.
“Janelle Maylen Jones, you’re under arrest for theft, embezzlement, false identifications, drugging officers of the law, and a shit ton of other charges…”
Lana read Jayme her Miranda rights, ignoring the woman’s outburst. She waited until Jayme was done with her tantrum to continue.
“Now that that is out of the way, who are you working with to kidnap young girls and why are you trying to start a bloodbath with the Soriano’s Army?
Do you not realize they have major ties to the cartel?
They will take out you and everyone you’ve ever loved and their bloodline out,” Cullen repeated to Jayme.
“Please! Rodric is a lovesick little bitch who sniffs my pussy every chance he can get. He wouldn’t allow them to touch me. They fucking owe me anyway. They owe me their fucking lives!”
Lana, Rocky, and Cullen looked at each other in shock at what Jayme had just announced. The woman was delusional.
“And why would they owe you their lives, Jayme? The game you’re playing will cause innocent lives to be lost. A better question is why are you targeting daughters of MC members and law enforcement?”
Lana quirked an eyebrow at Jayme when she laughed at her questions. “Who said I was? And even if I did, why not? Those little bitches think they are safe because of who their daddy is. Now, they know daddy can’t save their skanky asses.”
Lana slammed a hand down hard on the table, making it vibrate. “They are high school girls. Innocents in your bullshit game. Why target the Kenwood men?” Lana changed the subject at the last minute.
“Why not? Ryan was easy. The so-called warrior is really a big old puppy dog at the possibility of getting a piece of ass. Jayson…well, my beautiful, ignorant sister can’t get over his ass.
Claims he’s the best lay she’s ever had.
Even if he was plain vanilla. I’m curious, how does it feel knowing my sister had his cock in her before you? ”
“Doesn’t bother me at all. Know why? Because he’s always chosen me. Time and time again. She can’t get his attention without drugging him…”
“Actually, he couldn’t even be bothered with her then, too. He couldn’t get hard for her.” Rocky laughed, reminding Lana of what Peter had said.
“Damn, that’s got to burn her inflated ego.” Cullen whistled out loud.
“Whatever! It doesn’t matter. Ryan would never believe you anyway.” Jayme smirked at Lana.
“Sure about that?” Lana smirked back as Rocky opened the door for Ryan to come in.
“Why, Jayme? Why did you target me and my family?”
“Baby, they are lying!” Jayme’s voice became sweet and syrupy.
“Shut up! I heard everything. I put up with so much of your shit because I thought you were pregnant. Now, I can shout with joy, knowing I’m not married to you.
You’re not pregnant with my child and now you’ll spend years, if not the rest of your sorry ass life in prison.
You’re right, I couldn’t get it up for you because you disgust me. ”
Lana watched the shock in Jayme’s eyes as Ryan chewed her up and spit her out. She wanted to cheer when Ryan grabbed Rocky and pulled her to him.
Cullen and Lana both clapped when Ryan locked lips with Rocky. Kissing her as if he was dying of thirst.
When Ryan moved Rocky’s hand to his cock and Rocky moaned, Lana only smiled at Jayme with a shit-eating grin. When Jayme screamed out in rage, she watched Rocky and Ryan slowly pull apart.
“Mmm, he can definitely get it up! Looks like it was a you thing after all,” Rocky huskily informed Jayme.
“Now, you still haven’t explained why you have targeted everyone and want the blood bath that you do,” Cullen interrupted Jayme’s glare at Rocky when she stepped in front of the flustered woman being held in place by Ryan with his hands on her hips.
“Because one, I can. Two, I enjoy the pain I have caused those beneath me. Three, I want Jayson Kenwood to suffer the same pain he’s caused me by letting my brother die. When Ryan takes his last fucking breath, I will laugh at his misery. I want him to suffer like I have!”
“Brother?” Lana, Rocky, Cullen, and Ryan all echoed.
“My baby brother served in Delta with Jayson. That motherfucker hid like a fucking coward while my baby brother was beaten and killed. Dennis didn’t deserve to die how he did,” Jayme shouted toward the end of her tirade.
“Whoever told you that, lied. I know for a fact family members aren’t told how their loved ones actually died in an op.
Jayson and another soldier were badly wounded, yet they still fought.
The enemy found the team because your ‘baby brother’ defied orders from his team leader to fall the fuck back.
Your brother cried like a little bitch, giving his team up to save his own ass,” Lana informed Jayme, her voice going ice cold and cutting like a knife.
“You fucking liar! You’d say anything to save his life and that of your fucking brats.”
Lana glared at the woman for several seconds. She was fucking cuckoo for cocoa puffs.
“No. I don’t believe in that shit. You see, Jayson’s team was the guinea pig for a state-of-the art new tech that recorded the ops they were on in real time.
Every fucking thing was recorded. Even your brother crying like the bitch he was.
Your brother didn’t deserve to be in the Special Forces, much less Delta Force.
His position was bought and paid for because he was the go-between person who paid for his spot, the military X.O.
who allowed it to happen, and the cartel. ”
“Liar! My uncle would never have allowed that to happen,” Jayme shouted, trying hard to get her hands free from the cuffs.
“Unlike your brother, every man on that team and every one of the Kenwood men earned their fucking place on their teams with their blood, sweat, tears, and their fucking hearts. Get this bitch out of my fucking sight and get her booked,” Lana yelled at the two officers waiting outside the interrogation room door.
Lana watched as the two officers dragged a still struggling Jayme out of the room. There were still unanswered questions, but she knew they wouldn’t get the answers right now.
Lana looked up when the others of her team and Jayson walked into the room. “Everything in place?”
“Yeah. If I didn’t know you as well as I do, your mind would scare the hell out of me.
Chopper is waiting to take you three to Ft.
Bragg where the plane is waiting for you to head back to Ft.
Hood. You also have a Delta Force team and a few others waiting to fly out with you guys to do what needs to be done,” Sgt.
Bueller informed Lana, shaking her hand.
“Can I have a moment alone with my husband and brother-in-law? Rocky, Cullen, I’ll meet you two at the chopper. Give me three minutes.”
